Can anybody please help me with an Elements 10 problem?
I have been using Elements for several years now. Progressing from 5 to 7 then onto 10 without any problems of this type.
The original start up screen showed the first few thumbnails of all the photo's in the catalogue from where I could scroll down in date order.
to see anything that I wanted to in the catalogue.
Recently for some reason that I don't understand, on start up, there is a screen on the Left hand side of which there is a listing of most of the Folders that I have on my PC and the photographs that I have in elements displayed. This listing includes Desk top, My Documents, Microsoft answer desk,My Dropbox, My Music, My Pictures, etc,etc. Some of the folders have photo's in them, but most do not.
On the Right hand sde of the screen my photographic fiolders are listed and these can be opened in the normal way.There is a blank space in the middle of the screen into which the photo's can be opened out.

I have several problems with itunes on my PC. I use 2 PC's and Iphone for work and I have an IPod nano. For about a week I have been having several problems with Itunes. The first problem is I cannot access the store, I get the loading screen and that is it. This screen lasts forever, nothing ever happens it just loads, and loads, and loads. . . .
I try to sign in thinking that will help the loading issue and I get error message saying "We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (-50)." This happens on both computers. I also cannot download from my iphone, I get the same error message. Running diagnostics does nothing, itunes says everything is in working order. Uninstalling and reinstalling also does nothing. I have had itunes for years now and up until about 10 days ago had no problems. My itunes is not behind a firewall on either computer. I'm saying all of this because I would prefer not to get obvious answers or links that do not help me. Please someone has to know how to fix this.Welcome to discussions! Trying to change reset my Apple ID as I can't remember it, however it is sending an email which says invalid link or a list with the option to change password which can't be clicked on? Can anybody please help? Going around in circles! Grrrrrrrrrrr
Is this your machine or the company's? Machines that came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed come with system and software install disks that can be used to reisntall the iApps that came with the machine orignally.
If this is your machine and it came with Snow Leopard or earlier installed the disk will look slimialr to one of these:
If it is the company's machine see if they have the disks.
Do a custom install and then use Software Update to update iPhoto to the highest version that is available. -

First of all, I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Sometimes, I use a VPN to search on the web here. I purchased Toy Story 3 on my MacBook Pro 2011 OS/X - Lion through iTunes. I initially had trouble downloading it which may be due to being on and off the VPN but after a while it finally downloaded and shows up in my iTunes library on my MacBook.
Under my Apple ID account (which is the only Apple ID account I have), I look under purchase history and it shows that I paid for Toy Story which is where I got my Order # from. But if you go to the iTunes Store then to the Quick Links then click on Purchased, under all my Movies, it does NOT show Toy Story 3 as one of my movies.
Now when I go to my iPad (3rd gen.), Toy Story 3 does not show up under purchased movies (all or not on my iPad). It does not show up on my Apple TV as well. If I want to have Toy Story 3 on my iPad or Apple TV, then it says I have to purchase it again.
I have searched for help via Apple support communities but so far none of their solutions have worked for me. I have tried logging off iTunes & App Store on iPad and also shutting down the iPad. I also made sure that under iTunes Preferences>Store that iTunes in the Clouds purchases is checked. Can someone please help me with this? Your consideration is greatly appreciated. I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

If you have a pc, when you plug your iPad in you should see the windows pop up window offering to backup the photos. Do that and it will save all your photos and videos to your computer where you can then sync them back to your new one.
If the pop up doesn't come up, double click on my computer and navigate your way to the iPad. Double cick on it an d navigate to the DCIM folder. Drag your photos and videos to your pc, then sync them back onto your iPad. -
My iPhone has crashed and i went to iTunes to restore it and after waiting for it to be restored it said "The iPhone could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (2006). Can anybody please help suggest what i should do now?

I take it you tried using the "right click" menu? That doesn't seem to work, as you noted, but, you should be able to paste text by pressing your CTRL key and while holding it down, press the "V" letter key.
CTRL + C = COPY
CTRL + X = CUT
CTRL + V = PASTE
