Hi ,
<i>A2A & B2B</i>
This thread explains you the difference between A2A and B2B.
Re: A2A Vs B2B
<i>BPM & ccBPM</i> both are same....
BPM is used to implement work-flow spanning across multiple application system against embedding the parts of work-flow in application system. Apart from this it also help achive other scenarios like, bridging synch and asynch systems, alert mechanism, multi mapping etc. Check the BPM overview document in SDN download section.
Check out the use cases discussed at http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/de/766840bf0cbf49e10000000a1550b0/content.htm
BPM is mainly used in senarios where extra functionalities are to be done with the source message which cannot be done using the normal mapping and user-defined functions, like
-->Collecting of messages till a certain count or for a specific criteria.
-->Merging messages
-->Spliting messages
-->Processing of error files and sending to specific location and sending alerts.
-->Parallel processing of two criterias at the same time can also be done using BPM.

  • Can anyone explain this behavior and tell me how to fix it?

    Using NetBeans 6.5 on Windows, Glassfish v2.1
    I have a JSF application with a page that has a tab set.
    On one of the tabs I have a panel with company information.
    One of the components on the page is an InputText field with the value bound to a session bean variable.
    The tab also has an Add button.
    Here is what the JSP looks like for the input text and button components
       <h:inputText binding="#{MainPage.companyNameTF}" id="companyNameTF" readonly="#{SessionBean1.readOnlyFlag}"
       <h:commandButton action="#{MainPage.mainAddBtn_action}" disabled="#{SessionBean1.disableEdit}" id="mainAddBtn"
            style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; left: 425px; top: 380px; position: absolute; width: 75px" value="Add"/>
         This is all plain vanilla stuff and I would expect that when the Add button is pushed, the session bean property would be filled with
    the value entered in the input text field.
    In the java code for the page, I have a method to process the Add button push.
    Originally, it just called a method in the session bean to check that a value was entered in the input text field by checking the bound
    session bean property.
    For some reason, that was not getting filled and I was getting either a null or empty string rather than the value in the text field.
    I added some checking in the method that processes the Add button push so I could check the values in the debugger.
    Here is a sample of that code:
        public String mainAddBtn_action() {
            String s = sb1.getCompanyName();
            s = (String)this.companyNameTF.getValue();
            s = (String)this.companyNameTF.getSubmittedValue();I check this in the debugger and NONE of the variants that I have listed have the value that was entered into the text field.
    The submittedValue is null and the others are empty strings (that is what they were initalized to).
    This is all pertty straight forward stuff and I am at a loss to explain what is happening.
    Can anyone expain this behavior, and, most important, how can I force the values to be present when the Add button is pushed.
    I have never experienced this problem before, and have no clue what is causing it.
    Thanks.

    Basically, the component bindings are just being used in plain vanilla get/set modes.
    I set them to "" when I do a clear for the fields and they are set to a value via the text field.
    No other action other than to read the values via get to insert them into the database.
    And, I always use the get/set methods rather than just setting the value directly.
    This is what is so strange about this behavior - I have created dozens of database add/update/delete pages using this same model and have not had a problem with them - even in a tab context.
    Not a clue why this one is different.
    I did notice that I had an error on the page (in IE7, you get a small triangle warning sign when something is not right).
    I figured that might be the problem - maybe buggering up the rendering process.
    I tracked that down and do not get that anymore (it had to do with the PDF display I was trying to get working a while back), but that did not resolve the problem.
    I don't think there are any tab conflicts - none of the components are shared between tabs, but I will see what happens when I move a couple of the components out of the tab context.
    I noticed that it seems to skip a cycle. Here is what I can do.
    1) Fill in text fields and add a record - works fine the first time.
    2) Clear the text fields
    3) Enter new data in the text fields and push Add
    4) I get an error saying fields are blank from my data check process.
    5) Enter new data and push Add - the record is added with the new data.
    My work around is to not enter data in step 3 and just accept the error message in step 4, then go ahead and enter the real data in step 5.
    Very ugly, but it works every time.

  • Can anyone explain this - iSight and fan speed?

    Hello - I pulled out my external iSight camera and hooked it up to my Powermac G4. I have a wind tunnel machine when the firewire was inserted in the iSight, the tower fans all revved down to a dull roar. I unplugged the the firewire and the fans revved up. I haven't used my iSight for quite a while and I recently upgraded to Leopard 10.5. Can anyone explain why the fans would rev up and down when I plug in the iSight??
    Thanks for any response!

    No, it hasn't happened to any external device only the iSight. Weird eh? When I did use the external iSight it has always gotten hot - it hasn't been any hotter than what I remember. But, the fans slowing down when I plug it in is what baffles me.

  • Can anyone explain why music and books disappeared from my phone

    My partner and I both have Iphone 4s. Recently I noticed a  books collection app (I had purchased) was greying out on my phone. Didn't (stupidly) pay attention to it at the time. Next thing I realise this book collection and all my music has disappeared from my phone. The book collection is still on My computer but will not let my partner, who is the computer person in our house, return it to my I phone. The music has disappeared completely. Some song I had purchased others I transferred from favourite CDs.
    Can anyone help?

    Because Apple has inexplicably removed support for audiobook chapters in its iOS 5.0 music player on iPad. It makes no sense, but that's what they did. Hopefully it'll return in a future update.

  • Can anyone explain this error and how to solve it?

    When I create a text table and activate it at last, the system gives me a warning as this:
    Exactly one field LANGUAGE of LANG type: Select as text language
    Message no. DT199
    I don't know what it means. Can anybody explain it?
    Thank you very much

    Hello ZLMARK,
    I think the documentation in this link will help you see the point. If not, please revert back with your exact question.

  • Can anyone tell daemon thread in simple words with an example

    can anyone tell Daemon thread in simple words (i don't understand high level language)with an example

    He reminds me of a candidate I had the ... priviledge? ... of interviewing for a web developer position not too long ago. I asked him to "reverse the characters in a string, i.e. star = rats" using his language of choice. He stands, walks to the white-board and starts to write some stuff. At that time, I turned to my boss and we start making comments to each other about the guys resume and discussing some of our current workload, giving him time to work this code out on the board. A few minutes (5 - 10) go by and I glance up to see that he has written a single line of code (and that his hands are covered in dry erase marker from having scrubbed multiple attempts off the board). His code (I believe it as a stab at either php or javascript) read:
    "reverse_string('star');"
    I looked at my boss, he looked at me ... we both blinked a couple of times and then I explained, "no - I need you to implement the reverse_string method. I want you to write the code that does the actual reversing."
    "Oh. Yeah, I can't do that."

  • Simple explanation of what is happening with iWeb and Mobile Me. Can anyone explain this simply and if our existing web site can be hosted elsewhere, if so can it still be updated using iWeb. Any advice very welcome

    We have a website that has run successfully using iWeb and Mobile me. We understand Mobile Me is being discontinued from June. From this forum it seems iWeb also is not being supported any more. So can the existing site be hosted successfully with another provider or is it best to start again. If so any advice on options would be very welcome;
    Thanks
    PB

    For the most part if you just get a new webhost you can continue to run with iWeb. Since you are still running Tiger iWeb should work just fine for you. You will simply need to publish your website to a folder or with the built in FTP in iWeb. Apple has simply quit updating iWeb & there will come a day when iWeb quits working in the later OS's whatever kitty comes after Lion.

  • Can anyone explain the split and overlapping date ranges in PHOTO moments.  I would have expected each date to have its own slot.  What logic is used for deciding which photos to include and where to split them?

    iPad Air iOS 8.1 Stock Photo App.  14000 Photos. Overlapping date ranges in Moments.  What is the criteria used for deciding after import where photos are included in Moments.  I was expecting each day to have its own exclusive slot for example, not 26 - 27 January 2007 with 8 photos then 27 January 2007 1 photo.  Why is there not two seperate slots, one for the 26th and one for 27th??   This makes locating photos by day more arkward than it need be and seems to follow no logic.  This occurs over 150 times and is very confusing.  Is this an issue or expected behaviour?

    The problem is probably with one of your fonts.
    There was also a problem with postscript fonts in OSX 10.6.7 for which Apple issued a patch on their software update page.
    To find a problem font, try shutting down half your open fonts in Font Book, until the problem goes away. Then replace the problem font.

  • Can anyone explain why a window pops up with my IP configuration

    every few minutes.
    When it does this I have to click on OK, then wait while it reconnects so that I can send or contact a website. It is driving me crazy, I am using an airport Express base station through a D_link router modem. I want to add a pc to my network but if this will happen to that as well I will then have a very unhappy hubby on my hands. I have been tearing my hair out just to get up and running after my system went down 2 weeks ago.
    So I bought the new router and airport base station, plus a network card for my iMac and belkin one for the PC.

    all I need now is to get the consistent signal to my
    hubbys PC upstairs.he is running WinXP [yes I know
    sad case but there you are! some people just dont
    want to be bothered to change] If only they realised
    how much better it all would be
    though no-one could explain the original popup.
    So any hints on getting the PC connected gladly
    received.
    Are you using WEP or WPA?
    If WEP:
    Accessing a Airport Network with a Windows XP PC or laptop (with XP SP2)

    Accessing a Airport Network with a Windows XP PC or laptop (with XP SP1)

    If WPA, does the PC adapter support WPA?

    hi
    good
    go trhough this
    Short text
    Read detailed information for work breakdown structures
    Functionality
    You use this method to read detailed information about project definitions and the WBS elements of certain projects from the system.
    Notes
    Enter the project definitions and/or the WBS elements, which you want detailed information about, in the parameter PROJECT_DEFINITION or I_WBS_ELEMENT_TABLE respectively.
    If you only enter project definitions, the details of all the WBS that belong to the project definitions are read including the hierarchy. If you explicitly enter WBS elements, only these are read.
    Messages are returned in Return parameters. For information about the return values and their meaning, see the parameter documentation.

    My ipod 60gb classic is showing as fully charged until I connect it to my pc when it comes up with the error message, 'please wait very low battery' and the little wheel goes round and nothing happens, can anyone explain why this is and what i can do?

    I have worked my way through the assistant and nothing works. I have tried connecting in disc mode but although the screen on the ipod is showing that the device is charged and that it is in disc mode as soon as I connect it to the computer it comes up with the error message 'please wait very low battery' and stays like that until I disconnect when it appears to be OK again. I have tried on both pc and mac.
    BTW the ipod is an ipod video not classic if that makes any difference.
    Thanks

    This worked for someone
    I had this problem for about six weeks. I was following this forum but was too unsure of what might happen to try the fixes that were suggested.
    About two weeks ago I decided to delete the downloads.28.sqlitedb file (usingDiskAid(a free program), on a PC running Windows 7). The original downloads.28.sqlitedb was 936 KB. The new one that the system created is 80 Kb., and has stayed at about that size. After about four days I also deleted all the other contents of the Download folder. Ten days later and still no more problems. Downloads are much quicker, nothing greys-out (as was happening frequently before).
    Everything has worked well since with no more error messages.
    I am using an iPod 4G, iOS 5.1 (originally iOS 5.0). I do not have a manifest file, and as far as I know, have not had one. DiskAid can search the whole "hard drive" on the iPod.
    Deleting downloads.28.sqlitedb and the contents of Downloads worked for me.
