Try assigning Queen as the Album Artist on the compilations in iTunes on your computer.

My ipod 60gb classic is showing as fully charged until I connect it to my pc when it comes up with the error message, 'please wait very low battery' and the little wheel goes round and nothing happens, can anyone explain why this is and what i can do?
I have worked my way through the assistant and nothing works. I have tried connecting in disc mode but although the screen on the ipod is showing that the device is charged and that it is in disc mode as soon as I connect it to the computer it comes up with the error message 'please wait very low battery' and stays like that until I disconnect when it appears to be OK again. I have tried on both pc and mac.
BTW the ipod is an ipod video not classic if that makes any difference.

I recently installed Acrobat Pro X on my Mac. I initially accepted the terms of agreement, but then every few seconds the same prompted window for the terms of agreement keeps popping up. Can anyone explain why this is happening, and how to resolve?
Have you tried reinstalling the original drive? Same symptoms with it?

My wife, daughter and I have iPhones with iMessage and Send Read Receipts activated. All the messages sent between the three of us are blue however, when my wife messages me, the message appears in green on her iPhone. Can anyone explain why.
Because some kind of error occured. This is only from her iPhone to your iPhone? Whenever she sends a message to any other iPhone, it is sent as blue? And when anyone else sends you a message from an iPhone, it sends as blue?

My G4 desktop won't cold start. I have to plug in to the outlet for about 15 minutes every time. Can anyone explain why? Otherwise, the desktop runs fine.
The battery is new, and I zapped the little button on the main board once. I've noticed that the power supply plug is a little longer than the usual one for G4, and the AGP slot has an extra slot, which is black and about half inch long.Hi Ursula,

I believe that is for ADC Monitor power if you had one, or a card with ADC, like the little tab on this one...
I think your startup problem is bad capacitors in the power supply or on the logic board, and the need to bleed off their charge before they work right to start. -
I try to play an album on ITunes for Windows 7and it plays the first track then randomly goes to a different album and plays the whole of that. Can anyone explain why? Shuffle is turned off....
I am working on a friend of mine's 15g ipod(W/dock connector)and I am having the same trouble except it does it to all the songs. I have tried reseting it multiple times, but to no avail.
I am not sure that this runs on windows XP, it is absolutly archaic (compared to my 5th gen. 30g video).

I just bought a second hand iPhone 5, but the sim tray seems to be for a sim sized ~14x8mm, thinner but longer than a nano SIM (~12x9mm). Can anyone explain why, and how to get a SIM to fit?

I had to rebuild a computer. When I got iTunes installed and tried to sync my iPod it said that I had reached my limit of five computers. I logged into my iTunes account and went through the process for deauthorizing all computers. It comes up with a messaging asking if I am sure I want to deauthorize all computer and I select the "Deauthorize computers" button. It never comes back with a message one way or another whether it was successful. When I get out of that screen and come back in, it still shows that I have 5 authorized computers. I can't sync my iPod. The deauthorization is not working. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Can anyone explain why when I signed up to BT broadband some 4 years ago the estimated line speed I would get was estimated at 3.5Mbps (I was actually getting between 1 and 2 and every so often 2.5). Recently I've noticed a drop in speed, last week the estimated line speed was 1Mbps and now this week it is 0.512Mbps! Has this happened to anyone else?
In the last few weeks I have been suffering from dropped connection but it now seems stable. I did the bt speedtest and got the following

I have been told by Bt open reach who came out to me, it is Bt doing this, and showed me evidence on the laptop to his computer connected to my master socket.

He added that I should state what he said. It may be worth hanging around for a moderator to contact you keep checking your thread, it would appear they are helpful, certainly alot less stressful than phoning India and chasing your tail. Still trying to get this sorted even got released only 1 month in 18month contract with no charge. However you do have to follow there complaint procedure which is not easy.

Can anyone explain why all of my Spry Assets on a live website have suddenly stopped working?
Can anyone explain why all of my Spry Assets on a live website have stopped responding? I have checked that the Spry CSS and JS files are in place. Then checked the files on Dreamweavers live view and they are not working there either. It was fine a few weeks ago, it is almost as if the web browsers have stopped rending Spry, for example, the links for the collapsible panels are not even being recognised as links.
I am using 'old' spry assets on Dreamweaver CS4 (if that makes a difference). The Spry Assets used are Tabbed Panels and Collapsible Panels.

My old IMAC is a few years old. Just bought a new one OS X 10.8.2. The old one is OS X 10.5.8. Can I install Lion or equivalent and then synch both on ICLOUD. Or is there another way to synch the two computers.
You can use Migration Assistant in Applications > Utilities to get all your files from one iMac to the other. If you want to upgrade your older model to MtLion you need to have at least a mid 2007 Intel Core 2 Duo with a bare minimum of 2GB of RAM. Then you need to buy the Snow Leopard 10.6.3 DVD , update with
Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1
at which point you can access the App Store to purchase and install MtLion 10.8 where you would then have access to the iCloud. -
I have a .avi file that is not playing. It keeps telling me additional software is needed. I have Mac OS X 10.6.8. Can anyone explain why?
Because there's no codec installed on your system for that specific AVI, and there may be no Mac OS X component for it. Try installing Perian.

My phone started acting up and I noticed my text messages were not being sent. So I turned my iphone off. My iphone 4s turned off properly but when I went to put it back the apple icon came on and then an image I have never seen before of a UBS pointiing towards the word itunes in a circle. And the phone no longer goes beyond this message. I try to turn it off and on again and same message over and over. If I hit the any button on the phone nothing happens. Does anyone know what this means or seen this itunes messaging ? meltdown? Please help.

Thank you so much for your response. I had these photos backed up on iCloud but, had I not, its good to have an alternate solution as the one you suggested. Actually, I went to the Apple store today and yes, you are absolutely correct Restoring in iTunes will result in permanent loss of photos unless backed up somewhere such as iCloud or other solution. Well, what they did was restore the phone in itunes ( I did not have iTunes downloaded to my computer which is why it did not work when I went to do it myself, I needed to go to the iTunes site and go to the download iTunes button because my windows based HP laptop does not come with itunes already downloaded). This retoration process took a while and I was forced to upgrade to the latest 7.1 iOS software which I was not too happy about -sometimes you like the way things work now :-) Anyhow, they said this restoration request happens as a result of a software update (which I was NOT in progress of an update or doing an update) or sometimes when you remove the power cable too quickly from the iphone (which I do not recall doing this either but...). Since I had backed up on iCloud all of the photos were downloaded back on my iphone 4s. Best of all was that my phone was back up and runnning and there was NO CHARGE at the apple store for this service of restoring my phone. Well, I just wanted to share the results and I appreciate all the responses and support I received. Thank you kindly.
