Can anyone help about updating error-Acrobat 9 Pro

Hi all,
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, SP2. In the past, I have had issues with error 1601 - Windows installer could not be accessed - when trying to update Acrobat 9 Pro. I then uninstalled SP2, and everything updated in Acrobat just fine. That was about 9 months ago. since then, updates have been fine in Acrobat. Now that 9.4.7 has arrived, I am getting the same error. I have installed 9.4.6 and everthing seemed fine. Can anyone direct me to getting this resolved? I am not willing to uninstall SP2 - it just takes too long to reinstall.

There are many reasons why "automatic" updates may not work
The usual fix is to download and install the updates manually
All Adobe updates start here and select product, read to see if you need to install updates in number order, or if the updates are cumulative for the individual product http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

I use Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro (with Windows 7) for playing games and it has been working great. I recently purchased Battlefield 3 for PC and installed and it says I need to update the Nvidia drivers to a more recent patch, so I went to the website and downloaded it, but when I go to install them it says "This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware". I have tried looking at a bunch of websites and can't find anything. Can anyone help me or tell me where to go to find help? It would be much appreciated!

You can not change the date of birth on the account. Apple makes that clear up front when the account is created.
The only way to "fix" this is going to be for him to create a new account with the correct information. Any apps purchased with the old one will need to be re-purchased with the new account. They can not be transferred.

I have been trying to upgrade my iTunes to 7.6, I have been unable to upgrade since version 7.3 it fails right at the end, well this time it didn't work either. I took the advice of the support pages and uninstalled iTunes but when I try to re-install I get this during the first part when it is installing QuickTime,
A portion of the folder path " is invalid. It is either empty or exceeds the length allowed by the system.
I click OK and get this,
The installation of QuickTime did not complete successfully. iTunes requires QuickTime.
I have tried to uninstall QuickTime but I get the same messages.

1) where did you put the baikal-regular folder after you downloaded it?

The most recent update I have in the App Store is an OSX update but I receive this error message when I select the update button. (The operation couldn’t be completed. How can we get incremental updates for Acrobat Pro 9

We have VLK for Acrobat Pro 9 and the only version that doesn't crash Office 2007 Professional Publisher is 9.4.6. I can't get just that update to install it jumps from 9.2 to 9.5. 9.5 falls into a loop for prompting for saving information.

I tried to contact tech support about this. Well, that was a dead end. They told me I had a firewall that was blocking the downloads to resume and sending up an error message, but no cigar, because guess what?? I don't have Firewalls!!! Basically, I open iTunes and notice that there's downloads available to send to my PC, then I click the 'resume download' button, and the error message "Unable to check for downloads. An unknown error occured (3036)." pops up. I thought if the error was unknown, they wouldn't know that it was "Error 3036", but apparently 'Unknown' doesn't mean unknown anymore. Please, please help me!!

The reply option won't let me paste the diagnostics how do I get them to come up?

They advised me to update my iPhone 4.2.1 software to iOS 5.1, since there is a setting that i can use where i just have to touch my screen to go to the home screen, or somewhat like that. but i have been trying to update my software to iOS 5.1, but Erroe -3259 always occurs. and now, i tried the advised of some in the community, still it won't work. for the nth time. i don't know what to do already, i cant use my iPhone 4 because of the home screen button. is there any other way to solve this problem? please. thank you.

the only way I found was to map other buttons to cover for the iphone's home button, I was using a friends iphone for a while as he always like me to test stuff out so he can then use me as free tech support and now I'm herer XD
anyway after checking with him I had to Jailbrea his phone and installed activator, then using that I was able to get the home fuction when both volume buttons were pressed.
1. You need to jailbreak first don't worry not as scary as it sounds in fact quite easy, download a program redsn0w, ( http://blog.iphone-dev.org/tagged/redsn0w ) once you run it you need to put your phone into DFU mode, make sure itunes is closed before trying this.
2. (1. turn off iphone while plugged into computer, then hold the sleep button count to three 2. then hold the home button whiile still holding the sleep button, count to 10 3. release the sleep button but keep home button,) you phone should now be in DFU mode, while in this mode run redsn0w it will guide you through the process.
3. Once jailbroken you will find a new icon cydia on the springboard (homescreen) press on it and it'll as what kind of person you are, I sugggest user for first time. then it'll close just restart and it'll show you a normal screen, down in bottom right is the serch tab, tap that and it'll bring up search, tap "Activator", tap on the activator at the top of the list then tap install and comfirm
4. once installed you'll find a new option called activator, tap it to open it here you can map and command to button's, I suggest tapping anywhere then scroll down to Volume button's->both press->home button
5. then you can ust press both volume button's anytime and it'll response just like home button, even if you double press, doesn't work as a hold so can use voice control but it'll work for everthing else and even still work as volume buttons
