I get this message when I try to open a .mov file...
"Could not complete your request because DynamicLink is not available?"
What does this mean does anyone know - my .mov file is about 7MBs.
Am I expecting too much, I'm hoping to import video and export as animated .gif

I am experiencing the same problem, after a fresh clean installation of the mastercollection.
Particularly, I would love to solve this for Photoshop, as the very first post initially asked.
Computer Environment:
MacBook Pro Early 2011
Graphics AMD Radeon HD 6490M 256 MB
Memory 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
SSD with 512GB; about 81GB are still free
Software:
Mavericks OS X 10.9.5
Adobe Mastercollection CS6 Extended, 64bit.
Including the Dynamic Link Media Server Update 1.0.1 are all individual apps up to date as of today, March 9 2015.
Quicktime Player (v.10.3) and
Quicktime Player v.7.6.6
From this discussion, I followed Merediths suggestions under
post #17 (the ones that apply to me as a Mac user).
I double-checked, if some security or anti-virus-software was responsible – I don't have any.
I also tried her suggestions under post #4 however: #4.4 (her last suggestion in that post) but
Bridge is not working at all. It launches, but crashes as soon as you see the workspace.
Hence, Mini Bridge in Photoshop is also crashing.
I do have all codecs for the videos, that I was trying to open, though.
It cannot be an issue, that I have not enough RAM.
After several other problems with After Effects, Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, which remain partly unsolved, this post starts form a fresh installation of the whole Adobe Suite (count: 8 times). Even used the Cloud Cleaner Tool beforehand and made sure, all presets are from this CS6 version only.
The exact error message that I am getting is «Could not complete the Video Frames to Layer Command because the DynamicLink Media Server is not available.»
Other notes:

I have windows vista 34 bit, IE 8. I have had adobe reader on my computer for 7 yrs. Never had a problem with it until now. I have kept it updated, since it is vital to my work. Ok-- Everyone and anyone!!!! I really need help desprately.. I have called the company's web site IT department, it's not thier issue-- it's mine. In addition to uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure that everything is up to date on Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash and Sun Java, and Windows vista 32 (only updated) --- all these have the latest updates. I have done a System Restore to 5 days before the issue started. Nothing has changed. I still get a white/blank page on this one area. There has to be a setting, a block or a glitch somewhere that someone knows about and can help me fix. Please, Please Help!!!! -

Can anyone help me. I have iPhoto 9.2 and Mac OS X 10.7.2.
Every time I open iPhoto 9.2 and try to go to photo stream iPhoto quits unexpectedly. When I reopen I get "iPhoto has detected inconsistencies in your library. Please click Repair to avoid any potential problems."
I have read plenty of the posts on the subject and it seems that deleting the "3ivx" fixed the problem. I looked at the detaied reports and see where it says "
Library/Application Support/3ivx" etc..
On my report it says "/Library/Application Support/iLifeMediaBrowser/*/iLMBiPhoto8Plugin". Does this help with an answer?I am also having this crashing problem. I am running lion on a 2010 mac mini. My iPhoto library is kept on an external drive. I just upgraded to iPhoto 11 and everytime I try to enable photo stream the app crashes. I have tried all the above suggestions, including re-installing iphoto from the Mac App store. Below are the first 50 lines of the error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Can anyone please tell me from where I can download the Photoshop CS6 program I purchased a download (media less) some 2 years ago and all has been OK up to know but I am know having issues and would like to uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you are dealing with the correct product for the serial number. If the serial number is for a full creative suite then you need to get the suite, not the individual application, and vice versa.
Unrelated to that, in case it helps, here is a link to another site. You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

When I open a word document attachment in mail for IOS 7.1.1 the previous jpeg is showing on the first page. When I open the attachment from mail in mac OS X the jpeg does not appear. Can anyone help?

The mail app will not display fillable form fields in PDF files that can be seen in real PDF apps. I say real PDF apps because the form fields in PDF apps will not appear in the iBooks app either. IMO, iBooks is not a real PDF app.
So, I would say that the mail app cannot differentiate between hidden and non hidden items -

When linking the icloud 3.0 software to my 2010 outlook an unepexted error message pops up. Can anyone help?
Not sure if you are trying to upgrade iCloud storage to make more room for the upgrade, but that won't help you. If you do not have enough room on your device for the upgrade, then you have to delete some things off of your device. You can also try to do the upgrade via iTunes on the computer you sync with. A direct upgrade does not require as much memory as a Wifi upgrade.
Upgrading iCloud storage only provides more storage for your backups and for your iCloud sync'd items like messages, contacts, etc.
Until the iCloud Drive is fully functional, iCloud will not help you to increase the memory capacity of your device.
And, right now, the iCloud servers may just be overloaded with activity.

I haven't rented a movie from the iTunes Store recently, but it seems like it should appear in your iTunes library, under Movies. In the iTunes sidebar (left side of window), click on Movies under LIBRARY. Over to the right, see if it is there on the list.

It is up to the content owner as to when, and if, specific content is available on itunes (or any outlet for that matter). Very often a network or production compnat willhave exclusive deals with streaming outlets for a period of time before a seaon of a series is available elsewhere.
I can't speak to most of the shows you reference, but in the case of The Americans, there has only been one season so far. Season two isn't schedule for broadcast until February of next year. -
I updated my ipad mini to iOS 6.1.2 and have not been able to udate my apps in the AppStore since. It say I have updates available but the page remains blank. I have tried switching the unit off and on and to no avail. Can anyone help?

1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.

Despite it is claimed in Adobe forum that Lightroom is fully compatible with OS Maverics on my MacBook Air IT IS NOT. A message "an error occurred while attempting to change modules" appears every time I try to open Lightroom. This happened immediately after upgrading to Mavericks. On my doughter's same machine Lightroom works perfectly. Can anyone help?
Surely the Adobe forums are the place for help with Adobe applications. The fact that the problem doesn't occur on your daughter's machine suggests that it's not an issue with Mavericks but a local problem on your own machine.

My iCloud account is set up with my Apple ID as one email account (for example [email protected]) which is the email account I use to sign up for internet sites like Amazon, Apple,etc, so that I can differentiate vendors/mass emails. But my default calendar on my iPhone is in a different email name (ie [email protected]) which I use for most communications to friends, relatives, etc. and it is this account that holds most of my appointments. To further complicate things I have other email accounts that I use for business/professional and community work. If I want all my calendars to show on my iPhone AND sync to my iCloud, do I set this at the phone level or the iCloud level? or both?
Let me clarify....It looks like if I go into appointments that I previously set up through my personal account (ie above [email protected]) and edit the entry on my iPhone, selecting the iCloud "home" calendar within the entry, it will then sync to my iCloud account, no problem....do I have to do this to EVERY entry I have? or is there a way to name my personal account as one to sync to iCloud? -
