Can anyone help me figure out if i can use my droid to get online with lapdown ?

I am having a very hard time with a certain problem. i am trying to cut cost at home and would like to get rid of my internet service with cable co. i am under the impression that i can use my droid to connect laptop to use online. can anyone please help me step by step with this if it is possible? please email me... thanks, kathryn

Your previous purchases are saved on iCloud even if you bought them on another computer. If you can't find them on your current computer, you might need to unhide them. Go to iTunes preferences, and click on Store Preferences. Then click the box for "show iTunes in the Cloud purchases". Then click on OK, and everything you've ever bought from iTunes on that Apple ID will show up in your library. You will need to download them from iCloud first before you can synch them to your iPod Classic. To do this, click on the little cloud with the arrow in it next to your song, and it will download to your computer. When you have the music that you want downloaded, plug in your iPod and synch away. Hope this helps!

Did you delete the files from your Remote server?
Deleting the local site folder or the site definition in DW will have no effect on your remote site.
When I go to your URL, I see the index.html page with 16 code errors and this background image:

So the site is still online until you delete those files from your server.

Hi , a similar thing happened to me with another piece of software .. it was then that I realized I have two accounts .. I have no recollection of setting up two but it seems I did somewhere along the line.. I have jimkells and the second is [email protected] .. so when I logged in as the other acc there it was and I was able to update .. could it be FCPX was bought on another user account ??

Ok, it's just a glitch that it's not auto-rebooting from the disk.
Please backup your personal files off the machine to a regualr external drive and disconnect all drives before doing anything
Take the 10.6 disk out and clean and polish the bottom with a very soft clean cloth and a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol to cut the oils.
Stick the disk in and reboot holding c key down, this will make it boot from the disk and you can install Snow Leopard that way.

Create a folder on you PC and copy the pictures you want on the iPad into that folder. Then start iTunes and plug in your iPad. In the column on the left (about half way down) click on the name of your iPad. Then click on the photos tab near the top and to the right of the screen. Check the box that says Sync photos and then select the folder you put your pictures in from the drop down menu on the screen. Then click Apply down at the bottom right hand side of the screen. Hope that helps!

I have a T-Mobile 2008 Sidekick, which is music capable.
Everytime I connect my phone to the computer,
it does not show up on the sidebar of my iTunes window.
My phone and the computer say they are connected.
Why does it not show up on iTunes?

iTunes will not directly support your Sidekick. iTunes only directly supports Apple's devices. You'll need to use whatever software or procedure your Sidekick uses to transfer music, using that software/procedure to access the tracks directly from the iTunes Music folder (presuming that the tracks are in a format the Sidekick can support; if not, the tracks will need to be converted).

You should first uninstall any previous version of Flash Player, using the uninstaller from here (make sure you use the correct one!):

I have a 6thgen Nano, and all the recent songs I've purchased from iTunes wont play at normal volume when connected via audio cable. Can anyone help me figure out why?

This is a semi-new problem, ongoing for several months. I've purchased songs from iTunes before and they play just fine on my Nano when connected to an audio jack cable, but for some reason, anything downloaded in the last few months plays at an insanely low volume. Normally, if I hit the advance button on the Nano to skip to the next song I'll hear a split second of the song at normal volume, but that's it.
I've restored both the iPod and my iTunes (using a Dell laptop, Windows 7) multiple times but to no avail. The songs play fine in iTunes itself, but I've even noticed a decrease in volume when listening to the songs on headphones. When I upgraded to iTunes 10, every time I tried to open iTunes it would give me an "Error 7: iTunes not properly installed" message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes and restarting my computer multiple times. Finally, I went through my programs list and uninstalled all of the Apple software (QuickTime, Application Support, etc.) Then I reinstalled iTunes again.
Now when I open iTunes, I get an "Error 2: Apple Application Support not found" message. I tried extracting the iTunesSetup.exe to a new folder and installing the AppleApplicationsSupport.msi file separately, but the installation gets partway through and gives me a "Cannot access Key (block of gibberish) Ensure you have access to key..." message and the installation fails. I'm logged into an Administrator Account, the same account that I used to install iTunes 9, so this doesn't make much sense to me.
What can I do to get iTunes working? I really need help.
