Provide a query that shows all items that where created by a person. A partial name for the person may be used. For example, show me all works by Morrison. I should see CDs by Van Morrison and a poetry book by Jim Morrison. WHERE NAME =MORRISON

Second, you probably want to use the LIKE function here along with a wildcard
WHERE UPPER(NAME) LIKE '%MORRISON'will identify all rows where the name ends with 'Morrison'. If you want to allow 'Morrison' to appear anywhere in the name (i.e. the company 'Morrison Knudsen'), you would have the wildcard on both sides, i.e.
WHERE UPPER(NAME) LIKE '%MORRISON%'Justin

I'd like to get one row for each Projectid with the {color:#3366ff}first next Early- or Actualstart{color} {color:#3366ff}after today{color} and one row with the {color:#ff0000}latest early-/actualstart before today{color}. When there are two or more rows with the same date then I want the first (minimum) Activitycode. This last condition makes it insoluble for me!
I've tryed SQL with nested Select-statements in the Where-clause. But I've got still 2 rows per projectid because I select the min(nvl(Earlystart ,ActualStart ) I've tryed SQL with an Select in the FROM-claus with Partion BY, but I can't get it work right.
Can someone show me the right way to solve my problem?How's this?

While updating iphone software to 5.0.1, I am getting error that Iphone could not be updated because the firmware file not compatible.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.Using iTunes 10.5.2.11 on a PC running 64 bit Windows 7
First did a full back up of iphone using iTunes
Put iphone into Recovery Mode ( http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 ). Erases all user data and settings!
Disconnected USB cable from iphone
Powered off iphone by holding down Sleep/Off button until slider appeared, slid to off, waited until screen dark
Pressed and kept holding Home button while plugging cable back into phone
I still saw the graphic on the iphone that said to plug into iTunes, so I unplugged and re-plugged cable. (I may have released the Home button too soon)
Recovery Mode alert came up in iTunes.
Followed all iTunes prompts to restore phone - it downloaded and sucessfully installed iOS 5.0.1
iphone did not appear in iTunes due to missing pairing file (that made me nervous)
iphone was now at factory settings. I followed prompts on iphone screen to start reactivation process
Eventually the iphone asked if I wanted to restore from a back-up (whew!)
A window opened in iTunes and I was able to select my previous back-up file for the restore
A full restore from back-up then occured
I also allowed a carrier settings update to occur when prompted (not sure that happens in all cases)
When the restore was done I had to re-enter some passwords, but everything was there
iOS is now 5.0.1 (9A406). The whole process took about an hour. -

Well, assuming all of the above, Notifications, etc., it just might be time for a visit to the Apple tore genius center for a session with the techs. See if it is a fault in the hardware or just an iOS reinstall is the answer.
One more thing you could try, backup so you have a record of content, then restore to factory conditions be an Erase All Contents and Settings. Then restore from the backup you just made. That has helped some with WiFi problems, may be it would work with your problems.
But with that behavior of another app with problems, the geniuses looks like a less stressful thing to do. -
I recently used an external hard drive to back up photos etc from my mac, I didn't do a full system back up. Since then a finder window titled 'client node' keeps popping up every time i hit the spacebar. Can anyone help me please stop this happening?
Click on it, choose Get Info from the File menu, and check the format.
If it's formatted as NTFS, reformat it as MS-DOS, exFAT, or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as desired, or install software such as Paragon NTFS on the computer.
If it's formatted as FAT32 or exFAT, use the Disk Utility's Repair Disk command on it; this may also happen for a flash drive which is about to fail.
If it's formatted as Mac OS Extended, click Authenticate and provide your administrator password, or change the permissions on that specific folder in its Get Info window.

the change to small screen icon in top right hand corner of screen has stopped working. Can anyone help.
When you use the maximize/restore button, the window is restored to its last size. Some websites use a script to enlarge the window to its maximum size so when you switch from maximized to restored you hardly notice any change. You may have to manually resize the window by dragging the lower right corner. Does that help, or is the button just completely not working??

I just bought a Blackberry Torch 9800.. I have been downloading applications and recently upgraded one of my trial apps to the pro.. but I cannot get the pro version to work. I have activated the account and registered the license key and still nothing... and now I have this crazy icon I cannot seem to find the meaning for it anywhere.. It looks like a phone with a red star above it. I do know that this mean there is an "upgrade" but I don't know what to do to get it to "upgrade" I have deleted and reinstalled the program and still have the trial version... Can anyone help me fault find this problem? (Win 8.1 to Win 7 Remote Desktop issue )
Hi,
I am connecting from a Win 8.1 machine at home into a Win 7 machine at work. I connect through Dell Global VPN.
This works ok wirelessly, but in order to get better performance I wanted to connect to the internet via wired ethernet instead.
I can get ethernet working on home machine and connect to internet - no problem. But whenever I try to log into work machine that way, it doesn't like it and says there is an internal error.
Just to re-iterate, this works fine wirelessly, just not via ethernet. I can connect to VPN ok but can't access Win 7 machine via ethernet.
If I switch back to wireless, it works.
I would love to resolve if anyone has suggestions how to get to the bottom of it?

I need some help with the GUI design.
Have you tried the line inputs on the back of your FirePod? If you update its firmware (not sure if you will need to or not), I seem to remember hearing that the FirePod can run without FW connection, i.e. stand alone. In this mode with the outs from your mixer into line ins 1-2 (2nd from left on the back) it should work fine. I say should because I have never tried. However, these are used for returns from an external effects unit. I assume here, and the important word is assume, that there are two so that they can be used as a stereo send or as a mono send. Worth a try! Let us know how it goes.

Connecting to a E65 via bluetooth
All was working fine up until a little while ago, then
"tosbtmng.exe has encountered a problem".
And the phone will no longer connect via bluetooth. Hmmph!
I get two errors in the application log:
1000: Faulting application tosbtmng.exe, version 5.0.0.35, faulting module lcwizard.dll, version 5.0.0.3, fault address 0x00006248.
And:
1000: Fault bucket 422170835.
Now I didnt know that I have any buckets in me Sony Vaio VGN G11 XN and all the while it was syncronising with good old outlook I didnt really care.

Go to Solution.the rror is indicative of an error with the toshiba bluetooth manager. try updating your blutooth driver as the version supported by nokia pc suite is Toshiba Bluetooth stack, driver version 4.0, 5.0 and 5.10.12, for windows xp.
although your current driver fits into the supported drivers, the SP3 has braught many changes to the OS, that i thin updating the driver might help solve the problem.
