i have an access to support portal, but this file (SAPBASIS70018_0-20000888.ZIP) can download only by SolMan, a don't have it,........
Anybody if have this file or can download it,please help me

Additonally, at this point I really want to talk to someone who cares about how a customer like I might feel in such a situation and when I call corporate would like to talk to someone who is interested in hearing my input as it really sucks to think I really don't feel like going to the store anymore and would rather just buy stuff on amazon or newegg these days instead;/ When I know how much i used to enjoy going into the store and getting friendly with kind staff who worked with me to get the best deal on the items I got--perhaps this was because it was at a more desperate time when Best Buys fate as a company was more precarious prior to price matching taking origin. Also, on an aside, would like to add that obviously there is always the one or two people who go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent expeirenece so I am not trying to make any sweeping generalizations here. In fact, I find the forum contributors to be among the most kind and helpful, but that might be because they don't have to deal with the now seemingly dreaded "pricematch" epidemic;D

Can anyone help me to install CS2 from download. I am on Windows 8. The prompt keeps asking me to insert disc 2! I have opened all the files to the folder as instructed, I have even tried to copy to discs but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me get a serial number from Adobe & Identit-e?

I bought the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Student & Teacher edition through Amazon online. I followed the instructions inside the package to verify my eligibilty as an educator. I received a message on the screen after submitting my materials that I was verified & I would be receiving a serial number. This was on June 1. I contacted Adobe Chat and a rep. told me to wait 2 -3 business days, but still no email with serial number had arrived. On June 7, I contacted Adobe Chat again and the rep told me to contact customer service at identit-e. I have sent identit-e two emails with no response. It has been one week of trying to get my serial number from either Adobe or identit-e. Can anyone help me get my serial number?

I ordered through Amazon and not through Adobe so there is not a record of my order on the Adobe website. I do have a record of the order with Amazon so I requested a refund through Amazon. The product is unusable without the serial number. It has been 8 days since my eligibility was verified with identit-e. I have spoken with three Adobe rep.s and two unanswered email to identit -e trying to get the serial number since I was verified as eligible to receive the student/educator version of Creative Suites. I am very disaapointed with the lack of help I have received from Adobe with this issue.
Being referred to identit-e or to a FAQ page is not what I needed to solve the problem- I needed the serial number I have lost complete confidence in Adobe's customer service and that the serial number will ever be provided.

Open up Finder and go to your flash drive. Now open up iPhoto and drag and drop the pictures you want into the flash drive folder.

Can anyone help with downloading reinstall of PSE10?

I have tried downloading File 1 (1.5GB) of Photoshop Elements 10, 3 times and each time only receive a partial file.7z (PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.7z.jjrm7iqv1), which does not contain the .exe file and get an error message when trying to run the application. As you can imagine this is using up my download very quickly. I have my serial no. and have downloaded File 2 and Premium Elements without any problem.

I'm assuming you're using the online installer. We're aware of this issue and are working to resolve it.
In the mean time, please use the offline installer for your OS:

Can anyone help me with a little display problem in IE7 please?....

I have just uploaded a new site which has been created using Dreamweaver CS4 for Windows. There is no problem viewing the site in IE 8, or in Firefox.
The site is basically a gallery of images. For some of the main images I've used little magnifying glass 'plus' symbols, which are simply linked rollover png images that take you to a larger version of the image. In IE7 (and I presume in older versions too) these little symbols aren't displaying in the correct position on each of these pages, they've jumped and are incorrectly displaying over the top, left corner of the main image.

Firstly, why is this happening in IE7 and yet all's fine in IE8 or in Firefox, and secondly, can anyone tell me how to fix it please?

On the homepage, click on the 'diagrammatic' thumbnail for example, then click on the 'volcano' thumbnail, when the volcano page appears, you should see the little magnifying glass plus rollover image under the main image to the right. As I said, on these specific pages, in IE 7 the symbol jumps to the top left of the main image.
For your info, I have seen this problem on my older XP pc, which runs IE 7. All is fine on my newer Vista pc, which is using IE8 & Firefox.

I had my Mac reset, but it won't accept the backup file I made of Indesign CS3. I looked online and tried to download Indesign CS3 from these two links, but keep getting this error message:

I need someone to help me if possible, i was working at school with final cut pro and forgot to export it in xml format and only saved it in final cut pro format... i need to work on this at home and i have a pc.. because there are no lab hours and its due tommorrow, if anyone can help that would be great, thanks!!

i believe it was final cut pro 5, and i have premiere pro cs4 and it says itll read any xml file from final cut pro.

How can I run a Local PC executable file from Enterprise Portal?

I want to run local PC executable files from inside the portal. To be more specific I want to be able to open the Outlook and some powerbuilder executable applications.
How can I do it?

Can anyone help me with retreiving datalog files?

I have been working to find a way to read an analog input signal as a waveform, and then attempting to save the data (as just the raw data--like ordered pairs) to a file. Obviously, I would like to be able to read this data later on, but I have been unable to do so as of yet. I have been working with saving the data as datalog files. I am attaching both my read and write file VI's, and I wonder if anyone may be able to tell me what is going wrong. The problem seems to be with the read file. The write file generates a file, but when I try to read this file, the read file does not recognize it as a valid datalog file and will not read it. My programs are very similar to those in ....\examples\file\datal
og.llb, but I have not been able to actually read the files I create. I hope I have been clear enough in describing my problem. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Can anyone help me open these InDesign files?

I've been trying all day to open files for a project I was working on in March with InDesign. I could open them in March but now my computer is either crashing from trying to load the folder that contains the files, or it gives me one of two error messages. The first saying I don't have permission to open the file, the second saying the file is already open with another user.
I have tried opening from my computer and from an external drive, neither work. I have tried restarting. I've tried opening as a copy, original and normal. I've tried opening InDesign as an administrator. I have tried phoning Adobe and have been on hold for 25 minutes so far. I have tried the online help but nobody available there. I don't know what else to try.
I can create a new InDesign files and I'm not having any trouble with any other Adobe products. My subscription is until 29th August. Any ideas appreciated.

If you open it in a plain text editor, what do the first few lines look like? If there's no lock file, the next most likely cause for this error is that the files aren't really .indd files.
