Can anyone make a copy of os 9 for me

Ok so I recently booted up my Ibook g3 Ive had for years and played around with it. I went on startup disk and changed it to "Machintosh HDD" then I rebooted it and now it gets to the screen with the grey apple and freeze's the loading thing and say's in the top right; "/etc/master.passwd: No such file or directory" and it also says it on the second line. I can type commands. My only solution I have worked out is that I get a new os 9 disk as i do not have mine any longer and restore the hard drive, However I cannot seem to find any on the internet or anywhere. I do not care about any files on the laptop so I'm up for restoring in any way shape or form. I hope someone has a solution as I am really desperate!!!!!!!

Some additional notes:
There were two 800 MHz iBooks. The earlier one had a Combo drive (reads and writes CDs and reads DVDs).
The later one (which is the one you've told me you have) has a CD-ROM drive which only reads CDs.

Yes you can make a USB stick of Lion or Mt Lion. Use Lion Disk Maker after you download OS X from the internet.
For Lion you have to point the download to an external drive and watch when it completes and reboots the system to start the install disconnect the external. If you bought Mt Lion from the Mac App Store then you can download it from there and just cancel the install when it comes up on the desktop.
If you are downloading from the Recovery HD or from the Online Internet Recovery system, slightly different then the built in Recovery HD, then again you need to point it to an external drive and discoonect that drive when the system reboots to start the real install.
Then use Lion disk maker to create either a DVD disc or USB thumb of the install files.

But you should be able to mount the sparsebundle and backup the major items if they are not damaged. You might also do a disk verify to see if the corruption can be repaired.

Hello,
Multisim is not the right software for PCB layout design. That would be Ultiboard. With the integration between the 2 you can create your circuit in Multisim and transfer it to Ultiboard to easily design your one layer board. There are a lot of tutorials online that can help you do this. If you feel you need instruction, you can always book a class (online or on-site) to learn Multisim/Ultiboard.

yes we did just reset the hub,to check our settings it asked for password but wouldnt accept the one BT gave us so said we had to reset.

The Griffin Survivor is a military-grade case that I use. It's $40 and I purchased it at Best Buy. It has a rubber piece that covers the charging port, but can be easily removed for charging while still in the case. The only downside of the case is because of the added girth, it makes the iPod unusable with iHomes or other docks unless you take it out of the case.

If it were me I would schedule an appointment at the store where you bought it and meet with the Manager of the store in person. Print this post and bring it with you along with your iMac.
And change the password on your Apple ID and then see if there are in purchases in your account that you did not make. If there are then someone did get your ID and password. If not someone got your Credit Card information from somewhere and used it.

Download it again, don't install again and the file (Lion Installer.app) will be in your applications folder.
It is deleted after installation, that's why it can't be found.

Ok, you should generally only get this when you are converting your ID to an iTS account for the first time.
Sign into iTunes with your Apple ID and you should get this.... IRC once you agree or accept it's now an iTS account and you wont get that again.
