Can anyone tell me how to upload a url to an image onto facebook the way you could with a pc. Recently switched over to Mac and this is one thing I can't seem to figure out. Basically in Windows you could right click on an image, click copy the image url

I've recently switched over to a Mac and before in Windows on a pc if you wanted to post an image on facebook you would right click the image you found on the post you wanted to share, then click copy url. You'd simply take that url and put it into the facebook post when uploading an image and that's all. Can not seem to find a way to do it now, other than saving the image to the computer and then uploading that which is not what I want to do. I've searched and searched but can't seem to find a solution other then posting in Parallels Window.
Any suggestions??

Thanks brody, I had been able to do that but on my business fb page I often post images and put in the links myself in the descriptions. In Windows you're able to post images by simply pasting in the url but on the Mac I'd have to download someone's image which I'm not comfortable doing so I find myself switching back and forth between the Mac and Windows.

Thanks for responding. Even when a tune is playing and the lower left photo is toggled to "now playing," the photo on the left is different than the album cover up on top. Both are the same ONLY on the first track of the album. The album cover on the top is apparently no longer available on Amazon, CD Universe, etc., so I can't move it to the desktop and enter it as a new piece of artwork. We have three ipods. One is my son's, one is my daughters and the other belongs to my husband. My husband put over 300 CD's on the ipod. He took it all off the Library and moved it directly to his Ipod as the computer did not have enough memory to keep it on ipod library. Welcome to the Apple Community.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

1) I know my "profile" indicates I'm on Mountain Lion. I have not figured out how to update that. I am using Yosemite and Keynote Version 6.5.2 on a 15" Macbook-Pro (tell me how to update my profile, please - nothing I click on opens any kind of "edit" options)
2) My 20 sec video does play in Quicktime. I find nothing in the Quicktime Inspector about deselecting "start movie on click."
3) in my slide presentation I can insert the video on a slide okay and if I click on it can get it to play, But I cannot seem to get it to play after a transition automatically. Maybe it cannot be done. Obviously I would like the entire presentation to play automatically without clicking on or between slides.

im using a vodafone connection and i made a dupilcate of that connection and made a nanao sim the will suit in iphone.
after inserting its showing "To activate iphone"
and below that 2 buttons are given as
Try using Wi-Fi
Try again over cellular
and i dont have a wifi connection.
but i have 2g connection in my number.
on the top of iphone there is an "E" beside the range bars. obvioulsy might be Edge.
When im selecting Try again over cellular then its showing could not activate.:(

It's all set up already but just dosn't sync.... i think it's to do with the fact that a few day's ago i tried to sort out the fact that the date on my iphone was saying 2557 but on my macbook pro it was 2014 so i thought if i signed out of my icloud on my coputer and then signed back in then it would automaticly all sync but it didn't and the date still stayed the same until i was told what to do by someone on here but now i can't sync my computer and phone up...... and what you just sent me dosn't work.... any other ideas?

If you scanned the documents - what format did you save them in - pdf? If so, Pages will not open pdf files. you can save a file and export it as a pdf from Pages - but not the other way around.
If you need simply view the documents - you can send them to the iPad via email or DropBox and them open and save them in iBooks. or Adobe Reader. both apps are free. Adobe Reader can use file sharing in iTunes to transfer the files.
If you need to annotate the files - you will need an app like Goodreader - which can use file sharing from iTunes in order to transfer the files as well. GoodReader may work with iCloud now, but you will have to check that out in the App Store.
You can read this to see how to use file sharing. It really is pretty easy to use. You do need to do this with your computer.
