Can anyone tell me if Flash Media Encoder works?

I used to use Flash Media Encoder with my old Mac OS 10.5.
Now I have 10.6 and I downloaded the free encoder, but it looks completely different and it doesn't let me upload files.
Can anyone help me figure this out?
All I need is to encode a quicktime video into a flash file.
It is driving me crazy...

You might have Flash Media Encoder (used to transcode video files from one format to another) mixed up with Flash Media Live Encode (used to encode Live streaming video).
Flash Media Encoder is not free but comes bundled with the actual Flash application, while Flash Media Live Encoder is free, looks completely different, and does not transcode files.
You'll have to dig up your old version of Flash and reinstall the encoder.

For example, how can I view a particular status that a BP has, and can a BP have more than one status against a status profile. Also what date/time details are set when a status is changed?.

Many thanks for the info. As with all these posts, you do your best to try and find out yourself, fail, then raise a question on a site like this. As soon as you do the answer(s) become clear.
I've found transactions BS02 which shows Status Profiles, and associated status.
The Order/transaction holds the status set and can be extracted using the FM/Program CRM_ORDER_READ and using the ET_STATUS table.
That's what I was mainly after.

How can I tell if my flash player is working properly?

I like to play farmville 2 on facebook, but every time I try to play it all I get is a whoops a daisy error message saying I need to refresh. I have tried to report the issue to Zynga support, but on their support page it says they have fixed the issue of the whoops a daisy errors & for me to check my flash player or update it! So I checked my flash player & it says it is working fine!! Some of my other games on facebook won't load at all for me & I get the update flash player message!! I had to send my laptop in to the manufacturer for repairs & they had to reinstall the entire operating system again. Could there be something I am missing? Is there something I need to do to get my flash player working properly & be able to access my games? PLEASE Help!! I have no way to directly email Zynga to find out if it is something on their end, so I don't know what to do!!

My question is on what happens following.
If using same APPLE ID I go to the music page and buy that matched songs/album, will I be charged?
If not, after the subscription expired, if I do the same thing, will I be charged?

If you have a CD that you have already imported into iTunes and you buy iTunes Match, each song will either be uploaded, or matched.
Most of the time, if the CD is for sale in the iTunes music store, the songs will match. Sometimes a song will be for sale and still will not match, so it will be uploaded instead. We don't know for sure why this is.
All songs that are matched or uploaded will show up on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, as well as any other computers you have added to your iTunes Match account.
Because as an iTunes Match subscriber, you will be able to download and play all the songs on your original CD, there would not be a reason to go and buy another copy from the iTunes Music store.
If not, after the subscription expired, if I do the same thing, will I be charged?
If songs on your CD are matched, it is possible the iTunes store copy will be of better quality than what you made from your CD. As an iTunes Match subscriber, you can download these better copies. Those copies are yours to keep, so if you decide not to renew your iTunes Match subscription after one year, any of those better copies that you downloaded are yours to keep.

work on Apple machines".
No one EVER has a date in mind that it may be ready.
Funny, the best and most reliable machine that we have
available is not able to do the most important thing of
all-Broadcast Live. Why edit and play later when you can Broadcast
now? What kind of claim to fame is that?

Flash Player version 10.1.102.64 is the last version available to PPC Mac users. However, this Flash version won't work for many videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Adobe's latest version, 10.2.x or later, is only for Intel Macs. Adobe will not provide a newer Flash version for PPC Macs.
The message requesting that you download Adobe Flash Player takes you to Flash Player requiring an Intel processor. Doesn't work on a PowerPC processor. I found a hack, installed it & it works with Firefox, TenFourFox & Safari.
Download this http://www.steelbin.com/FPforFBPPC.zip to your desktop, unzip it, and replace the current Flash Player plug-in which is in your main/Library/Internet Plug-Ins folder, (not the user Library). Save the old one just in case this one doesn't work.

Can't Activate Flash Media Encoder CS3

I just had a new hard drive installed on my Windows XP SP3, 4 GB RAM, 2 dual core Intel processors machine. I reinstalled Production Premium CS3. All of my Adobe applications activated except Flash Media Encoder CS3. When I enter my serial number, it says it is an incorrect number and places a big red X beside of the number. The number I entered is the number on the box.
I called Technical Support and held for them for over 1 1/2 hours but no one came on to answer my question. I entered the problem in the Support Portal but it has been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me. I like Adobe software but not their technical support.
Can anyone in the Forum help?

I've tried it (with cookies cleared) on three different browsers now and they all experience the same problem. I am on OS X but that should not affect my ability to connect to a particular server. Flash : http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ . And as Adobe have also announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of flash it's unlikely to ever happen. You could try third-party browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon which 'work' on some flash-based sites, but judging by their reviews not all. Also some websites, especially news/media sites, have their own apps in the App Store.
In terms of 4G here in the UK, there aren't currently any 4G networks services available here - and I'm not sure that the auction for the 4G spectrum here has even happened yet, so it probably won't be any time soon. But I don't think that the current iPad will be able to work on the UK's 4G spectrum which is different to what is being used in the US.

1) I know my "profile" indicates I'm on Mountain Lion. I have not figured out how to update that. I am using Yosemite and Keynote Version 6.5.2 on a 15" Macbook-Pro (tell me how to update my profile, please - nothing I click on opens any kind of "edit" options)
2) My 20 sec video does play in Quicktime. I find nothing in the Quicktime Inspector about deselecting "start movie on click."
3) in my slide presentation I can insert the video on a slide okay and if I click on it can get it to play, But I cannot seem to get it to play after a transition automatically. Maybe it cannot be done. Obviously I would like the entire presentation to play automatically without clicking on or between slides.
