Can anyone tell me what the Wizard is doing when I run the Index Wizard?

I am running RH8, Windows 7 and generating WebHelp.
The Wizard seems to be picking up the names of topics and making them keywords. Some of my topic names have no spaces in them and that’s the way they come into the Index. So, I assume I have to name all of my topics so that they come into the index correctly. Is that right?
I also seem to be getting HTML terms in my index. Some of it looks like formatting. What is happening there?
When the index is created by the wizard and I look at the Index pod I see the index keywords on the top of the pod. Some of the topics are in bold and some are not. The ones in bold do not have an entry in the bottom of the pod in the Topics for: area. These do not display when the help is generated. The unbolded items have an entry in the bottom of the pod in the Topics for: area. These items display when the project is generated. So, what’s happening here? Why are some topics bold and others not?
If you can point me to some Index info I’d be grateful. Yes, I wish I could take a class but that’s not likely to happen in this economy.

Well, we can't as we don't know what you consider as "more than enough". The built is quite heavy (like it can be 800mb) then it needs to be extracted to be installed before everything unneeded gets deleted...

Struts - Can anyone tell me what this URL is doing??

In a Struts framework, we normally have a class being mapped in the action tag, for example, in the struts-config.xml, we can have the following

that means, if we type something like

it would go to the MyMappingAction10 execute method and do whatever it's supposed to do.
But the other day I come across a URL path which looks something like this....
http://...../mypackage/route.logging.do
I have been trying to figure out how/why it can get executed because normally, as you can see from the above example, it's only forward10.do (something.do) but in this case, it's route.logging.do (something.something.do) how can I actually find out what program (class) this actually maps to? How does this work??
I understand that my information might not be sufficient, but I would still appreciate anyone could offer me some pointers to find out what's happening. Thx.

From what you have given in the code, with struts the only place the requets to /mapping10.do can end up is MappingOut10.jsp.
You are saying it ends up somewhere else?
Easiest way to find it would be to do a global search through your code for the text "route.logging.do" It must be specified somewhere.
It is possible your action is creating an ActionForward on the fly rather than using the one in the action mapping - so check the MyMappingAction10 class execute method to see what it returns, and where it gets that return value from.
Is there a global actionForward defined for the route.logging maybe?

Can anyone tell me what happens to an iphone when you actually fill it up to full ?

A friend of mine is blind and therefore never sees the 'nearly full' message on her iphone (iphone 4S, latest iOS, I think 7.1.1) as it fills up.
We see lots of odd behaviours from her phone and I'm trying to work out if its caused by the phone being full ?
For example, I'd expect the iphone to STOP:
- Recieving iMessages
- Apps wouldn't be able to store data (eg Skype, Whatsapp might not work)
But, would it lead to potential corruption? For example I see these happening:
- Some imessages get through from some friends, but not from me. It looks like a block is in play, but I'm able to call my friend.
- Calls coming in are one-way audio (I wouldn't expect a full iphone to cause this)
- Skype isn't updating, it doesn't seem to recieve or send messages/videos.
What other things would happen ?

Yes I'd expect that. But I'm concerned with what I keep seeing happen on my friends phone. Apps seem to corrupt and stop running. SMS's apparently make it to the device (according to the operator), but they're not displayed. Replies to me seem to come from her email_imessage address rather than her phone_imessage address and when I reply it doesn't deliver (meaning that neither SMS nor imessage appear to work), but only with me, it works with others.
If as I suspect, the SMS database is corrupted, then I'm also wondering if the backups of the iphone in iCloud and PC are also corrupted (or does the backup process filter out likely corruption).
I would have thought that iOS would protect applications from this somehow, but I can't see how - a full iPhone is a full iPhone right.. no way to stop data corruption.

You may try booting your Mac in Safe Boot, as it can resolve many issues that may prevent a successful login.

Instead of getting a wireless card for the Mac Pro, you might want to consider getting an 802.11ac wireless bridge device that would enable you to connect more than one device to it by Ethernet cable and to eventually take advantage of the faster 802.11ac wireless standard.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Forgive my ignorance but I have never hear of iTunes Document Manager Pro. If you mean Document Manager Pro, i was able to find that. Back to your problem, have you tried opening one of those files in the iOS iWorks apps? Form the quick read that I did about this, .cwk files can be opened by Pages, Numbers or Keynote, depending on what type of document that it is and those files can be read by Document Manager Pro, after properly saving them. I don't see that you can go directly from the .cwk file in Document Manager Pro without converting them first.
I took a very quick look at the app, so I may be a missing something about its capability.

It can come about without any change done by the user, and it's not just from other networks. The placement of the router can also affect performance. Also make sure router is up to date.
Apart from that would be the reboots.

That are flags to specify what kind of data that entry is and how it can be expanded with a prefix and suffix. The accompanying file *.aff define what those flags mean.

Unplug your iBook from the AC power, shut it down and take the main battery out for about fifteen minutes. Then you can put the battery back in, plug the power back in and restart. This should reset the USB and FireWire ports.
If that doesn't help, you could reset the Power Management Unit. Follow the instructions in Knowledge Base Article #14449 for resetting your PMU.
You probably should also startup from your Mac OS X install disk and run the Disk Utility to "repair disk" on your hard drive. This will determine if you've got some kind of file directory/software problems with the files on your hard drive.
I'm not much at decoding kernel panic logs, but this line jumps out:

Did you have a DVD movie in the drive at the time? DVD movie disks are UDF format, but not much else is.
