PAnnnn is a database tables to store the data records of infotype nnnn for Personnel Administration.
PBnnnn is a database tables to store the data records of infotype nnnn for Recruitment.
The PCLn database tables are used to store data clusters (such as results from Time Management, Travel Management, and Payroll).

Can anyone tell the difference between USB 3.0 and 2.0?

I have both a 8GB flashdrive 3.0 and 2.0. I got the 3.0 at office depot for $8.00 and 2.0 for the same price at best buy. I honestly can't tell the difference between the two. They both seem to be the same in speed. Is there really a difference?

This is an interesting subject, I just recalled a MacWorld podcast I was listening to when the 3.0s were first hitting the market. A guest on the podcast was saying to think of it like a 'bottle neck' not so much as speed. With the 3.0 you can push more information through at any one time. So in the case of the hd movie senario, if you had multiple movies transfering at one time the 3.0 would be a lot faster than a 2.0.

It looks like the primary question here is performance, in which case:Performance is not an issue, so long is it is sufficient. In the case of CSS 11000 and Alteon, performance fall within the same order of magnitude (supporting web sites with several billion hits per day.) F5 does not have sufficient performance, due to platform and OS limitations (Ive heard as low as 50 connections per second in complex configurations). The Cisco CSM posts up over 10x the performance at 200k flows/second.
Typically the primary concern is features, then CSS 11000 switches lead with a wide and flexible array of features that are not only helpful to network and web administrators, but well integrated too. CSS 11000 switches offer configuration through CLI, Web GUI, and XML. CSS 11000 collects statistics that can be exported to non-Cisco applications for billing and management.
The CSS11000 also supports URL load balancing and HTTP header balancing within one content rule, with complex matching. Further, it supports user agent, pragma/no-cache, host field, cookie field, language field, accept, accept charset, accept-encoding, and Connection within the http header field.
In addition, the CSS11000 matches up to 128 bytes with support of wildcards anywhere within the string.On the other hand, Nortel (Alteon) - HTTP header load balancing is not supported on the same VIP as URL load balancing. Eg. This means that a simulated WAP user cannot be directed to a server while load balancing "normal" browsers to their servers based on URL without using two separate VIPs. Only ONE http header load balance is supported on the entire switch. This limits you to either User Agent (WAP, Netscape, IE, Palm, etc), OR pragma/no cache (do not send the user to cache, allow (the user) to go to the origin), or Host field (allowing you to direct on domain name), or Cookie. Also, Nortel does not support the language field.
In regards to F5, many of the performance claims are based on HTTP 1.0 requests (most web sites today are not using HTTP 1.0), Many emerging applications rely on HTTP 1.1 rather than HTTP 1.0. Also, the BIG-IP cannot spoof the connection to detect the URL, cannot do NAT on the flow, and cannot maintain states for persistent connections.
Overall, I think CSS switches are the lowest cost to own, and most effective of all the load balancing platforms on the market.

Podcast Maker sets up your podcast from media files you enter into it; you enter the summary and description. It then publishes to your iDisk or other server, and in the process created the podcast.xml file which you can submit to iTunes.
It doesn't create an rss.xml file: it sounds as if you are also creating the podcast in iWeb, which does. This has the advantage of creating a web page; it will also create the rss.xml file.
Both are valid - of course if there are any differences between the version in Podcast Maker and the version in iWeb then the xml files will be different. But basically you seem to be creating two versions of the same podcast - if you are making it in iWeb then the Podcast maker version is really redundant (though I prefer it for podcast creation). If you want to go on using both I should use the podcast.xml feed it creates.

Download the apps on your syncing computer and then sync to the iPod. Note that you can only sync apps for the one syncing computer you use with the iPod. You can manage music and videos among different computer.

I updated to Firefox 4 and there's no orange Firefox button and the Menu Bar is still there (File, Edit, View, etc.). Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

As the question states, I tried updating from Firefox 3 to Firefox 4 two different ways and though I see a difference, it's definitely not all of Firefox 4. I updated with the auto update installer and downloaded the exe and installed and it's still not right. I don't have the new Firefox style or the Infamous Orange Firefox button. My Menu Bar (File, Edit, View, Etc...) is still there as well. The only thing that has really changed is the tabs going above the URL bar. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

To get the new style UI you need to hide the menu bar. To do that in the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the "Menu Bar" entry.
If you need access to the menus you can press either Alt or F10 to temporarily display them.

The image on the left is via preview and the image on the right is what is shows like when I try to download it. I have emailed it to myself and it shows fine on the computer and in CS4, but when I look at the download via my phone or on another computer it shows the wonky color on the right. I have checked the color space shows RGB/8 bit. Any ideas why or how to fix it? It isn't with any one specific session.... and I've tried it on both my desktop and my laptop- saved image to an external hard drive and to drop box. I've tried sending the image to canvas on demand, my email, mpxipro, POST editing- all the same result. Please HELP!! What am I doing wrong?

Most of the time you see something like that. The image in question has a color profile other then sRGB. Some image viewers/displayers are color managed and others are not. So the image do not look the same in all of the applications you use. So colors seem to change.
Try converting it to sRGB color and see if then looks the same all around. Also I think PC and Mac displays are set to different gamma something like 1.8 and 2.2
Though I'm colorblind I even see color variations.

For gmail there are no settings to change, you can access gmail from any browser just by going to the gmail site and logging in.
