DON'T HIT KIDS... THEY HAVE GUNS NOW.

Sorry but we cannot help you with that here, try a non-official forum which you can find many of by searching google.
All talk of warranty voiding procedures such as disassembly are against the rules here, regardless of your personal warranty status.

    when trying to sync my iphone in itunes i keep getting the error message "itunes cannot sync apps because the apps installed on the iphone could not be determined." can anyone explain what this means?

    I received the same error message after I had recently updated iTunes to 10.5.1 and I had wirelessly updated 13 apps.  I had to go into iTunes and select Apps, on the bottom right it said I needed to update 13 apps.  I updated the apps via iTunes and then synced again without an issue.

    The warranty is NOT international. You must take it back to the country of origin if it needs repair. The E.U. is considered a single country for warranty purposes.

  • Can anyone tell what is the number to replace a damage LCD display in my iPad 2?

    In a recent incident the lcd display in my iPad 2 became damage, I would like to replace it. Can anyone tell me the replacement number for this part? so I can order it in the internet
    Thank you in advance

    Apple does not sell parts to the public and does not provider parts numbers. You will have to use the internet to find either a used or OEM replacement. Start with http://www.ifixit.com.

  • Can anyone tell from this log why my mac keeps crashing and forcing a restart?

    Can anyone tell fromm the log below why my iMac keeps randomly crashing and forcing a restart? It is happening way too often now and it's driving me crazy!
    Only just a few days ago I wiped my drive clean and installed a fresh OS copy of mountain lion, I then though it may be a Ram issue but a thorough test said everything was ok and I had a memory monitor window open last time it crashed which showed that barely any of the memory was in use!?
    Really need some help here guys!
    Thanks in advance!

    Right so I decided to erase my harddrive completely using disk utility, then went on to install a fresh version of mountain lion (both by holding down cmd-r when booting up)
    With a fresh system I tried what had previously casued a kernel crash, which wa copying a video to my downloads folder, selecting it and then hitting spacebar to preview it, the video plays fine for about a minute then it jolts, freezes and then retarts with a white screen saying I need to restart.
    Below is the report, im so confused!

  • Can anyone explain what this means?

    Consider the following code which is supposed to add a value passed to the method to an instance variable; however, there is a problem. Re-write this code, without renaming any variable names, to resolve the problem.
    private int number = 123;
    public void addNumbers (int number)
    number = number + number;
    System.out.println("The local variable is: " + number);
    System.out.println("The instance variable is: " + number);
    }

    1. The code is wrong.
    2. Look at the code.
    3. Figure out what is wrong.
    4. Explain the fix needed to make it work.
    without renaming any variable names, to resolve the problem.
    That phrase. What does it mean by renaming any variable names?The underlined parts are variable names. You cannot change those.
    private int number = 123;
    public void addNumbers (int number)

  • Can anyone tell what exactly does the 3650 MA or MC does

    Hi
    Datasheet is not very helpfull..
    I want to now if there is any benefit if i have a local 5508 HA pair at my central site and a 3650 MC Controller in my branch?
    Is there any config sync between WLC or Prime with this 3650 in Mobility Agent or Mobility Controller mode?
    regards
    Chris

    Hi Chris,
    MC-Mobility Controller & MA-Mobility Agent are two different roles assign to a wireless controller. In legacy systems (5508,WiSM2,2504) both roles reside on the same physical unit.
    Typically MA is responsisble for terminate CAPWAP tunnels from AP, maintain client database where as MC is responsible for Roaming, RRM, wIPS, etc.Another important aspect is MC hold the license for AP registration. In legacy system you do not want to worry about both are doing by the same controller/device.
    With this new Converged Access deployment model you have the option of seperate these data plane (MA) & control plane (MC) funtionality into two sepearte device. In a large scale deployments, you should have central controller acting as MC (it can be 5508,5760) & all your access layer 3850/3560 will act as MA & terminate all directly connected AP CAPWAP tunnels.
    In small/branch deployment, you can use a 3850/3560 to do the MC funtionality as well. In that case it will act as a full WLC (with MC& MA functionality).
    In your case, yes you can use 3650 to do the MA/MC at your branch (think of you got a WLC at your branch). If you require guest tunneling/etc, then your 5508 need to be run specific code (7.3.112.0 ,7.5.102.0 or 7.6.100.0) in order to inter-communicate with branch 3650.
    As Scott mentioned, it is different architecture, so better you familiar prior to deploy it. Here is another good presentation you should watch.

  • Simple? can anyone tell why this simple btn doesn't work?

    Trying to write my own simple disabling button class (with
    some help from friend - thanks LuigiL)
    So, why does my button not turn off when clicked? it runs the
    deinitializeBehavior function but the removeEventListeners are not
    actually being removed...
    I don't know why but could this possibly be a graphics issue?
    Thanks in advance

    HAH! OK - I am starting to get this a little.
    Thank you St. LuigiL. You are my Obie-wan: the force is
    strong with you.
    I made a Main.as document class and now the whole thing works
    like a charm! I was wondering if it was necessary to do so - and it
    was.
    In my OCD I am constantly striving to keep my classes to a
    bare minimum (if I could write everything on one page I would.)
    I very much appreciate your incredible help and support.

    Hello,
    Leopard requirements/10.5.x...
        *  Mac computer with an Intel, PowerPC G5, or PowerPC G4 (867MHz or faster) processor
    minimum system requirements
        * 512MB of memory (I say 1.5GB for PPC at least, 2-3GB minimum for IntelMacs)
        * DVD drive for installation
        * 9GB of available disk space (I say 30GB at least)
    Classic/OS9 Apps no longer supported.
    Trouble is Apple no longer sells it, check eBay & such for the Retail version, not the Gray Discs...
    http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=mac+os+x+leopard+retail+10.5
    There are workarounds if the 867MHz CPU is the only hangup...
    http://sourceforge.net/projects/leopardassist/
    http://lowendmac.com/osx/leopard/unsupported.html
    So we know more about it...
    At the Apple Icon at top left>About this Mac, report the version of OSX from that window, then click on More Info, then click on Hardware> and report this upto but not including the Serial#...
    Hardware Overview:
    Model Name: eMac
    Model Identifier: PowerMac6,4

    Processor Speed: 1.42 GHz
    Number Of CPUs: 1
    L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB

    Hello KCC4ME,
    You may try booting your Mac in Safe Boot, as it can resolve many issues that may prevent a successful login.
    OS X: What is Safe Boot, Safe Mode?
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1564
    If a Safe Boot allows you to successfully log in, you may have issues with one or more login itmes (while the following article is labelled as a Mavericks article, it is viable for earlier versions of the Mac OS, as well).
    OS X Mavericks: If you think you have incompatible login items

    Cheers,
    Allen

    We got a new Apple TV for Christmas and it works wonderful. However, my question is this. We are on a satelitte internet system and our bandwidth is limited. Can anyone tell me what effect it will have on using up my 10 megs of bandwidth? If I run over the 10 mgs, the service either slows way down until it is reset on the first of the next month or I have to purchase additional bandwidth and it can get expensive.
    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    If you only have a 10MB limit on the Internet connection you might as well not have Internet access and certainly should not attempt to stream anything.
    If the limit is 10GB, then you will need to be careful with streaming as most video is 1-3GB for a one hour show.

    Instead of getting a wireless card for the Mac Pro, you might want to consider getting an 802.11ac wireless bridge device that would enable you to connect more than one device to it by Ethernet cable and to eventually take advantage of the faster 802.11ac wireless standard.
