Apple can fix it without your receipt or box. They pull the serial number from the device and determine warranty status from that. Hopefully ApplCare was registered to the product before you lost the receipt though. If not, you can go back to the point of purchase and obtain your AppleCare receipt and Apple can help attach it to the iPhone.

If the charger that came with your iPhone is defective, and it is within the warranty period, they would replace it. They will not replace a charger that you purchased from WalMart. Why not ask WalMart to replace it?

No it was stolen off of me on a bus, i have got the police involved and was mis lead into getting insurance from Orange but they dont have a replacement plan for the Iphone at the minute.
Would home/house insurance cover this?

I accidentally went swimming with my phone in my pocket last night; it was in the water for probably thirty minutes. When I got home I realized what had occurred and put it in a bag of rice overnight. Today I tried to charge it and I also realized there was a piece of rice stuck deep inside my charger slot. I have now gotten it out but I am afraid in the process I destroyed the pins in the charger hole. I'm not 100% this is the case, though. I will have to give it a couple hours to see if one: the water destroyed it internally, I mean after all it was in there a while, and two: if I destroyed the pins in the charger slot. I'm very anxious, someone please answer soon. Thanks for the help.

If you didn't leave it in the rice for at least a week the phone is dead, and not just the charger slot.

Well, I bought a brand new iPhone 5 about a month ago, and everything had worked perfectly until about a week ago. All of a sudden, with both outgoing and incoming calls, I could barely hear the other person. They could hear me perfectly and normally, but I hear the other person as if they were very far away, and the voice quality is tinny, if that makes sense.
I can hear fine if I put the call on speaker, or if I put my headphones in and talk that way, both of which are fine as temporary fixes, but irritating to have to do all the time.
I called Apple, and they had me run through a few steps, all of which I had already tried (restarting the phone, resetting it, turning off LTE and turning it on again, putting in the headphones and taking them out repeatedly, etc). The woman I spoke to told me that once I was able to get to a computer, they'd have me update and restore the phone, and that if that doesn't work, they would replace it under the warranty, since it's brand new.
I haven't done the last step yet, but I feel like it's not a software problem.
If updating and restoring don't work, do you think Apple will replace it?
I haven't dropped it in water or dropped it anywhere, but I checked the sensor to be safe, and it's white as can be.
Is it likely they'll replace it for me, then? Because I absolutely cannot afford to get another one!

Iphone 4s Charger fell into water

Hello all. As the tittle says, i had an iphone 4s charget next to my aquarium. Suddenly from a bad move, charger landed into the aquarium and pulled it out after 2 or 3 secs intantly. I left it 2 days to dry w/o use and decided to risk it by plug my iphone for charge. Seems to charge without problems. What you suggest me? Buy a new one, or stay with the old one that seems to work?

I would stick with it
maybe put it in a bowl of rice on the radiator or a heated flood to make sure it dry all the way out
not too many sensitive components in the charger maybe some of the capacitators can get water damage and maybe the transformer can rust
but even then it would not be likely to damage the phone

If you purchased your iPhone from Apple within the last 14 days then you can return it to switch it for another color if you wish.
If you purchased it through your carrier, then you will need to look at their returns policy, but I expect it would be similar.

Apple maintains sufficient stock for replacements even for iPhones that
