Can apple restore my photos even though my iphone 4s is broken?
My Iphone fell on to a road and a car crushed it. It is completely nonfunctional and i was wondering if apple can restore photos if i can provide serial number of phone. the phone has all the pictures of the first year of my daughters life. they are valuable to me.

I need a data transfer from a 2005 Macbook to my new one (2010). I damaged the old laptop and although it wouldn't turn on, when I brought it to the Apple Store they ascertained that the hard drive was still intact. They said I needed to purchase a one to one membership to get a data transfer, which I did, but somehow forgot about it and now it's expired. Go to OWC where you can purchase a suitable enclosure for the drive. You will need an enclosure for a SATA notebook drive. This is assuming the old computer is a MacBook and not an iBook. I make this observation because the first MacBook was released in 2006, not in 2005. If yours is a 2005 model then it's an iBook and uses an ATA interface.
Install the old drive in the enclosure, connect to your new computer. You can then transfer your data. -

Photos and videos in the iPhone's camera roll or included with the iPhone's backup. You can update the backup for your iPhone 4s if not already updated followed by transferring the backup for your for 4S to the iPhone 5s. This will include all data included with the backup for the for 4S. -
iPhoto can't find photo even though the thumbnail is present. Any help, there are dozens of photos in my library that won't open as iPhoto can't find them. This is probably a very common question!

what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?
What do you see when you click on a thumbnail?

How do I access RAW files in Photos - these showed up in iPhoto but cannot be accessed in Photos even though they have been imported. Retrograde step again Apple.

Turn off Wifi in settings and then turn it on again; this will pause your device's update from updating.
To stop automatic updates of applications, go to settings, Itunes&appstore, scroll down to automatic downloads and turn off updates

Transferring photos from your computer has nothing to do with your iTunes account/Apple ID.
Photos can be transferred from a single computer only. When transferring photos from another, all photos on the iPad that were transferred from a different computer will be erased from the iPad first - even if the photos were transferred from the old or different computer to the new computer being used for syncing.
When transferring photos from your computer, what is named the iPod Photo Cache is created on your computer for the photos that are transferred and why you see new photos being transferres are optimized before the actual transfer process. The iPod Photo Cache for these photos on the computer the photos were transferred from is not available on your new computer.
Since all photos on your iPad that were transferred from the old or different computer should remain on that computer, transfer the photos from that computer to your new computer. These photos on your iPad will be erased with the first sync but will be re-transferred along with a new iPod Photo Cache for these photos being created on your new computer. -

The tech support people can help with Playbook purchased apps. If you've called and they said they cannot, you were lied to.
Even in the link you posted, in #10, it states clearly "App Refund related matters are handled by BlackBerry Customer Care." That, my friend is accessed by the support number. Again, if you were told otherwise, you should inform them of such or ask for a manage/supervisor.
And, you don't have a "Partner ID" because you are not a "Partner". The section you're referring to applies to mobile providers, which are the Partners.

I suddenly recieved 6 'How to change your Apple ID password' emails, even though I haven't been on the Apple site in months....should I be concerned that someone is trying to use my account?
I wouldn't be too concerned. The most likely cause is that someone is attempting to login and made a mistake in entering their Apple ID and typing yours instead. So, they are getting an error and offer to reset their password. But the email that generates is being sent to the real owner of the Apple ID they are entering, you. If you are really concerned, you can go to the Apple support site and reset your password yourself to be on the safe side.
