Can Apple Support Help - My Battery goes from 40% to 0% if i take a picture, when recharge it goes back to 40% within 1 min.
I have a iphone 5.
I have noticed that when I do anything that could drain the battery, such as take a photograph, the iphone shuts right down and I get a picture indicating I have no charge and that I need to plug in and recharge.
Within 2 mins of doing this the battery indicates the same power level which it was when I started to take the picture, say 30%.
Do I have a battery or hardware or a software problem, if so is there a fix.
You should get your phone checked by visiting an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place.
You can also contact Apple Support and talk to them. They can check the battery online.

Click on Apple Support, then on ->Battery, Power &Charging ->Battery questions and troubleshooting, and follow the instructions.

Additional Information.
On my Mail Accounts setup it was set to "verizon.net" on incoming.
Now it faintly reads, "incoming.yahoo.verizon.net"

I recently update my iphone 5 and had lots of problems. Apple support helped but now I see that none of my music is downloaded. Do I have to download each song/playlist individually?
Updated the phone to IOS 7.1.1 but there was a problem with my computer. Everything was removed from the phone but I couldn't get it back without help. The tech helped me and everything is fine now except the music. I did sync it and backed it up but wonder if I should restore backup. I'm a little nervous to try that, what do you think.

Make sure there's enough free space on the startup disk.
Right or control click the MacintoshHD icon on your Desktop.
Click Get Info. In the Get Info window you will see Capacity and Available.
Make sure there's a minimum of 15% free disk space.
If there's sufficient disk space, the startup disk may need repairing.
Launch Disk Utility located in /Applications/Utilities
Select the startup disk on the left then select the First Aid tab.
Click Verify Disk (not Verify Disk Permissions)
You will need your install disc if the startup disk needs repairing.

This is to report the problem i encountered when i updated my Ipad mini to the new IOS 8.1..
After the update my Ipad restart and after that it appears a picture that need to connect to itunes and need to restore. So i connect it to itunes and wait to restore my ipad mini because it is not opening.
After restoring it my ipad is now opening and it is like new that i need to set up again.
I set up again until i reach the apple id and password.
I put my below apple ID and password to unlock my ipad but it didn't work. The message i receive is "the apple ID cannot be used to unlock this Ipad.
What will I do? Please help.

I have given my iPad and iPhone to my wife, she has synchronized with her Apple ID but it keeps going back to my Apple ID when she tries to purchase something in iTunes. Do I need to deregister the device and register it in her Apple ID?
What id shows at the bottom of the Featured tabs in the App Store apps on the two devices ? If they still show your account id then try tapping on the id and log out of it and your wife can then try logging in with her account.
Any content that is already on them that was downloaded by your account will remain tied to your account, so only your account will be able to download updates to your apps. -

I have an imac and a macbook pro. my creative suite 5.5 design premium is on them both. I'm about to take them in to the apple store because they are running bad and have them completely restored to factory settings. when I get them back will i be able to re-install my adobe creative suite to both of my computers using my same product code from when i first bought it?
Yes. Just make sure to deactivate the license on both systems using Apple menu --> Deactivate while one of the suite programs is running.

hello all first of all please accept my apologies for my bad english language .I'm an American who lived outside of America since childhood. i hope you understand me . i am one of the apple fans that many times i contact with apple support team for solving my itunes problems, some of supports were great But on other side there are many employee in the apple company that they just give us some PREPARED answers without thinking about what i ask them !
i want to report my problem here to get rid of those useless persons and ofcourse those weak answers in the apple company. before of explaining my problem , let me tell you a short thread:
some months ago i bought one microsoft XBOX live CODE to charge my LIVE account , i bought that from a retail store at France. Code was redeemed before i buy that , that was obvious that seller had decide to scam me with a used voucher ! and he did not accept my words and he just needed proof. so i go to microsoft.com on support section then i start talking with online chat support

To much heartbreak, the hard drive in my 160GB iPod Classic appears to have failed.
It got really hot when it was syncing and now, as it it doesn't get past the apple logo when switching on.
I'm not looking for any fixes, I've tried everything (restoring the iPod, restoring it in disk mode, formatting it etc.)
Apple don't seem to make it easy for me to get in contact with them. I refuse to pay for repairs again, I refuse to pay £20 for a phone conversation. It seems that as it's out of warranty, i'm out of luck. What makes it worse is that this is the 3rd or 4th replacement i've had for my original classic, each time i've paid over £100 for repairs. I treat them with such care, this is a fault completley beyond me. I know I'm entitled to some consumer rights here.
Do you have any idea what I can do? Does anyone have a method from contacting support services alternative to this online system? Like an email address for Apple support or a number that doesn't require purchasing technical support or whatever.

You are entitled to 90 days of free phone support when you buy the iPad - no matter where you buy it. When you activate the device, I think it is registered at the same time. But to be absolutely certain, I would register the device anyway.
The iPad is warranted for one year from the date of purchase from manufacturer defects. Once again, it does not matter where you buy it.
Best Buy and some of the other resellers do offer an extended warranty for additional price as does Apple with their own Apple Care plan.
