Can i use Apple Tv to display the content from the computer screen on the TV screen i guess like streaming or using the computer wirelessly?

No, sorry you can't do that.
AppleTV is in effect a stripped down Mac rather than a device that streams the video output from another device.
The AppleTV display output is generated by the AppleTV, so the device can only handle a limited set of media types either streamed to it wirlessly or synced to it's hard drive (plus some YouTube functionality).
AppleTV decodes and renders the media data rather than iTunes.
If iTunes rendered the data and sent the frames to AppleTV or allowed other apps to replicate the desktop it would be great, but it doesn't.

2. Unplug the computer's power cord.
3. Wait fifteen seconds.
4. Attach the computer's power cord.
5. Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
Then zap the PRAM/NVRAM as per > About NVRAM and PRAM
1. Shut down the computer.
2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
3. Turn on the computer.
4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
6. Release the keys.
Then retry the Disc Drive.

It sounds like you art trying to access a Shared Photo Stream, but you do not have one of the devices to enable your Apple ID as an iCloud account. The following article provides information on how Shared Photo Streams work:

The article states that for privately Shared Photo Streams to work, the recipient will not only have to have an Apple ID, but it will have to be an iCloud account:
Friends and family with iCloud accounts can view your photos in the Photos app on any device using iOS 6 or later; on a Mac in iPhoto 9.4 or Aperture 3.4 or later; on a Windows PC with Windows Vista or later and iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later installed; or on a second generation or later Apple TV with software version 5.1 or later installed. Since you do not have an iCloud account and just and Apple ID, your friend can share the photo stream as a public website so that you can view it, as stated in the same article:

The only times I've tried - on holiday/vacation with no broadband - this has failed because Airplay of protected content requires a brief authorisation connection to Apple's servers.
Conversely an ipad hooked up to a TV using the HDMI adapter works without internet for media stored on it as does a Mac computer running iTunes eg MacMini with HDMI out.

How can I get album artwork without using iTunes on the computer?

I used touchcopy to copy the songs off my ipod touch onto my new computer, so i could then load them onto my ipod nano. I have got the songs on the nano, and theyre still on my touch, but there is no album artwork on either. For my nano, i can use iTunes, but the computer my touch is synced to is, well, dead. So, is there a way to get the album artwork back on my touch?
Also, on my nano, it doesnt have any of the artists or album (name) for the songs

I really don't have an answer for that one. I guess that while trying to get things working correctly, I would use the most basic monitor I had which in your case would be the Eizon using the Thunderbolt port and adaptor.
When you boot into Safe Mode the startup is quite slow, but you should get the Apple logo and then the spinning gear below it (release the SHIFT key when it appears.) Then after a little more time you should see a gray progress bar appear below the spinning gear. When that disappears the computer will startup to a login screen.

Your question is a little hard to understand because Apple uses "iTunes" to mean two different things. There's the iTunes software, which is the application on your computer that manages the audio and video files on your hard drive. And then there's the "iTunes store" which is where you buy music and videos and stream videos over the internet.
If you're talking about iTunes the software and files on your hard drive, the speed of your internet plays no role whatsoever. In fact, you could stream video from iTunes (the software) and not even have an internet connection. It's all done over the Wi-Fi network. If your wireless network is wireless "G" or "N" you'll have no problem streaming content from your computer (your router would have to be very, very old for it to be something other than G or N). If you're getting slow speeds, there's some other issue. Maybe your wireless network isn't set up right or your base station is either too far from the Apple TV or too far from the computer.
If you're talking about streaming over the internet from the iTunes Store the mostly likely culprit is your internet connection. Sometimes "extreme" speeds don't live up to the hype. Look for a way to test the speed of your internet connection, and compare that to the speeds required by Apple TV.

This happens especially when many apps are running but even though there are plenty of memory resources available.
I have tried to find if something is using Firefox in the background, but have no way to know what that would be.
Their are no apparent viruses detected.
Firefox is version v5.0 and occurred in earlier release.
System is Windows 7 (64bit).

I don't use the built-in creator tool that comes with Spyrus as it doesn't know how to append a pre-staged media that was created by SCCM that should apply the Windows file system to a second partition and the WinPE to the first partition.
I managed to do everything. my only problem is that the WTGCreator that comes with SCCM 2012 R2 creates the 350MB partition with FAT32 file system.
when I boot from the device I get the WinPE, I can choose a task sequence and then it fails when trying to apply the wim file. the error tells me that the 350MB partition is FAT32 which is not supported (even though it chooses the second partition, which
is all the rest of the disk space)
what I did was adding another task that converts the 32 Fat partition to an NTFS partition and then the process continues and finishes successfully! but that's a workaround.
I'm trying to make this process as smooth as possible without having additional steps
