Can balance sheet be derived from a segment other than balancing segment

Hi,
In our Chart of account following segment are there:
1. Company Balancing Segment
2. Branch
3. Department Cost Centre
4. Line of Business
5. Account Natural Account Segment
6. Sub Account
The requirement is to derive Balance Sheet and P&L Company Wise, Branch Wise and Line of Business Wise.
Can we draw balance sheet and P&L for Branch and LOB when they are not balancing segments.
We are implementing oracle Rlease 12.1.1

Hi Asif,
You can derive the Balance sheet on other segments, but there is a high probability that your journals wont be balanced on that other segment. To generate the balance sheet, you need to have the Trial balance balanced on the segment on which you want to generate the BS.

No, you can only buy content from your own country's store - to be able to buy form another store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it. You can try requesting that the content that you want be added to the US store, but ultimately it's the content providers (record companies, film studios etc) that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

If you use iTunes' default settings then when you add a file to iTunes it places a copy of the file in the iTunes media folder and it leaves the original in place. The exception is when you drag it to the Automatically Add To iTunes folder.
It does not convert the file. You can delete the original if you wish.

Purchases made under 1 Apple ID are permanently associated with that Apple ID and CANNOT be transferred to another Apple ID. So if you want to keep those songs, you'll need to always have access to your dad's account.

How is the TC currently connected into the network?
It should work fine in bridge and create a wireless network.. it should already be able to share the network without being the main router.
Setting up wireless from wireless is difficult.
I would recommend you buy the USB to ethernet cable Apple sell as an accessory for Air and MBPr so you can actually use ethernet when required.

Check:
A. RFC user has been assigned to Local Purchase org & local purchase group.
B. RFC user is consistent in BBP_ATTR_CHECK.
C. Plants have been replicated properly into SRM and have been assigned the proper GUID's.Check table BBP_LOCMAP for this.
D. Also check the SRM RFC destinations and the SRM RFC user assigned in both the Systems.

You can share them this way:
Suppose you and the person you're trying to share with (I'll call her Jane) have two separate computers with two separate Apple IDs. Each of those two computers have a current version of iTunes.
You could copy your book from your version of iTunes over to Jane's. How you do that depends on what types of computers you have, etc.
So now your book is sitting in Jane's iTunes. But you own the book, so Jane cannot access it. What you have to do, then, is authorize Jane to access the book you bought.
You do that on Jane's computer in iTunes by going to Store > Authorize This Computer in iTunes' menu. Enter your Apple ID and password there.
Then once Jane syncs her iPad to her iTunes, she will have access to your book.

Yes , it is possible..unless the current user has the right privileges on others' db objects schema.
Now , as regards the syntax....
1) The more descriptive way is to use the format ... <owner_schema>.<obj_name>.
2) If you have declared public synonyms of other schema's objects then you can refer to them as just <obj.name>.... but the <owner_schema>.<obj_name> is not wrong.
3) If the db objects reside on another database you must have declared a db link.... then the syntax is <owner_schema>.<obj_name>@<db_link_name>.

i'm using mail on osx 10.7 with multiple gmail accounts. when i create an email, i check to be sure i'm sending/replying from the correct account. after i send it, somehow it actually sends it from a different account, other than the one i've selected "from." this is evidenced by the reply email i receive. how can i fix this?

          Mail ▹ Preferences...
The Mail preference dialog opens. Select the Composing tab from the row of icons at the top. From the menu labeled
          Send new messages from:
choose

Kudos! I too am frustrated about this change to my personal page. I also know Apple is not to blame. I also manage a page for the company I work for using pages app. And that app is UN affected and I can choose from any photo stored on my phone (4). I do keep them seperate so I can keep a professional aspect for the company. But if you want your personal page linked to your public or work page, this maybe the work around your looking for.

I am developing a android app using adobe air sdk for a device that DOESN'T have Android Market.
Is there a way for my app to prompt a user to download the air sdk from a location other than Android Market?

Well your in luck,
If the app is going to be pre-installed, then you can pre-install the AIR Runtime with the app.
First download the AIR 2.5 SDK or go to where your AIR SDK is located on your machine.
go to the following directory within the SDK folder....
"\runtimes\air\android\device\"
"Runtime.apk" will be the name of the file. install that on the device and your done.
They dont need to be prompted because they will have it pre-installed.
This will allow them to start the app, then if there are any updates to the Runtime.apk, you can prompt them within the app to download with instructions.
