Can Bex be used as a standalone app and connect through ODBC ?

We have a scenario in which we want to connect a Netezza server to our Netweaver2004s BW server and transfer the date from BW to Netezza .We want the queries to be processed by the Netezza server and view reports by placing Bex on top of Netezza server . My question is can we connect Bex to Netezza server by using ODBC and not the odbc of the excel ..or is the connection needs to be made through the ODBC of excel and Bex will work fine as it is embedded in excel itself . Any pointers in this regard will be of great help .

Credit cards do need to be from the same country as your account, which may or may not apple, but if you're visiting from another country and trying to use, for example, a UK card in the US app store, it won't work.
Could you have typo'd a number? Or could the card be expired?

The phone will automatically re-appear when it connects to the Internet. However, don't get your hopes up, as thieves know this & will make sure your phone never re-connects so you can locate it.

You can create as many individual user accounts on a Mac as you like. Then, any one or more of those users can remotely log in from another Mac and use that Mac as their own, simultaneously. Each account will remain separate from all others.
However, since each user needs to have a Mac to do that, I'm not sure how you could effectively double the number of users as you describe.

Well its defintiely nothing that Apple can activate to fix this. They would be able to troubleshoot with you though. This may be able to be resolved if its something software related.

Correct. Apple quietly removed the ability to use debit cards some time ago:

Shopping the App Store requires an iTunes Store account. When you create an iTunes Store account, you must provide a payment method for your purchase. The available payment methods vary by country, but typically you can use credit cards, gift cards, store credit, or PayPal.
The iTunes Store Terms and Conditions also mentions credit cards only, not debit cards.

Where do I put pdfs on Samsung Galaxy SII so I can view them using the Adobe Reader App?

I have PDF files on my PC that I'd like to view on my phone. I downloaded the Adobe Reader expecting a folder to appear that I could copy these PDFs to. Rather like with Kindle. It didn't. I solved the problem. I manually created my own Adobe PDF folder by connecting the phone via usb to my PC, Windows Autoplay gave me the option to 'Open device to view files'. Explorer then displayed all the folders on the phone. I created an Adobe PDF folder manually and copied the PDFs I wanted to view into that folder. Adobe Reader then found the files without a problem. I clearly was missing something quite simple but something I'm sure a lot of people would miss. Perhaps if the next version of Adobe Reader for Android created this folder automatically, like Kindle and Kobo and other readers do, it might save a lot of people a bit of a headache.

I'm asking, in all seriousness, why do you think your mother needs an iPhone? Honestly, if your mother is, as you described her, a technophobe, I would recommend against getting an iPhone or any other smartphone. I've spent a fair bit of time teaching older folks to use smartphones. If they are interested in learning, it's fine. If they have the phone because their kids or grandkids thought it was a good idea but they are afraid of the phone or not interested in its features, it doesn't go well at all.
Many basic phones have voice dialing. Obviously, it doesn't do all the things Siri does but it may be much less intimidating for your mom. Also, basic phones have hardware keys. Even someone with limited vision can learn the keyboard on such a phone. From the sound of your first post, all she will be doing is making phone calls.

No, changes done on the iPad will not sync back to iPhoto on your mac.
But you can transfer the edited photos back to your mac - share them to the camera role or send them by mail. Any edited image you add to the camera roll can be imported into your iPhoto Library, when you connect your iPad to yourmac via USB.
But there is no real syncing of iPhoto libraries on your mac and IOS devices.

MY personal thinks to Radez29. Yes, it is now authorized. BUT, I have an obvious question and an obvious statement.
Question......why, in my many emails to/from Apple support, was this simple solution not given to me?
Statement.......Apple should consider "terminating" the present employees and hiring Radez29. He obviously knows a LOT more than the Apple support team.

Already that's almost double the amount of characters required to send the message, just to format it in HTML. And that's if no fonts, styles, graphics, or media have been applied. If they are, the number of actual characters sent balloons dramatically.
I'm in the middle. I don't hate HTML email, I'll even turn it on when I think formatting will help my message. But I like to use disk space efficiently, so I've set plain text as my default for sending messages.

My question today is quite simple. I use one account for apps and tv shows, but inwant to use a different itunes account for purchasing itunes match. How can I use them both on my devices? Will it be asking for my user-pass each time i play a song? What other thing should i consider?

I would strongly recommend you not do this. You will regret it.
I have played with this issue a lot. You have to remain signed into match in order for it to show up on your phone. If you sign out to purchase an app or redownload one from your appstore id you use then match will be removed from your phone and when you go into your music app the icloud will not be there. You then have to go sign back out of the store id you used for your app purchase and then sign back into match and everything will have to go though the download to your device process again. This really is not what you want to do.
Sign up to match with the apple id that you know you will use the most or has the most purchased items and use that for all purchases, i.e. books, apps, movies, and music. You don't want to go though the other process.
Plus apple will start not letting you sign into match because you signed out and back in, in to short a period of time.
all store purchases on an iphone are linked to the store id. if you sign out of your match id on the appstore and sign into another account to purchase an app then itunes match will sign out in the music app. You can't have two store id's signed into your iphone at the same time. They are all linked together.
