Can calendar automatically print a document on a schedule?

Is there any way to make Calendar print a document on a specific day? At the end of every month I have to send in a sales tax return sheet. I set up a reminder to remind me to do it but I was thinking it would be nice if it would just automatically print out the sheet for me.
Thanks

Thanks for the idea, the only problem is that I can't afford to buy a new app. Is there a free app that will do the same thing, or could I use Automator? Also, I don't have any experience with this type of thing, how would I create this sequence once I have the proper app.
Thanks again for all your help.

Why can't I print a document from iphone5 to hp wireless printer?

    Try the following steps.
    Power off the printer.
Reset the phone by holding the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot.
Power cycle your router. Disconnect it from power for about 30 seconds and then power it back on.
Once it has completed the reboot, then power the printer back on and make sure it connects to the wi-fi network
Open the content on the phone that you want to print and attempt printing it again.
If that does not do it, then check to see if there is any newer firmware for the printer from HP.

Soution: Delete the printer and add the same printer back in, therefore creating a new print queue.

  • I can no longer print any document in PDF format. Not sure why

I can no longer print any document in PDF format. Not sure why? When I try to print, the document saves to my hard drive as a PDF and will not allow me to print? Never had this issue before. Any thoughts?

Print to file is in the main print dialog (on Acrobat 9.x) as opposed to under Advanced

  • Can you automate printing in Business One  - I want to print two diffrent

I have 2 diffrent Layouts ( say for AR Invoice )
I want to automate  - in any such way ,  so teh user clicks on button once ( print ) and the Invoice is printed with a copy each using the 2 diffrent layouts.
what are the possibilities ? does Business One ship with this ability, or do I need an add-on ?

    Hi,
Unfortunatelly there is no object to handle this in DI and UI.
Atcivate the Automatic printing on the invoice (this will be the first type) which is default.
    Then
When Document is Printed out you will be notified with the SBO_Application_PrintEvent.
When the printing was sucessfully, printeventInfo.BeforeAction = false and printeventInfo.ActionSuccess =  true then you can :
    1. Active the Menu ID 5895 -> Opening print layouts
    2. Select the Second layout and default, close the window
    3. Active the Print Menu (menu id 520)
It is not so Wonderful, but i think it is an easy solution.

  • Why can't I print PDF documents from Safari correctly

When we go online to get our credit card statements they are always in PDF format.  My husband likes a paper copy so he can reconcile himself.  When we print the document all we get are six very mini copies in the upper left corner of an 81/2 x 11 sheet.
This didn't use to be the case and I'm wondering if it has to do with Mavericks or an update to Safari.  Does anyone know of a solution?

Logon to the website then click to "View" statements.
Then from the Safari menu bar click File > Export as PDF
Then print the PDF file that was downloaded to your Mac's hard drive.

  • HP 7280 All-in=one - can you automatically print the fax log?

On my old HP, you could set a regular day for it to automatically print fax logs. I can't find that setting on the HP 7280 (Win 7 computer), and I often forget to print out a log. (and nothing appears in the fax log box from the HP Solutions Center).
Does anyone know if there is a way to set up a log auto print? Or retrieve faxes from prior to the last 30? thanks

    Hey there @MSS1 ,
I read about how you are wanting information on printing out fax logs from your Photosmart C7280.
I just wanted to respond with the information I have found. Click here and start on page 142 to read about printing the faxes in the memory. Also, I do not personally believe you can reprint faxes older than 30 days from the history.

  • HT2500 how can I automatically print mac mail attachments?

I've been using mac for a few years after many, many years of PC, I love mac but not knowing how to set my mail preferences to automatically print a message and its attachments is driving me crazy!! Can anyone help with a straight forward solution?
I usually have to print emails in bulk so having to stop and do attachments individually is really annoying.
    Thanks

I assume you mean, "print automatically the attachment(s) with the message". If so, then there is no such option, and for a good reason. Attachments can be anything -- would you like your printer to spit out reams after reams after reams of binary text because the message contained a compressed zip archive? (On second thoughts, maybe you own an ink cartridge manufacturing plant, and that's exactly what you want…)
What you probably have in mind is to print out image or PDF attachments with the message. In part, this depends on the message itself, over which you have no control; but, in most cases, if Mail renders the pic, it will be included in the printout. Give us some specific examples, and we might be able to suggest something. Don't forget to tell us which version of the OS and which e-mail client you are using. I assume it's Mail.app, Mac OS X's default, but…

  • Why can't I print a document created on my MacBook Air with Pages via a wired Lexmark X2650 printer?

I am unable to printe a document I created on my Mac with Pages via a wired Lexmark X2650 printer. Of course, I have already confirmed that it is correctly set up and connected. Why?
    Thank you.

TextEdit is an application on your Mac.
Type TextEdit into Spotlight (magnifying icon top right on the menubar) to quickly locate and open it.
It is the basic Text/Word Processor (but actually very capable) that comes with all Macs and a good place to test differences if you hit a problem.

  • Why can't I print a document when I can wirelessly print a photo from my i-Pad?

I have a new Canon printer that supports air print.  No problem printing a photo from i-Pad2 (it even selected photo paper!) but when I chose to print a document the i-Pad recognised the correct printer, said it was connecting and sending to print but nothing happened (not even in print queue).

    Try this:
    1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
    2. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.

  • Why can't I print a document from a website using Adobe reader?

Adobe has been bugging me to update to latest version, so I finally did (got so sick of it popping up all the time on my screen).  Now that I have, I can't print out anything off a website.  It keeps saying, "Document cannot be printed" or something like that - and then it tells me that no document is selected, yet it clearly is selected.  Anyone know what's going on?

What is your operating system & version?
    What is your web browser?
What is your Adobe Reader version?
How do you print - from the browser's print function, or from the Reader toolbar?

  • How can i automate printing of smaller batches within a folder

    Hi
I am trying to print in excess of 10,000 files however i can only send in batches of 100 otherwise the printer crashes. I have setup a hot folder to copy the pdf files into from their current folder.
Now i just need some help to create a script or automator function to select a batch of 100 files at a time from the larger folder containing in excess of 10,000 files.
I then need these 100 files to be dropped into the hot folder. I then need the script/automator to select the next 100 pdfs in the folder and drop them in the hot folder.
However the tricky bit is i need there to be a time delay of at least 30 mins between dropping each batch into the hot folder to avoid the printer crashing.
big ask i know but any help would be really appreciated. thanks

  • Why can't I print WORD documents created on my MACBOOK from a PC?

Our daughter is unable to print documents created on her MACBOOK from a PC.  She has been saving her documents as WORD files, but the PCs in the university computer lab still do not recognize the document, and consequently she cannot print them from the computer lab PC.
We have experienced the same difficulty when creating a document on the MACBOOK, saving as a WORD document, then sending it as an e-mail attachment.  The friends who receive the document on a PC cannot open these documents.
    Any suggestions?

    Reset iCloud sync state
    On Mac:
    Close open applications
    Open a Finder window
Choose “Go to Folder…” from the “Go” menu
    Enter “~/Library/Application Support/”
Find the folder named “Ubiquity” and move it to the Trash
    Restart your computer

  • Can you automatically print email attachments in Outlook 2013 with a standard "out of the box" rule

I know there is a standard "print it" rule in Outlook 2010 that prints the email not the attachment. I heard that there is a standard rule in Outlook 2013 that prints attachments. Is this true? I have Outlook 2010 currently and am having trouble
with scripts that are suppose to auto print attachments. If this feature is now a standard rule in Outlook 2013 I would upgrade.

    Hi,
Please note, both Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 only have the rule with the action "print it", but neither of them has the action to print the attachment. You need to use a macro which prints the attachments of the emails.
Some 3rd-party add-ins may also help.
If you need support on the macro, we can post this question to Office Developers forum:
