Can Captivate 5 allow user to answer all questions and then submit?

I am doing a management comparision so our team can select our standard quizzing tool. I am comparing Quizmaker by Articulate and Captivate. What we are not going to do is say; "this tool is our standard and we will always use it." We know that not one tool will do everything we need all the time. But I need to provide the pros and cons of each tool. Which is root of my question below:
As for CP, I thought there was a way to allow a users to answer all questions and submit them at the end. But I cannot seem to find that. Quizmaker does a really good job with this and the review is really quite good. I find the skip and back buttons kinda buggy in that a novice user could very easily skip through each and every question and get a 0% at the end. Ideally, I would like for them to be able to answer all the questions and submit them all at once.
Can CP5 do this?

The option to submit all scoring data to the LMS only at the end of the project is dependent on selecting a particular SCORM template when publishing the movie.
If you have Captivate 5 with the latest update, or Captivate 5.5 this option should appear under the SCORM options.

Background:
I have created a quiz in which the user must answer each question correctly before proceeding to the next slide. This is what I did:
Set preferences to Settings > Required > Answer All - The user must answer every question to continue
Set the number of attempts on the question level to Infinite
Made the Next button invisible and disabled the playbar
This way, the user can only proceed to the next question slide with the Submit process – and, since attempts are infinite, that means only after successfully answering the question.
Current goal:
I want the user to be able to click on a prompt for a hint. To set this up, I did the following:
Created a smartshape labeled “click_for_hint” displaying text that says, “Click here for a hint”
Created a smartshape labeled “hint” displaying text hint
Set “click_for_hint” to show “hint” on success
Now, when the user clicks on the text that says, “Click here for a hint,” the hint pops up. So, that works – awesome! However, once the hint is activated, I would like for the user to be able to continue infinite attempts until successfully answering the question… and only then, after answering correctly, proceed to the next slide.
The problem:
If the user has submitted one or more incorrect answers and then activates the hint, the slide no longer waits until the user has answered the question correctly. Instead, it automatically resumes playing, proceeding to the next slide. I tried setting the smartshape “hint” to pause on success, but that did not work.
Is there a way to make the slide wait until the question is answered correctly before proceeding to the next slide, even after the hint has been activated?Are you aware of the fact that your Required setting can cause problems, blocking the user? It is also totally unnecessary, because you have infinite attempts on question level, and did hide the Next button (hope you don't need Review, otherwise I would recommend not to hide that button but to drag it under the Clear button: Question Question Slides in Captivate - Captivate blog)
The hint problem is linked with the fact that a simple action will release the playhead. I would like to see the timeline of the slide, to compare the pausing points of the shape button and the question slide. The problem is that when I check "email authentication" to retrieve my password, they DON'T send me an e-mail. Also, when I check "Answer Security Questions" and I enter my birthdate (which is the same in all my e-mail ids), they tell me invalid birthdate. I have been trying this for a long time, there is no way I can retrive my password and a lot of my apps are linked with this id and because of this issue, I'm not able to update them.

Why can't someone from apple answer my question about upgrading to the current version of Itunes
I am amazed that I have been posting questions for months about this issue and no one has given me an answer!!!! Does Apple not track these discussions?
I have Windows 7 64-bit and am trying to upgrade Itunes to the current version, with no suggestions.
I have found and tried the 64-bit installer and receive the following message:
'This itunes installed is intended for 32-bit versions of Windows. Please download and install 64-bit Itunes installer instead.'
I have itunes 9.1.1.12 currently installed.Okay ... it's behaving just like the PC Mover thing. 32-bit versions of iTunes and AMDS have somehow been jammed on the PC. When you go to uninstall either of them, the 64-bit Windows installer service encounters 32-bit installation configuration information, goes into a fantod, and you get the error message.
So we'd better try clearing away that installation configuration information, and then trying another update.
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Apple Mobile Device Support entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Next, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

I recently had my iphone 4s screen repaired because the screen was cracked. It was all ok and then a few weeks later something strange happened. My touchscreen works, but the screen doesnt show, you can see the light in the background but no picture? has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem is, is it self-repairable or even repairable at al?
The LCD Display connector has partially come loose from the logic board connector, and simply needs to be pressed back down into place. Or the front screen assembly is now faulty, and needs to be replaced again.

Do you mean a flash drive? I don't know if I would trust one of those entirely. Make sure you make a backup.
Copy the entire iTunes folder to the flash drive. Start iTunes while holding down the option/alt key and guide it to the library on the flash drive. If you forget to plug in the flash drive before starting iTunes in the future you will have to do the option start thing again. -

just bought $50 worth of credit to purchase apps its my first time purchasing apps so something comes up i have to answer security questions and i forgot the answer of it sends instructions to my email but i don't receive anything i tried resending the instructions 15 times
Unless they're in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Trying to download an app but, I get prompt to answer security questions. I answer the questions but, then the session times out.

If my iphone, ipad, MAC and macbook pro are all linked, and then I upgrade only my ipone to IOS 7.0, does that have an effect on the linking to my other MAC products. It seems my calendar has lost a lot of information since the upgrade.
If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.
searching the internet i found a link to upgrtade to 10.7
The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.
