Can change date for photo?

Can one change the date successfully for a photo in LR?
It seems that most of the metadata section is locked, and even if you can change, a field says "meta data has been changed."

Can't change date for photos in one event?

So i have my events set up to view by date, with the most recent events at the top. But there is one event that featured photos from a wide range of dates. I selected all the photos in that event, and "batch changed" them all to be yesterday's date. Seemed to work, but when i return to Events View, it is a the very bottom of all my events and gives me a date range of Oct 1999 to August 2007. I've gone thru and highlighted every photo in the event and they all seem to have the august 2007 date. I hit "show hidden photos" and found none.
Any thoughts or suggestions? (I'd rather not go to manual view of events, because i like the latest import loading at the top)

This is (IMHO) a bug.
Once you have the dates correct the only way currently to fix the event dates is to select one photo and create a new event then move the remaining photos to the new event -- it will have the corrrect dates.
You also should report to Apple -- iPhoto menu ==> Provide iPhoto Feedback -- hopefully they are busy fixing a bunch of these (minor) items

How to change date for Compensation Package Offer (IT0706)

I try to change date for an existing record in IT0706 to a later date, however system prompted "The compensation package was already activated. It can not be changed" As I checked, the record status is "Activated". Can anybody help to advice on how to change the date ?

Sales Order creation/ change date for the items

I have a unique scenario and i need to get a Report for this
A sales order is created for 4 line items.
Out of these , for 2 line items a delivery is created. I need the sales order creation date and time for these 2 items in a custom report
Now the other 2 items go in to some kind of block- Now these are released by going in the sales order VA02 and after releasing the delivery is created. Again for these two items , i need the sales order change date as after a user goes and changes the sales order to remove the block only then delivery is created for these two items
Also another scenario is the 2 line items go for back order and when we get stock at tht time system confirms the stock and then the delivery is created for these. So also for this when this change occured i need to get the date for these 2 line items
Can any one please suggest how to get this data from the scenarios?
I dont want to get the date when the delivery is created as i can get tht from the LIKP table. I need the sales order create and change dates for these.

You may be aware, any changes to a document will be recorded in CDHDR (for header changes) and CDPOS (for item changes). You can explore these two tables.

If you basically want to find out if anyone changed the cost element, you need to use transaction KA05 and enter the cost element and controlling area.
This would actually bring you whatever field was changed and on double clicking give you the actual change and the date on which the change was made.
Problem is this change date is actually the creation date of a change document which is in the table CDHDR.Its not like the change date is on any master tables.

Thanks for the information. But I am unable to see any documents in the table T77CDOC_CUST even though I made some changes to the OM data for a particular object. I see that there is a SWITCH in the above table which needs to be activated..I think in my system it is not active..So could you please let me know how can I activate this?

I had a problem similar to this. I was writing my own table model which would work sometimes and at other times fail similar to what you describe. I ended up printing out the source code to the DefaultTableModel and taking a look at it and then deciding to subclass that class and add my additional functionality as opposed to writing a completely new model and trying to duplicate the DefaultTableModel. My needs were relatively simple and the subclassing fixed the problem. I can change data with no problem in the displayed table. If you're not already subclassing and trying to write your own table model you may want to give this a try. I'd struggled with the problem for several days thinking I'd fixed it and having it come up again. I invested 2 hours doing the subclassing and the problem has never appeared since then. I know I just missed doing something in the table model I was trying to write but my schedule was tight and the subclassing offered a quick fix. Hope this helps!

Anyone have a problem using iPhoto "change date of photo" function?

I imported some old photos today and need to sent the time on them. I selected the photos and used the "Change date of photo" function. It worked fine on the first set. I tried adjust a second set and that's where problem began. I needed to change the date from 01-01-2002 to the correct date of 05-28-2004. I photo instead set the date to somewhere in 1989. I thought I must have typed the date wrong. So I selected the photos and tried again. Nope, it wasn't me. The date on the photos was set back to some time in 1983. I tried several more time... Well, lets just say I have photos dated in the 1700's..

I had searched the forum and could not find anything. Maybe someone knows where is is.
I fixed the photos the "brute force" way.
I deleted them from the library.
Changed the date on the files on a different computer and imported them again.
However this seam like a crap way to fix a iPhoto issue.
I hope that I don't need to fix the time on any more photos..

As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

How to fetch last changed date for Header in me22n?

I need to create a report for PO, where I have created one screen tab in Header level(customer data), therefore I need to fetch last changed date for header , I must mention that I do not want last changed date for item level, only for header last changed date is required.

Read table CDHDR (object "EINKBELEG") and CDPOS (look for table name EKKO), keep the last CDHDR record with "EKKO" data actually changed.

There are quite a few windows version of the unix touch command which will do exactly what you need.
I'm sure there is a way to call it even within LabVIEW, using "system exec". You might even be able to call cygwin1.dll using a "call library node" (I have not tried this).
- There is the full featured cygwin environment for windows. "touch" is in fileutils.
- There are also simple ports such as Touch For Windows.

When an employee uses Portal form for changing the Absence date ( i.e change date after it has been approved or rejected )for the Absence Type LOA . The Manager who receives the work item should get a warning message.
Where can we add this warning message? Is there any user-exit or any configuration changes to achieve this ?.
