Can Creative made a 5.1 highend speaker system ?

Maybe Creative should made the next T7 Series with real 5.1 speakers system with 116db to complement the Sound Blaster Z series. T6 II speakers are only 2.1 speakers. They should make the 4 speakers detachable for T6 II and add 1 more speaker with a special clip to clip the center speaker ontop of pc LCD monitor.

Hello joebono,
I'm not sure which logitech system you have so I don't know what your setup is. I know on my computer my Logitech 5.1 sound system is USB.
With that being said there is not enough ports on the computer to connect all the cables to the computer to make a standard 5.1 surround system work. What you need is a speaker system where everything connects to the sub woofer and then you connect the woofer to the computer.
Alternatively like I mentioned on my own personal system is you have a speaker system powered through USB.

I have an Iphone 6 plus. Can the bluetooth connect to the cars speaker system and a Garmin HUD unit at the same time?

    Hi,
Normally yes, Bluetooth can connect to multiple devices at the same time, so yes.
The only thing is that you'll be able to send sound/music to only one at a time, but I understand the Garmin HUD doesn't play sounds.
    cheers

Look iTunes>Preferences>Devices...is a backup listed for your iPhone 5 dated BEFORE you restored your iPhone 4 backup to your iPhone 5? If not, your data is gone. If there is a backup, on your iPhone 5: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You should now be able to restore that backup, if it exists, to your iPhone 5.

Hi! I have a Creative suite Design Standard 9 Adobe program and I am attempting to make a wizzard form that can be made into an entry form for a competition. So I need to 1. Make the form into a question and answer form that Participants may fill out. 2. make it possible for them to download it via a link on our website 3. make it possible for them to save the info they have written into the form and mail it to the mail we have supplied in the entry form and 4. make it possible for them to put in a jpg. as part of the entry for and lastly 5. make it possible for us to copy paste the document and use it on other platforms. How do I do this - is it at all possible with adobe?

Those requirements are go way beyond what PDF forms can do and are meant for, some of them would require involving other programs or are mutually exclusive and contradictory. You are wasting your time even thinking about doing this as an "offline" PDF form. Simply sign up for an online forms/ survey service like FormsCentral or Surveymonkey.

Can Creative Cloud be installed on a virtual machine?

    What do you mean?
Some people with a Mac prefer to use the Windows version of Adobe software, so they install a Windows emulator on their Mac to then run Windows software
If you are asking about installing on a network server... the answer is NO... the programs are made to install on individual computers

  • How to interconnect Creative 7.1 Speaker system to

HI All,?I have bought a Creative 7. Speaker system. I have connected it to my TV using the Audio Out (left & right) to the Auxiliary In of the 7. speaker system and now only 3 speakers are producing the sound. The center and the surround speakers have no output. Please guide me on how I can interconnect this 7. system with my TV and get the speakers working. Thanks in advance.Chris?

Headphone jack on all current Mac models (include latest aluminum iMac) doubles as SPDIF digital optical output as well. In other words, both analog (for headphone/line-out) and digital audio outputs are built into the same combo jack. Same analog/digital implementation for the audio input jack. Alternatively audio output can be sent through USB bus in digital form to external decoder. Thus unlike PC, the compact iMac does have many extra features already built-in.
All you need is an external 5.1 decoder to decode 5.1 digital output from headphone jack or USB port into analog format with three analog outputs for Creative Inspire T6060 5.1 speaker set (woofer/centre, front L/R, surround L/R). The only such decoder I have come across is Tutle Beach's Audio Advantage SRM (www.turtlebeach.com) though there are many surround audio decoders/receivers (mostly with SPDIF optical outputs) on sale in audio equipment shops. Take note that Creative Inspire T6060 is active speaker (amplifier built-in) whereas outputs from some surround decoders/receivers are meant for passive speakers. The difference is between low line level outputs (for active speakers) vs high amplified outputs (for passive speakers).
Optical Toslink cable with two different connectors on both ends (standard Toslink / 3.5mm Mini Plug) is required to connect between headphone jack output and external 5.1 decoder input. In case when USB port is used, any good USB cable built for peripherals (printer, external drive etc) will do.
Since I never play game and hardly watch movies with my new aluminum iMac, only good stereo audio is required for music appreciation with following setup:
iMac USB port -> Firestone Fubar3 DAC -> Firestone Tube Head Pre-amplifier (vacuum tube) -> Harman Kardon SoundStick2 speaker
    Hope the information will help.

  • Issues with Creative Speaker Systems 7700 and 7800

I have had very little success with Creative Inspire T7700 and P7800 speaker systems. The problems started when the left rear channel on my T7700 stopped working. I spent an hour or so localizing it down to the multi channel amplifier that's located in the sub woofer cabinet. I swapped the speakers around to see if the speaker was blown and I swapped the T7700 to my other computers to see if the problem was in my sound card (I have 3 computers 2 of them have Audigy cards and one of them has an X-FI sound card). The problem stayed with the left rear channel so it is definitely the T7700. Since it was off warranty I went and bought a P7800. After getting it home and unpacking all the speakers and making all the connections I found the left front channel non functional. I took that system back to the retailer and they exchanged it for another P7800. I brought that one home and found the right rear channel to be non functional. I returned that to the retailer and got my money back. I have several older speaker systems from Creative including a nice 5.1 channel system (the 5200) that has worked flawlessly for many years. My question is this: Why is the quality of these newer speaker systems so poor? And has anyone else had this kind of problem? So far I am living with the dead channel on the T7700 but would like to eventually get everything working again.

    p3dlow,
Any speaker system that can receive input from a single 3.5mm stereo minijack should work with a MP3 player. Are you looking for a 2.1, 2.0, portable or docking station? Btw, exactly which player do you have?

  • Older creative speaker system. need support, but none listed??? perplexed here.

Don't you just love these sites or vendors, that over time discontinue support or any other for products yuo puchased from them. What is up with that?
My problem is I have the T7700 7.1 surround sound system i purchsed back in 2003 or thereabouts. Since that time, i have not had any issues with this system, but i do now, and find that the newest version of same essentially, is the PT7800. About the same sysem but newer, and TBH, not as good as what i have now.
I am trying to JUST get some customer support, which i think they should let one write an email to, and they use the typ. required fields for fill in boxes,of which none apply to what i'm trying to inquire about. I guess my only other alternative, which again is common these days, is to either go to this forum, and or last resort, 'call them in person over the phone. I guess i'll have to use that option, or just reside to the fact that i now have to buy another speaker system. That hurts only bercasue like us all, i have priorities all set for my needed future upgrades, and not the monies to invest in a new system. Come ot find out i have only (4) of the seven speakers working, and all are connected to right plugins on the woofer side panel.
Any suggestions on what i should do here

Sorry, but I'm not entirely clear about what you were trying to ask in your post.
As for Creative, they've changed their policy on support and will only provide support to products that are under warranty, and phone support is only available for a short period after purchase unless you buy a separate support/service package.
If you only have 4 satellite speakers, you can connect them as the front left and right, and rear left and right, and continue to use the speaker system as a 4 channel system. Be sure to set?the speaker set-up for your sound card to reflect that you have 4 channel (might be incorrectly called 4.1) system, otherwise sound may be directed to your missing speakers.
If all of your speakers are working and you only have sound coming from 4 speakers, then check the speaker or output set-up from your sound card or on-board sound to insure that you have set that up as a 7.1 system.

  • Can a inspire p5800 be used without a computer, as a stand alone speaker system

Can an Inspire P5800 be used as a stand alone speaker system? Here is my story. I just got this speaker system from my girlfriend who did not know that it had to be hooked up to a computer/soundcard etc... She thought it would just hook up to my MP3 player and be used as a speaker system downstairs in my shop. It looks like the decoder DDTS-100 could be bought and used as a stand alone sound adapter? Or is there a cheaper way? The only other way I can see is a triple headphone adapter that has one 1/8 inch plug going to three 1/8 inch jacks that can be fitted with a 1/8 inch plug to plug cable in each jack, then those going into the back of the subwoofer/connector area. Would that be a mono source that way? Any help would be appriciated. marc

I have set this system up with a creative zen vision m without using a computer just stand alown, but i have only been able to get the subwoofer, front left and right speaker to work. I dont know if that helps.

  • Can the G500 Speaker system be used for Mac systems?

I have the Creative G500 speaker system 5.1 and would like to know if it can be hooked up to my mac? I understand I will not be able to use the pc card but can the speaker system itself be hooked up to the Mac?

Sorry I did not get back online quick enough...but the passwords are the same.
For some reason, after my first cold boot, I was still prompted for the hard disk passwords.  I powered down again and when I powered back up, it signed me on all the way through.  So it was just a hiccup.
All is good now and I'm very happy!
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

  • Creative Audigy And Speak System Not Loud.

I built an entertainment computer, running Windows Media Center 05, back in June. The entire time I've had it, it's been very quiet as far as the sound goes. I've finally had it, so I'm trying to get some help. The system is an AMD 2800+ with 52MB RAM; I have an Audigy 2 ZS and a "Creative Inspire P7800 90 Watts 7." Speaker system. To hear movies, mp3s, music videos, and so forth, I must turn the PC volume all the way up as well as the little wheel that is attached to the subwoofer all the way up. I still continually have friends complaining they can't hear movies when we're watching them... How can I get these systems to play louder, as I feel they ought to be doing by default?

...just use the normal stereo output (green plug) for 2. speakers. Despite the name, there is no separate "sub" input on ANY 2. speakers on the market: they all work with a stereo signal, and the sub channel is separated by a low-pass filter inside the speaker's amp itself.
