Can destination ASCP server be a fesh install?

Question

We have 32-bit Linux OLTP 11.5.10 and would like to use HP-UX PA_RISC 64-bit destination server. Can this server be a fresh install of 11.5.10 with the latest ASCP rollup, or does it have to be a clone (export/import) of the OLTP system?

Since you are using the De-centralized configuration,
you may have destination as you want to have. The
most important thing is DB level must be same and
above 8i.DR,
I thought the same patchset restriction was removed with 11.5.10:

5. For 11.5.10 only, the requirement that both the ERP Source and APS Destination be of the same database level is removed.
* This means that if the RDBMS of the APS Destination Instance, which contains ODP, is upgraded to 9iR2 and 11iSCM_PF.J, the ERP Source is does not require an upgrade to 9iR2. OR another example is one instance can be 10g while the other is on 9i.

Is this not really the case?
