Anybogy know anything about PHP Classes & Objects?

I need some guidance. I've got a problem that I think I know
the way
around, but need a bit of help.
Basically I'm trying to create dynamic classes - which I
don't think I can
do. I *should* be able to, but for some reason I can't make
my mind see how
to do it.
I know you can't dynamically name a class - which I guess is
OK. I can put
an attribute in the class to define individual names.
However, I don't know
exacly how many class objects I will need - and thus I don't
really know how
to do this.
For example,
I have a class, Group. But I don't know how *many* groups I
will need. I
can name a group, but I cannot dynamically create new groups.
So $GroupName = new Group; is valid - but has to be entered
into the code
for every group.
This
$DynamicallyGeneratedGroupName = new Group; does not work.
I guess I could just try to re-use one group, but I'm not
sure if this will
work with my templated system, which needs to pair variables
with HTML code
(in other words, I need a complete seperation of PHP and
HTML).
Does anybody have any suggestions or direction to go with
this? I'm kinda
leaving it alone until I can find a bit more info on classes
or a little
instruciton on where to look for more info (or demo code of
re-using class
objects to populate different data).

Can I access a sdxc card just like an external hd?

I just got a new macbook pro (woot!!) and it has a sdxc card slot. I was wondering if I can access it just like an external hard drive? I do a lot of music production work and have a lot of sample libraries, it would be great if I could just use a 128GB sdxc card instead of having to lug around an external.
Is it faster since its solid state memory? Will this work?

I'm not sure it will be faster.. it really depends on the speed of the card itself. The highest class rating is 10.. which simply means 10mb/sec read/write speed (I'm pretty sure is 10mb/sec, it may be 15..).. however many cards boast faster performance which is why you'll see 133x 150x 200x 400x even 600x, the price tag will reflect the performance difference. Most of these speeds will be comperable to usb 2.0, but slower than usb 3.0, firewire 800 and thunderbolt. It is flash media.. but it doesn't necessarily mean you will be operating at ssd speeds. If you're using it for your sampling library you should be fine.

I want to create a vi such dat when I press a button on the frontpanel of the vi it opens the same vi in another window..and I should be able to work on this new window also able to work on the previous window without closing it...Just like opening a new window when using the internet explorer....
I try to make my vi a reetrant vi but when I click the new window button on my vi..a new clone windows open up that I can control but the previous windows is not accessible not I close the current window...I want a way that I can acces both vi window and d operation of one will not affect the other like when the indicators are updating in one window the other window will not update...

The picture attached shows what i want to achieve as a vi or executable...The new window button opens a clone of the vi, but the previous window can not be operated on until i close the clone window...i want to be able to work on both window at any time without closing one of them....The vi was design in labview 2010

Can I create a Class object without the VM?

Using byte-code engineering, is it possible to create a class object?
What about if I serialize a Class object to a file, can I byte-code engineer that and then reinstantiate it?

There are a number of apps that are compatible with Office documents. Apple makes iOS versions of their own iWork apps (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) that can be purchased separately. There are also 3rd party combined suites that cost less than the separate Apple apps. Ones often recommended include Documents 2 Go, Quickoffice and Office2 HD. None have all the features and functions of Excel.
If you can accept needing a network connection whenever you want to use the apps and have an Office 365 subscription, Microsoft has just released their Office Mobile app, though it has significant limitations. Or a server-based solution such as CloudOn might be an option for you.

Can you access the Time Capsule just like a normal HD?

I'm wondering if the Time Capsule can only be used for backup or can you partition it and use it like regular external hard drive?

I don't use TM on my TC. I use TC as my net server. I use the Finder to drag and drop files to the TC. I also use TC to share files long distance with my children who are away.
I since removed the 500 gig hd and placed a 250 gig in the TC.
I've swapped a one terabyte hard drive into the TC also which was very quick and simple.
You are not going to partition a TC hard drive unless you pull it and partition the hard drive say in a firewire or usb enclosure or internal in a MacPro.

How can I get the Doc object from any other object?

Dear colleagues,
in FrameScript it is dead-simple to get to the document part of any object, just add .Doc to the variable.
How can I achieve the same with ExtendScript? I amtired of passing the document object next to AFrames or Pgfs along into subroutines, because those objects already contain the information about their document. But how do I access this?

PS: Almost the same is true for the page an object lives on. With FrameScript we use .Page, with ExtendScript you have to move up the object tree until you reach the UnanchoredFrame.PageFramePage…
PPS: It would be great to see some convenience properties like .Doc and .Page implemented natively.

I'll preface this response by admitting this far from an elegant solution, but I did write a function addressing this question, mostly as an exercise.
If passed an object with an InTextFrame property (Pgf, AFrame, Cell, Fn) that resides in an open document, the function will return the Doc object. Otherwise, it returns undefined.

To your PPS: Rather than seeing the native framework grow bloated to address additional features, I would love to see Adobe and other developers publish libraries of useful functions and class extensions.

Wanted to upgrade from broadband option 1 to option 3 unlimited,went alright until was told that i had to pay £39.99 for the phone,which they give away free normally.
It's because the system (yes the bloody system,it sounds just like sky and the way they treat there customers)
couldn't,wouldn't or what ever it was be over rode to give it me free,as thats what it should be.
He asked the manager(prob his mate sat nxt to him really)if he could give me a discount of £39.99,but No, coz i'm paying the extra £15 a month for the unlimited GB allowance and not the phone or hub????(which you get free,but not if your a customer already might i add)
Even when i said to him i don't want the hub,just the phone,but that made sweet FA difference.
So,if you want to upgrade,you pay the full amount but we not gunner give you what new customers get never mind discounts.
So,BT will be losing me as a customer,and that will be broadband and phone line.

DW will display those in Design view. Or are you talking
about in preview?
To see them in preview, you would need to have a PHP testing
server defined.

How can I display files in external program like Word?

Using NetBeans 6.5, IE7, Windows XP
I have not had any luck attempting to get a PDF file to display in a separate browser window,
so I thought I might try to combine that with a new issue.
I have 3 file types - jpg, rtf and pdf that should be able to be displayed in external programs like Word or Adobe.
Is there a way to start an external application and pass the file name from a backing bean?
The files would be located on the server in a directory that is mapped to the client and the applications (Word, etc.) would reside on the client.
Can this be done from within the confines of a JSF application?

I've tried the servlet approach, but can't seem to get the file to display in a separate browser window.

Help - Can I bring video clips together just like a downloaded TV Show is?

I have a series of short videos which are currently in iTunes. Each clip is a separate file but from a series. The files are separately sectioned within iTunes and not under a single entity, like a TV Show is if you download the entire series.
I have put in groupings, artist etc, to sort them together, but I was wondering if there was anyway of bring them together under 1 banner, just as if it was a TV Show.

Nevermind, i've just worked out a way. If I put them all under 1 Album name, it groups all the video clips. Then it sorts them in order of Grouping, etc.

Not possible. Bluetooth in iOS does not support file transfer.
Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree
telephone devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer
apps from the app store and internet tethering where provided
by the carrier. Other than this it will not connect to a
phone/computer/device. (thanks to ckuan for the wording)
