Can find driver that lets me scan with HP 2545

My HP laptop's hard drive died. New one installed and now comes the set up issues. Need to download what's necessary for my 2545 printer to work. Got it to print, but can't get the part that let's me scan. Used to have icon on desktop that when clicked brought up several things, including the scan button.
Help.

I see that you replaced the harddrive and reinstalled the printer, but you are unable to scan and the shortcut icon isn't available. I can help you with this.
To get the printer shortcut back, do the following:
Click the Windows icon (), click All Programs, click the HP folder, click the name of your printer, and then right click HP Scan, Send To, Desktop. If HP Scan isn't listed, then the full software didn't install properly.

What operating system are you using? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
How is the printer connected? (USB/Ethernet/Wireless)
What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)

i have already completely uninstaled i tunes and reinstalled it and i still get the messege that i tunes was not properly installed what am i supposed to do. i really am getting tired of uninstalling and reinstalling this program and i would like to use my new i pod and put my own music on it. i bought it off of someone else and am having a hard time gettig rid of their name and music

Hello, for the USRP 2920 and 2921 the only driver needed will be the NI-USRP driver.
From your other posts, here is what I gathered:
Ethernet port was set to statis IP
ethernet controller supports Gb
USRP utilities does not detect the device
D and F are green ,in bothom right corner of ABCDEF lights.
at gb ethernet port is green non-stop
The green light on the ethernet port is a good indicator, it means that the ethernet port is enabled and gigabit is supported by your network interface
Light D means the firmware was loaded.
Light F means the unit is powered on.
Light E should also be on to indicate a reference signal for the local oscillator
What was the static IP address that you set for your network interface card?
What was the subnet mask you set for your network interface card?
If the network interface card is not on the same subnet then the USRP configuration utility will not find your USRP

If your notebook can be set up as an adhoc WiFi network or HotSpot you could use that instead of activating the plan on the iPad 2.

I receive e-mail attachments " win mail.dat" from iPhones and iPads.All I can find is that Outlook users send these e-mails. I found "letter opener" and it helps but I'd rather receive jpeg in stead from my Apple friends

Last week I suddenly started receiving all e-mails with photo attachments from other iPad and iPhone users (on my iMac, iPhone as well as iPad!) as " winmail.dat" files. It says everywhere that that is caused by Outlook users sending RTF e-mails. Obviousely that is not the case here. I found an app to open the attachments, but of course that is no real solution. I asked Android and MS Outlook users to send me e-mails with JPEG attachments and the arrive aas they should.
Does anyone know the answer to this?

By the way, some non-delivery receipts (NDRs) are themselves spam messages with malicious attachments designed to infect your computer, so be cautious about opening any of those.

WD elements 1TB SS portable USB hard drive wont let me mount with IMAC

I have put my music and important documents on my WD Elements 1TB SS hard drive from a HP windows XP laptop and i also have a WD Elements 1TB that i used for a back up, i can see them both when i go into disk utility on the iMac but it wont let me mount or open or do anything, i can see them there but can not open them, i have since preivosly tried it on a windows 7 computer and same thing happens, i can see the hard drives but can not open them, it even makes the tune when you plug it in and take it out but still no joy..... any suggestions?

I have reset the device and have opened the music icon and the only thing I can see are the songs I have bought and have on my iPod.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

Can I drive a proximity badge reader with LabVIEW v8.0 ?

I have a proximity badge reader system in my facility; the brand name is HID. I would like to expand the use of those badges to a LabVIEW application on the shop floor. But, I need to know if LabVIEW can drive a badge reader.
The proximity reader that I can buy from HID that will work with my existing badges has an RS232 interface.
Would that work ?

If it has an RS-232 interface, you should be able to do it..
It may simply send an id-tag when it is in proximity.. The proximity simply sends enery to a coil (transformer) which activates the chip to transmit a small RF signal containing the badge id.
