Can GoodReader download html content and save?

The question is vague, but what I mean is the following: If I download an html link in GoodReader, I can click on the link and then it loads the page.
But to avoid downloading a number of times, is there a way to save the content in a pdf so the content is stored on the iPad?
This would be like printing to pdf on a mac, so the document resides in pdf on your system.

Thanks. This helped. Though apparently it just downloads and stores the text, not the icons of pictures, which appear off line as question marks. The reason I didn't notice this is that the thing I tried had the desired text inside the graphic, so nothing appeared off line.
By the way, some sources (e.g. the New York Times) have a "Print" version, which just shows the text without all the graphics, but when yu try to download these, it loads the original article.
Something like "Print to pdf" with the pdf loaded onto the iPad still would be nice.

All apps and media on the device should also exist in the iTunes library on the computer that it normally syncs with.
If used as designed and at some point the user decides they do not want the game on the device, simply deselect it from syncing in iTunes. This will not delete or remove any game history, it simply removes the game from the device.
In the future, if the user changes their mind and wants the game back on the device, simply select it to sync in iTunes and all game history/stats will return with the game.

You've added the music to your computer's iTunes library (File > Add To Library) that you want to sync to the iPad ? If you have then you should be able to select the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (if you have iTunes 11 then you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC) and then use the Music tab on the right-hand side to sync the music to your iPad (if there are downloads on your iPad that aren't yet on your computer's iTunes then you may want to copy them over first via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases).

I have tried to install Mountain Lion like 5 time and I always get a Message saying that "Can't Download Additional Content" and I cant get pass throught it. What Can I do to install it.
I have deleted my Hard Drive like 5 times for the process.

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

to get your image tag data and then parsing that to get the src attribute. You can either treat this problem as a big string-parsing problem, or getting some HTML DOM library and using that to structure the page as a tree for easier access.

I don't think it's possible if you are stuck in recovery mode but I may be wrong...
Since your device qualifies for iOS 8(.1), that is the version that will be downloaded/restored to the iPad.
I do know that you can restore your iPad (from backup & as new) and keep the same iOS version if you restore using the iPad itself under Settings/Reset/Erase All Content and Settings but since you can't access this because your stuck in recovery mode, the point is moot.
Have you tried downloading the update in the middle of the night (2 am or so) where dropouts are much less likely to occur?
It's always possible to take your device in to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar reservation first) and do the iOS update there in the Apple Store.. I'm sure they will gladly help you out with it and not charge you a thing. The trouble with that would be if you don't have an Apple Store nearby.

stevejobsfan is correct; iwork for ios is free only for new purchases of new ios devices. A good work around (if you have wifi connectivity) is going to the icloud website on your ipad, and working on your document.
A word of caution (the real reason I am responding to your post). If you do a lot of 'formatting' of a document on iwork for mac, and then save it in icloud; you will probably loose most of the formatting you have done (this will be true if you oppen the document in iwork for ios; also) It happened to me, and I did not duplicate the document before saving it to icloud; I lost at least an hours worth of work.

What do you mean that you 'can not download free content frm internet' ? What are you trying to download and where from ? The only place to get apps for your iPad is via the App Store app directly on your iPad, and the iTunes app store on your computer's iTunes.

I would like them to open at the size they were previously resized like they used to in previous operating systems. Basic troubleshooting steps oultlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new device.
You need to go through all steps in succession until your problem is solved. If going through ALL these steps fails to resolve your issue, then you'll need to bring your phone into Apple for evaluation and possible replacement.
