Can I access my photos/images through the Adobe website
I just installed Photoshop Elements and the Organizer on my PC. Can I access the images i created through the Adobe website? My PC is at the shop and I need to retrive an image for work.
Did you sync the photo to your photoshop.com account? If so, you can go to photshop.com, log in, and get to the photo that way.

You can't delete it. Look on all your screens and inside all your folders. If you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

After upgrading iPhoto on my MacBook Pro running OSX Yosemite 10.10.3 it continually keeps asking me that it is preparing library. This has happened 5 times now and I can't access my photo's through iPhoto, any suggestions?
There is no upgrade to iPhoto with OS X 10.10.3 - here was an update to version 9.6.1 a few months ago and Photo 1.0 was added with 10.10.3 - what software and which version are you having trouble with - iPhoto or Photos?

If I purchase an authentic boxed copy of Adobe LR 5, can I get a free upgrade to LR 5.6 through the Adobe website?
Yes. In fact all you need from that boxed copy is the serial number. You can download Lightroom 5.6 from the website and activate it with that serial number. If you install from the disk in the box you will only be prompted to update immediately anyway. And that will involve downloading and installing Lightroom 5.6, which will be a complete replacement of your original disc installation.

Reason I had to chat with Customer Support is that I got the following message upon placing Upgrade Order.

Can I access my photo stream from the web to share it?
I cannot determine whether and how I can share my photo stream with other people through the web. Am I limited in accessing photostream to my own computer, iPhone, and Apple TV???
You can't share Photo Stream via the web, only on your own computer and iOS devices.

Can I reverse a photo image in the horizontal and/or vertical plane?
I can't find a way in iPhoto to swap the image left to right or top to bottom like you can by applying "Flip" in the Windows "Paint" application. Do I have to import the image into a similar Mac application to achieve this or can I do it in iPhoto?

MacBook Pro Mac OS X (10.4.4)But you may want to set the preference back to "edit in main window" or one of the other edit in iphoto choices afterward so you can again quickly look at photos with a double click. When you want to edit one in the other application (like Photoshop) you can right click and select "edit in external editor". Photoshop, for instance, takes a lot longer to load and display a photo than iPhoto and I am more often just browsing, not editing, so I do it this way.

I can't access my photo album on the iphone.
When I go to Photos, my photo album is too high on the screen to select. How do I move it back down? If I 'pull' it down, I can't tap on the screen at the same time; it won't let me.
This is a known bug which should be fixed in a future software update.
Press the Home button to exit the Photos app. Double tap the home button to open the recent apps bar. Press and hold the Photos icon until it wiggles. Press the red x to close it. Press the Home button again to exit the edit mode and try the Photos app again. -
Why can't I download Illustrator CS6 through the Adobe Download Assistant?

There is only one catalogue named "PDF" and only one program named "Acrobat" in it. As far as I am concerned, there is no means to download "illustrator CS6" or something other than "Acrobat XI Pro".
I am in China and the download assistant is downloaded form Adobe 中国：创意、营销和文档管理解决方案. I have bought the license of "illustrator CS6" but it's ridiculous that I can't get a copy online. To be noticed, Creative Cloud is not provided in China. It means if I reinstall my system I will lost all my Adobe Creative Suit software though I have valid license and have no credible source to download them. Please HELP!Thanks but it seems Adobe doesn't think I have bought the software. Im looking to get adobe Photoshop cs6, but with Adobe pushing the Creative Cloud, can I even get the program from the website? If not, where would be the best place to buy it?
As John says, they don't make it easy to find. CS6 is now almost 3 versions back with no more updates being rolled out for it.
As an alternative to purchase, you might want to consider the Photography Plan which includes PS CC and LightRoom for $9.99 per month. At least, that way you'll be eligible for updates as soon as they become available.

I have upgraded to iLife8 and now so many of my photos won't open. You can see the thumbnail but when you click on them it says "can't open because can't find original". Yes I do have backup but do not want to spend hours finding photos that should be in my library!
Also, if I am using a word processing application and want to insert a picture I can not access my iPhoto library through the pictures folder anymore. Why not?Sheryln:
Welcome to the Apple Discussions. This preference setting constitute a managed library. If the check box is not checked then it's a referenced library with you taking the responsibility of managing the source files. Managed is the default setting.
Do you have a copy of the iPhoto Library or just the photos? If it's the library is it a recent copy, i.e. not new imports since it was made? If you do you can: 1- copy the Library6.iPHoto file from the backup into the working iPhoto Library package. You can open the package by Control-clicking on it like this; 2 - just move the entire backup library into the Pictures folder replacing the one in there. BUT, if you've added any photos since the backup you'll lose them with this method.
You can try to rebuild the library as follows: launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys depressed and follow the instructions to rebuild the library. Select the first three options.
If that doesn't resurrect the library you may be looking at starting over with a new library and importing the Originals folder from the old one. Here's how:
Creating a new library while preserving the Events from the original library.
Move the existing library folder to the desktop.
Open the library package like this.
Launch iPhoto and, when asked, select the option to create a new library.
Drag the Originals folder from the iPhoto Library on the desktop into the open iPhoto window.
This will create a new library with the same Events as the original library if you have the Finder checkbox unchecked in the Events preference pane.
However, this will lose your keywords, comments, albums, slideshows etc. You will retain your events. If you have a lot of effort invested in your keywords and comments you can try following Tutorial #1 before you start the new library procedure.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file. -
New phone: lost old phone in a fire. How can I access my photos on iCloud from my old phone? In settings I see the storage for BOTH phones. They are separate but same account. Can I access iCloud through PC or is the info now useless since phone is gone?
What a crappy design. This is where Android is so much better. It seems to me like you have no control over your iPhone. It does whatever Apple has designed it to do without asking you first. On Android you can actually go in see all folders, document files, photo files etc and you have so much more control of everything. Apple s..cks!

Im traveling abroad and while I have refused the IOS7 upgrade my iPad is now lock. The display only reflecting iTunes and the USB cable images. Now I can not access my photos and or my email. Anyway I can reset without connecting to my computer?

No. Not without access to a computer running iTunes. You do want to use your own computer so that you can restore from your backup and sync your own content back from iTunes. -
Is there a way to view earlier messages in a thread without going through each day? Also, can you make a photo album from the same text thread without going back to the beginning?
