I cannot understand why y = 6.
As i see it,i find it more logical that y = 5.
Could anybody tell me why y becomes 6?

Here is what you should do if you do not remember the answers to your Apple ID security questions:
Try answering them at least once to see if you can get them right, even if you are not sure you remember the answers to your security questions.
If you are confident you can't remember them, try one of the following:
If you have three security questions and a rescue email addresssign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to send an email to your rescue email address to reset your security questions and answers.
If you have one security question and you know your Apple ID passwordsign in to My Apple ID and select the Password and Security tab to reset your security question.
If you have one security question, but don't remember your Apple ID passwordcontact Apple Support for assistance. Learn more about creating a temporary support PIN to help Apple confirm your identity when you contact Apple Support.

Here is the background. My membership is paid for vie my University. The University is tax exempt, and I need to speak to, email, send a form do something to remove $1.40 from the invoice. Yes, $1.40 It is not my issue, it is the University's and I need to get this done. However, I cannot find an email address, and I refuse to wait for 37 chatters ahead of me. There simply must be a smarter, better, more customer friendly way for Adobe to support.
Does anyone have a secret email, or can you tell me the necessary key strokes and menue choices that will get me to a Customer Service rep?

I am asking because I want to be as fair as possible to the applicant and not ask them questions which I think are tough etc...Touchy subject.
The language is not as important, as understanding programming concepts.
So fine, when the programmer's horizont involves some abstraction levels.
If a programmer can write an UML class diagram for a linked list.
If a programmer knows a design pattern Singleton.
If a programmer can write his/her own single linked list class with sorted insertion.

Since the guy on the other discussion clearly had no desire to help anyone, I thought I'd ask here instead... can anyone help with this?Open iTunes and navigate to the app store. Select a free app to download. A simple way to do this is to scroll down to the top free apps box on the right hand side, hover your mouse over the first item and click on the free button that appears when you hover over it.
A pop up will open asking you to sign in with your Apple ID click "create new account", click continue to create your account. Check the box to accept the store terms and conditions and click continue.
Enter your email address, password, security question, and date of birth, click continue. Now, you will be asked to provide a payment method. Note now that the last option says "none". -
What if im trying to change my Security questions, because i dont remember them. And im not having the option of sending the reset security verification. It just asks me the questions, and tells me that my answers are wrong. What can i do?

Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.
