Can I assign a contact person to multiple customers

Hi
This req is on ECC ecommerce:
Contact Person(USER) need to place and view order status for customers to whom he has assigned.
Can we assign CP to multiple SP. If yes, please.....
We can do this in CRM ecommerce
Any idea how we can fill the gap

Yes there is transaction BP available in ECC, but the business partner is for cross application components.
I tried it but I don't find any of the customers using BP. I think we need some settings to link cusotmers and BP with in ECC.
I dont think this is mandatory for the SAP E-commerce scenario.
I know we do the sync of BP in CRM to the customers in R/3 when we have the SAP CRM E-commerce scenario.
Please let me know if we can sync the BP and Cusotmers data with in ECC.

Hi all, is there any enhancement that would allow the loading of the contact person to multiple customers? any hint?
For example, I have two customers that have the same contact person (same contact person number), how could I build an enhancement to assign automatically the contact person to the two of them. Transaction XD99 is not allowing me to assign the same contact to different customers.

Assign one contact person to all vendors

We will be using surrogate bidding , I want to assign one contact person to all Vendors , and currenctly in SRM you can only assign one contact person to one vendor , is there a way of bypassing this or of assigning contact person to multiple vendors ?

The application works as below:
1. While you access the application, the bidder should be selected for whom the surrogate bid is placed.
2. Then a bid can be placed, although multiple sur. bids are placed for the same bidder, th system will just ower write the previuosly created one (One Bid Invitation - One Bid or surrogate bid for a bidder)
3. Then if you want to submit a bid for a different bidder and for the same bid invitation, you have to go back to the application again (bacause only then you ca select the next bidder). Then the same cycles 1- 3 goes on.

How can i replace existing Contact Person who is assigned to multiple BPs in one shot instead of doing it individually. This is to be done in 7.0. Please give me a detailed approach.

T-Code BP ( Type Contact Person ) with multiple correspondence languages?

Is there way that we can create Contact person with multiple correspondence languages? There is no way in the system to maintain multiple correspondence languages? How can we do it?

You can not maintain the BP with multiple language.Devlopent will be required for this.

This report can be access from sap guid Marketing->Tools->exter tools.

Can you assign a calendar event to multiple calendars?

Is there a way to assign a calendar event to multiple calendars? Example, I have a work trip I would like on my work calendar and my family calendar so it will show on my wife's calendar/phone. I would like to assign the event to two calendars instead of creating two events, one for each calendar.

In week or month view, you have to tap and hold down on the date until you see New Event appear. You have to select the month before you can add an event - as gas as I can see anyway. In other words, you cannot tap and hold down on a date in year view and go directly to that day.

We can assign.
Here the risk categiry and terms of one credit control area will be applicable to all company code.
Credit Control Area
Definition
An organizational unit that represents the area where customer credit is awarded and monitored.
This organizational unit can either be a single or several company codes, if credit control is
performed across several company codes. One credit control area contains credit control
information for each customer.
Use
Credit and risk management takes place in the credit control area. According to your corporate
requirements, you can implement credit management that is centralized, decentralized, or
somewhere in between.
For example, if your credit management is centralized, you can define one credit control
area for all of your company codes.
If, on the other hand, your credit policy requires decentralized credit management, you
can define credit control areas for each company code or each group of company codes.
Credit limits and credit exposure are managed at both credit control area and customer level.
You set up credit control areas and other data related to credit management in Customizing for
Financial Accounting. For more information, see the Implementation Guide under Enterprise
Structure Definition or Assignment Financial Accounting and then Maintain credit control
area. You assign customers to specific credit control areas and specify the appropriate credit
limits in the customer master record.

How can I assign 'Call Contact' in Reminders app without using Siri for it?

Just like the title states, I was wondering how can I assign a click to call a contact in Reminders without using Siri for it.
When I enter a reminder "Call mom" for instance (in the Reminders app), it does not sync with the same contact in my Contact list (for Click to Call), but it does when I use Siri for it. Anyway to resolve that?

If the config the the module you are using doesn't support a certain type of form them you have two options;
- Take a copy of the print program and change it to use the desired type of form
- Create a type of form that is supported and use that to call your form.

Re-assign a contact person BP from one bidder org BP to another

Hi forum members,
We have a situattion where we would like the ability to transfer a bidder contact person BP from one bidder org BP to another by means of an ABAP program.
This will prevent us having to block the old contact person and create the same one on a new bidder org.

NWIdM support with CRM Ecommerce b2b Contact Person

We are using NWIdM in CRM eCommerce B2B scenario. B2B Scenario uses BP:Contact Person and also uses customer hierarchy which is in CRM downloaded from ECC. Wanted to know if NWIdM supports Contact Person Business Partner and can assign Internet User role to contact person and allow me to assign the contact person to different customers in hierarchy?

That is a nice option. You can achieve this requirement using Integration events also, but it require a huge web services development
1.Create the integration event on create / Update SR
2.Create a batch process to read that Integration event Queue,(Development)
3.Use the outcome of Queue to get the changes and IDs (Development)
4.Send the Automated mail by program (Development)
5.Delete the Queue.

How to avoid contact person deletion when partner function is assigned

Hi All.
I need your help for a contact person issue.
I'd like to avoid a contact person relationship to be deleted when this contact person is assigned to one or more partner functions for any customer's sales area. In ECC I can't delete a contact person that is been used as a partner function in customer's sales data (KNVP). The system shows message F2 189. But it seems not to be the same in CRM as I'm able to delete this contact person relationship despite he's been used as a customer's partner function. Furthermore, when the contact person is deleted in CRM, no upload to ECC occurs, I mean, the contact person is still "alive" in ECC and linked to the customer.

Yes, we're using Web UI, so I'll try to check the partner function assignment as you told me.
No problem regarding the concepts of contact person deletion and contact person relationship deletion, I know the difference. What I meant was that you can delete a contact person relationship in CRM (not the contact person itself but the relationship) and this relationship is not deleted en ERP due to the fact that this contact person is used as a partner function in the customer sales area. It seems CRM and ERP are working in a different way, using different checks that can lead you to inconsistencies.
