Can I avoid paying (again) for apps on new iTunes account for child?

So, my wife and I bought our daughter an iPod Touch for Christmas and have decided that it is time for her to get her own iTunes account. The problem is, there are so many apps that we've downloaded for her on our iPad and iPhones over the years that we just don't want to have to pay for them again under her iTunes account. Is there a way, either through Home Sharing or some other means, to redownload them or transfer them from our devices into her iTunes account without deleting them from our devices since her account has nothing?

You can't transfer any content to a different account, those apps will remain tied to the account that bought them. As long as they are on the computer's iTunes that she syncs to then she should be able to continue to use them (but only your account will be able to download updates to them).  If they are not on the computer that she will be syncing to then you should be able to copy them over to it either via home sharing (copying between computers), or you could copy them via , for example, a flash drive (you can find where they are stored on your computer by right-clicking one of them in the Apps part of your iTunes library and selecting 'show in explorer) and then add them to the new computer's iTunes via File > Add To Library (you will need to have authorised your account on that computer's iTunes via the Store > Authorise This Computer menu option).
