Can i buy 2 student packages?

Hi all,
I just got a few Questions, I wanted to buy 2 Photoshop CS4 Extended Student Version from Amazon.co.uk. It is directly from Amazon, is that ok? because i read that I should not buy it from Ebay.
I basically want to buy one PS CS4 for my XP powered Computer and another one for my laptop, running on win.7. Am I allowed to buy 2 and can i register 2? I know that i am allowed to install it on two machines if they are mine and only I use them, but do the have to be the same OS and i can't run them together therefore i want to buy 2.
Also how does it work with the Student version, do they contact my college?

When buying through Amazon make sure you are buying from Amazon... I bought my PH CS4 though Amazon but it was a private seller not Amazon.. I was lucky not to have gotten a pirate copy.. basically the price could tell you if it is bootleg, but that don't mean a bootlegger won't charge full price, so either buy from Adobe direct, or make sure the seller is truly offering a money back guarentee... Paypal is the best way to pay as they will get you your money back if it is a fake. I worked 16 years as a police officer and wouldn't buy bootleg at any price.. buy the real deal, when you use it and see what all it does, it is worth the price. Otherwise buy elements for 100 or 150 whatever it is, and use that, it does a lot of what photoshop does for the casual user, and you don't have to worry aboit viruses. I admire your willingness to buy two legal copies for each OS but don;t think it is needed, I think as soemonme suggested download a trial, buy the key and ask the operator how you would go about putting it on each of your machines. The advice about amazon is meant for you, the advice about not buying bootleg is for anyone else thinking of getting into photoshop on the cheap... most of the time bootleg is loadied with virouses that will cost more in the long run

There are some networks on the Apple TV, such as PBS, HBO, Disney, ABC and a few others that do have apps in the Apple TV (depending on your country) that allow access to content on those networks without having to buy a specific show. Can't buy Student Creative Cloud. "Please Wait"

Hi, I'm trying to buy Creative Cloud for students. When I get to https://creative.adobe.com/join/edu, I get stuck at step 2. I fill in my details, press "continue", and get infinitely stuck at "Please Wait". I've been there for hours. The information seems to get through though, because my academic information is reflected on my Creative Cloud profile. I'm not sure if this is related, buy my "plan information" tab is blank too. I'm also trying to buy this from SEA.

How can I buy a student version of Design Standard?

I have downloaded a trial of Design Standard cs6 and I would like to activate it as a student version. When I click on the link to buy the software it tells me that I can't buy it in my country. When I go to the specific NZ page and click the link to buy it (this link exists, therefore the software should be available) I am sent back to the US page. Everyone I have contacted at adobe seems to think that the free trial I downloaded came on a disk and won't tell me how to buy a serial number. Is there any way to actually pay for this software? Or should I just give up on Adobe altogether? At this point it's looking like it will take weeks to get hold of legal software.

if you signed up for a cc subscription, download the cc desktop app and install it, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
use the desktop app to install your cc programs.
if you have any installed now that were installed using some other installers, uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then install the cc desktop app.

The online store is not yet accepting pre-orders for the unlocked iPhone 4S. Just says "coming in November" but you cannot add one to a shopping cart and complete a pre-order at this time.
I would also highly doubt they will allow an individual to pre-order 30 of them. Usually, for such limited items, the limit is 2 per order. I'm sure schools, business and other organizations are able to bulk order large lots, but I've never heard of Apple allowing individual consumers to do this sort of purchasing.
