Can I buy just 1 Iphone and use it in 2 locations: USA and Brazill.
While in USA using the account here under my husband’s phone account (our home is here)
HOWEVER, I work in Brazil and there I have a phone account on my name.
Can I use the same phone (where all my information is stored) and just change the chip of phone company?
Seems pretty silly on the first moment on reading the questions, BUT for me, it means a lot as I could have just one phone, as already have to carry so many other electronic stuffs!

Depends on where you buy.
ALL U.S. iphones are carrier locked and CANNOT be unlocked. If you buy an iphone in the U.S., then you will not be able to put a different SIM
Some countries sell unlocked iphones. These can be used with other SIM cards.

When I sync my iphone 4S using iTunes it only syncs 8.5GB of music, not the entore library as specified. Is there a capcity default limit of the amount of storage that can be used for music and if so how do I change it?
The only limit is that of the device. No restrictions on how much of it you can use for music. Is part of your music library unchecked?

I Can no longer synch my iPhone and iPad to Outlook using iTunes on a Win 7 Pc. I updated to iTunes 11.1.4.62 a few days ago. Don't know if that caused my problem. I've reset the Synch History, deleted any Notes in Outlook that don't have a subject. Grateful for any help.

It will wipe anything you put on it using your own itunes account. BUT it wont wipe off the new iOS5

Back your old phone up in iTunes first. Then after you swap the SIM card into the new phone, connect the new one to iTunes and choose "Restore from backup." It should replicate everything that was on the old phone, right down to most of your settings and text message history. -
