It seems Oracle offers a software (OS) package and a bundled (both hardware and software) package.

No, it is contract-free (meaning no 2-year contract that you are locked into), but it is not unlocked. Here is what the Apple iPhone 6 site says about the T-Mobile contract-free device:

Probably, but it will depend on what country you expect to purchase in. In addition to not having a contract, you also will need to ensure that the iPhone you purchase is not locked to a particular carrier (sometimes referred to as "sim free"). Unlocked iPhones are sold only in a few countries, so make sure you can get one in the country you intend to visit before you purchase, and buy only from an authorized reseller or you stand a significant chance of getting an iPhone that's been hacked, not officially unlocked.
Note as well that if your iPhone, purchased in another country, ever needs service, you would have to ship the iPhone to a friend or relative in the country of purchase. You would not be able to get service or support in Brazil.
It's a lot less risk and hassle if you just buy your iPhone from one of the authorized Brazilian carriers. Claro, VIVO and TIM all apparently offer unlocking, though you would have to find out their terms for doing so, and iPhones from Oi apparently are not locked at all, though you will need to confirm.

Apple Australia are selling the iPhone 3G for A$719, the iPhone 3Gs 16 GB for A$879, the iPhone 3Gs 32 GB for A$1040. No contract. After allowing for tax differences, at the moment these are around $100 more expensive than USA prices (Apple tend to set and keep prices relative to the date the item was released, regardless of further changes in exchange rates). This is about A$500 more than an equivalent iPod Touch, so you are paying a premium.
I am also contemplating buying a replacement iPhone without a phone contract, as most of the time I do not need to use the amount of call time required by a contract. I can already change my data package on a month to month basis. My use pattern is generally a couple of months with no real need for a phone, followed by slightly less than a month of intensive data use, usually in remote areas. Also my partner really, really wants to grab my existing iPhone to replace the iPod Touch she grabbed earlier. The extra iPhone facilities really do give it a decent edge over the iPod. In particular, the always present camera proved way more handy than I ever expected. So I am being encouraged to upgrade.
Still unknown is whether I can change SIM cards on an ad hoc basis. All major Australian phone companies sell iPhones (except most have stock shortages). Some carriers are only workable in major cities (but have cheap pre paid cards). Others are really expensive, but work well in country areas. If you want to EDIT the After Effects is the wrong program. If you want to create effects shots or motion graphics shots then After Effects is a very powerful tool for very specific effects and short sequences. Using After Effects as your editing program is like trying to drive nails with a screwdriver. Very slow and inefficient.
You can buy a perpetual license for CS6 or a subscription for just AE.

Depends what compatible means. THe Canon HV40 is tape based and is still available for $600. That's records to HDV and can be edited natively in FCP.
As to other formats, nearly any camera will work OK with FCP, although I would avoid those that record directly to DVD.
Virtually all other consumer choices today use AVCHD, which needs to be transcoded via Log & Transfer. Here is a list from Apple that is a few years old. Many of these models are no longer on the market, but you can find their nearest equivalent. One camera that isn't on the list are those made by GoPro. If you're active in sports like skiing, surfing, or biking and want to record action, look into their equipment.

AT&T GoPhone plan does not require a data plan, you can activate a smart phone on a basic gophone plan. However, if you don't turn data off at the carrier level, you will get a per use charge for data.
IT is not how the phone and service is expected to work, yet it can and does. If it works on AT&TA, it will probably work on Verizon also.
I will repeat, this is not how it is designed to work.

All the major international couriers UK arms and even the Post Office will automatically process and invoice you for any duty (and VAT) that would be due on the item, they will also typically charge you a £10 (approximately) admin fee. Adobe US headquarters are in San Jose and costs there are comparible to London, and Adobe in the UK are based in Edinburgh which is far cheaper. Obviously in the case of the US vs UK there are no language translation costs.
With regards to purely electronic transactions like ebooks, and software, many websites will either refuse purchases from non US credit cards (e.g. iTunes, iBook Store, etc.) or will automatically charge VAT based on the destination address. Some smaller resellers will not refuse sales or charge VAT if your lucky. Obviously electronic transactions like this are extremely unlikely to be spotted by HM Customs & Excise.

Yes I did, I have two apple ID's, one which I created only yesterday this is the one which I do not want my credit card details on.
So I signed out of my existing account (tried this in itunes store and app store, on my mac and ipod touch) then signed in with new ID, can't get past the credit card request. I don't get the none option, on the touch i don,t get the pop up scrolling window with all the options.

You have to call Apple & likely ask for a Product Specialist to get it, if they still have it! Helps to tell them you have an iPad/iPhone & you can't run 10.6.
