Can I call or email Apple and ask her to find my stolen iPhone using my serial number?
A thief recently stole my friend's iPhone 4S and Find my iPhone did not work. We are trying to locate it with serial number, but we can't find any solutions. Can anyone help?
The serial number will do nothing at all to help you locate your iphone.
Report it to the police and change your passwords.
There is no way to track it.
Like any phone maker, Apple can do nothing at all.

First, start your own thread instead of resurrecting a five month old one.
Second, you cannot track your iPhone via iMEI or Serial Number. Only if you had enabled Find My iPhone on your device before it was lost can you track it.

Did you not have Find My iPhone activated? If yes, go to iCloud.com and
log into your account. If your iPhone is powered on and has internet connectivity,
you will be able to see its location; otherwise, you have to search for it

As I said, and Varjak said, if it is setup in iCloud, login to iCloud from your comptuier or other device, click on Find My and find the entry for the iPod, and if it is turned on and connected to the internet it will show up.

If you know anyone who has an iphone/ipod go on to app store and go on find my iphone. Download is (it should be free) and type your phone number in. It should then come up with a map and show you where your missing iphone is!

I deleted my old email address and added a new one, after my iPhone died iCloud keeps popping up asking for the password of my old email address. I can't remember my password and the account is still gone, it pops up every few seconds. How can I fix this?
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do. -
I ordered Microsoft Office 2011 with my Macbook Air, but only the trial version came installed - and no product key for the full version was ever emailed to me or included in the shipment. Tap on the id in Settings > Store and log out of it and then login with your id. Any content already on the iPad will be tied to the previous owner's id and it can't be copied or transferred to your id - so it's probably best to do restore the iPad back to factory defaults and start as from new with it : Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents And Settings

iMessage doesn't work anymore suddenly. It claims that my apple id had changed, which isn't the case (App Download still working!) . Then it shows the correct Email-adress and asks for appleID password. After entering it switches to a mask witch asks for the eMail adress that should be used. There is the right One already preentered. From there it switches back to the former mask (appleID +password) and nothing happens. If you say Log in again, ist just switches between those masks without showing an error claim nor logging in. Strange thing is ist worked proppperply till a few days ago.......

If you get to step 3 I recommend closing ALL the apps.
Here is step 1 to get you started.
Restart iPhone
To restart iPhone, first turn iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will turn off after a few moments.
Next, turn iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Is iPhone not responding? To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.
