I keep getting this message, but when I go to iTunes, it lets me in with no problem and I don't know where I should be going to retrieve my password. Additionally, my Mac-based iTunes Library keeps disappearing from the Apple TV menu and today it started streaming (videos from my iTunes library) extremely slowly for some reason which I cannot discern. I don't know what the problem is, but my daughter is getting very frustrated that Word World keeps pausing every minute or so to buffer.
Any help would be fantastic!I, too, am getting this error. Mine is on my Apple TV (black) and seems to happen any time I switch between items on the main menu screen. Apple recently prompted me to change my password for my Apple ID account. However, when I get this error message, I just select 'OK' and go on. It does not seem impact watching any content streamed from my Mac nor does it impact accessing Netflix...
Other than being a nuisance, I haven't been able to find what is causing it and what limitations are resulting from it. I'm also not sure where I can go to update the password this Apple TV is using.

I've discovered an interesting "feature" of iOS7.1 for the iPad (4th gen).
Since upgrading, I can no longer play music that is in the cloud and when trying to switch to a song that has been downloaded to the device, it won't play either; however, the equilizer graphic indicates that something is playing (bouncing up and down) but the song position indicator stays at 0:00.
Eventually, iTunes/Music (not sure what to call it these days since Apple can't seem to decide either) gives up on the song selected, the on that is not playing, and moves to the next song. If the next song is local to the device, music plays, if it's another song in the cloud, the pattern repeats until it hits a downloaded song. Have also discovered, after my various and simple testing efforts, that I can no longer download songs from the cloud - I was able to download one song but afer that. . .kaput.
It takes a special level of brilliance to send out an update that breaks your own applications/code. . .particularly one so core to the device.
Two words for future releases. . ."Quality Assurance".I had a similar problem. Try resetting and erasing the phone and restoring from a known good backup.

My Adobe Premiere CS6 is frozen I can't force quit. The yellow line that you drag over the video doesn't even show the video it should. It shows either a black screen or images from alternating other videos. How do I resolve this?

This is about addons. I have read the support article on finding and mana addons and it didn't solve my problem. I can't find some of the addons I installed although they appear on the list of addons installed on the tools addons page. Some are on the long press menu but those I can't find include bluhell, tap tap wrap, tap translate and add block edge.
They appear on the Add-ons list as being enabled, but there doesn't seem to be any user interface to actually use them?
I haven't experimented with those particular extensions. If you don't see what the screen shots on the add-ons site show, usually there is a support link for the extension, or you may find usage tips in the reviews from other users who ran into the same problem. -

I can only see some of the information of my Facebook friends in my Contacts. For example, a friend has a birthday today. I received an email that she and another friend have birthdays this week. I received a notification on my iPhone and iPad that her birthday was today. It was never displayed in my Notification Center or Calendar beforhand, like it's displayed for other friend's (for other friends, it's displayed in the Notification Center, with the Calendar icon, 1 day before). I looked at every setting I could think of and the Help pages on Facebook. Nothing is working. My friend with the birthday today has her birthday openly listed on her Profile information on her Facebook page. In my contacts, her Facebook email (the one Facebook assigns you when you join) is listed. However her picture and birthday are not listed. I displayed my Facebook Contacts only, and roughly 20 showed up and not the rest. It's like the devices are not recognizing those people and putting their information in the respective places. I have an iPad 3rd Gen, iPhone 5, and MacBook Pro (purchased in January 2013. I hope that helps) and ALL the software updates are current. Can anyone help? Also, my MacBook cannot access my Contacts from Yahoo. Despite my typing in the correct password repeatedly as well as deleting and adding the Yahoo account again. I can't be the only person who has this problem with iCal- when a month ends on a Saturday I can't drag events into the next month and instead have to cut and paste - a real pain in the butt. I thought there was something called "scroll" but I can't find that.
Yeah that works, but, it involves a click on the event, a click on edit, a click on the date, keystrokes, plus, since you can't see the next month you have to have a calendar in front of you so as to put it to the right date. It's easier just to cut it and advance the month and paste it, once you are in the right month you can move it around helter skelter willy nilly no problems. Although now that you mention it I will try it, maybe it is easier than cut and paste as I don't really care about the date, as long as it gets moved into the right month I can drag it around all I want.

It sounds like you are talking about the cloning tool?

Then when selected you can change the size of the brush and using Alt (windows) and Command (Mac) to select your region you want to copy then start to create you cloned image.
