This is very frustrating I can't cancel my Plan

I would Like to please cancel my plan and I'm stuck in a loop of calling the 1-800 number and them telling me to do it online and trying on the chat online I get no other options to cancel I've follow the "how to" and still can't cancel.

I just wanted to mention that Once I got through to the Chat with someone It took about 10mins to Cancel my subscriptions. and It happened very smoothly, My Agent was Sumola and was very helpful

Hi, I must cancel my Colud plan and I tried to do it following the instructions a lot of time, but the problem is that when I click on CANCELLA PIANO (cancel plan), they don't ask me tha password but I have to call the assitance. Every day I try but is impossible speak in italian. I work until 7.00pm o clock so is very hard find time before.

Ok, so i was using creative cloud for graphics, ect. using the student edition, and now that school is over and such, i dont need it.
Im trying to cancel my plan, but the adobe instructions are not up to date, and i just cant cancel my plan, i keep going in a loop!

^ Instead of saying "My Account" It says Plans & Profile
Now, when i go to that page and click "Cancel Plan", it comes up with this

When i go click contact customer support, i go click on "End plan", and get redirected here, at the start:
So basically its a loop
If someone can help me cancel my plan or something, it would really help :/

if you have a smart phone you need some sort of data package. however if your month to month they have special discounts for you what plan are you on and what are you payinbg?
you could get the 500 mb plan for 20 bucks, unl talk and text, line access of 40 minus 15 month to month discount. 45 dollars a month for a cell is not bad
