Can I change black background in preview window?

I have Bridge CS3.  I have alot of movie files that have black moving objects with transparent background.  Since the thumbnail and previoew windows in Bridge degault to black for transparent areas, I cannot view these files in Bridge.  Is there any way to change the default black color for transparency?
Thanks.

Thanks I had tried that but that only changes the background color or color around the images.  It doesn't change the actual background color used for the thumbnails or the previoew window.  So if you have a video with some transparency, that transparency shows as black.  That is the color I was looking to change.

  • Can I change black background to read it better?

With Safari can a website that has black background and white printing be changed to white background with black print on my screen so I can read it easier?

    Elaine,
The key combination should work unless you have setup a conflicting keyboard shortcut. Try this.
First press and hold down control, then press and hold option, continue and hold down the command (apple key), and then press the number 8 below the function keys. Your screen should invert. Make sure that you don't have num lock on (this will often cause a problem). Also make sure you are using the normal keyboard row 8 (the one above the U and I keys), and not the number pad.
Toggling the setting to white on black is the same as the keyboard combination (it even moves the radio button).
You can also try using option + command + 8 (zoom on) and option + command + = (zoom in) to magnify the text.
    Good Luck,

  • How can I change fullscreen background color, so that it is the same when viewing on mac and iPad? I want this to be able to use MathType in widget text.

How can I change fullscreen background color, so that it is the same when viewing on mac and iPad? I want this to be able to use MathType in widget text.
As an example, html widget has white background on iPad, and black on mac. The same goes for interactive widget.
The MathType text inserted is inserted as a image, and will have the same color when in fullscreen as when not. So I need the textcolor to be the same in both views. Anyone know how to fix this?

We're still not communicating. This is why I wanted an example .iba.
Here's a re-creation of my own, going off what you described. You said "all html widgets and all gallery widgets" have this problem. So I inserted a blank HTML widget and a blank Gallery widget, and typed into both. Inserted a MathType equation into both. I don't see any difference when I preview it on my Mac compared to the preview on the iPad. I want to help, but I can't help if I can't duplicate the issue.
I've attached the screen shots and the .iba file [link to .iba file].
Feel free to email me directly at bobm at dessci dot com. If you're uncomfortable giving some information here, tell me anything you want in email. I work for the "MathType company", Design Science.

  • Black background in open windows

desktop appears normal but backgrounds of Macintosh HD window or any folder within are solid black, effectively making them unusable. Folders are visible, but without their names.
    Any ideas?

    Hi nsmith!
    Another thing to check;
With a finder window open, press the Command + J keys, to display View Options.
    Under Background, select White.
At the top of the View Options window, you can choose This window only, or All windows.
Under Background:, you can also change the background color of finder windows, by selecting Color, clicking on the small rectangular box, selecting one of the 5 color pickers, and choosing a color.
Once a color is selected, click OK.
    Good Luck!

  • How can I change the background color of my podcast's iTunes page?

My RSS feed just got accepted but now I need to customize the title, author, background color, and logo of my site. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you!

You can't change the background colour - it's white for audio and black for video. The other data can be changed by changing the appropriate tag in the feed, or if you're using a program or online service to make your podcast,. wherever they provide for entering this information.
The title is carried in the 'title' tag; the author in the 'itunes:author' tag, and the 'podcast image' which appears on the Store page in the 'itunes: image' tag. Republish the feed after making the amendments: it will take a couple of days for the new data to appear, though the image may take several days.
The image which appears in some podcasts in the bottom left-hand corner of iTunes when subscribing is not referenced in the feed but has to be actually embedded into the media file: please see this page:
