Can I change depth of tab bar. Coulourful tabs now deeper.

I have just upgraded to Firefox 6 from Firefox 3. At installation it asked if I wanted to upgrade the Colourful Tabs extension, which I did. I now find that all the toolbars are a lot smaller than before and the Colourful Tabs are deeper than the tab bar. This means that a line of the last colour extends the width of the screen. I have found how to increae the text size of the toolbars but it doesn't sem to affect the tab bar. Is there any way I can change the depth to its original, please?

No, I'm not, but I think I have jumped the gun, I'm afraid. Searching a bit more I have found other people complaining about this line. It seems to be a new "improvement" by the Colourful Tabs developers and whatever depth the tab bar is, the line will be under it. Presumably the older version is not compatible with Firefox 6 but that is their problem, not yours. Many thanks for the reply but I think this query of mine can be cleared.

I have a requirement like
1) based on organization choosen the TAB NAME AND TAB LABLE name in tab canvas should be changed dynamically. can this happen?
example: In forms i gave the NAME and LABLE OF TAB (PROPERTY PALLET) as *'TAB_INITIAL'* and *'TAB_INITIAL'* respectively .
when org_1 is choosen , lable should be changed to 'TAB_ORG_1' .
when org_2 is choosen , lable should be changed to 'TAB_ORG_2'. can the NAME also be changed dynamically??
2)Similarly can we change the ITEM NAMES present on this tab based on organization selection?

You can perform this by using:
set_tab_page_property('Tab_page_name', label,'your_desire_label');
and for item set_item_property.

3.6.16 Broke My Tabs!!!! I can't open any new tabs now

This morning I got a automatic Firefox update to 3.6.16. Foolishly I let the thing update.
Now, I can't open any new tabs!!!!!!!! I've tried all three methods. ctrl-t, file new tab, and of course the new tab button on the tab bar.
nothing works. It just ignores it and keeps the one tab open.
I did discover applications can still open a new tab. When I clicked firefox help, it opened in a new tab.
right click, and opening a link in a new tab works too.

What is the error message you get? If it's telling you to upgrade Numbers but you already have updated, then that means you probably are trying to open the document with the old version, which is still on your Mac, in a sub folder within Applications named iWork '09. Open the document with the Numbers that is in your Applications folder (not the one in a subfolder). It's easy to confuse the two, because the icons are similar.
If you're getting some other error message, could you post specifics?

Can I change the favorites bookmark bar on the top of the screen to show just the relevant favicons?

I can't find how. At the moment it shows titles and no favicons. This rather small issue keep driving me into the arms of Firefox and Chrome, both of which let me easily show favorites by their favicons.
Advantages are that it's easier to see them quickly and they take up less space so that I can fit more in. So if anyone can help me with how to change the bar, it would be great.

Can't change Time Signature before Bar 1

I have a song that I want to have a 2 bar count in of 7/8, then go into 13/16 starting on bar 1. Somehow the count-in time sig got changed to 18/8, and everytime I try clicking before bar 1, and re-setting it to 7/8, it just stays on 18/8. I can't figure out why it won't let me change it. I can change the time sig on bar 1 and every thing after it, but not the count-in. Is there somewhere special I'm supposed set that count-in time signature? Maybe there's something I've hit that locks the count-in time signature?

As a workaround you could just start your 7/8 count on bar 1, and change to 13/16 at bar 3. Then after you get it recorded you can move it back to bar 1. I've tried to do what you're trying on my settup and can confirm that it does not work.

Can't change color of Tab Canvas tabs

I'm trying to modify a the background color of a tab canvas, and the color of the canvas itself changes as specified, but I have been unable to change the color of the tabs themselves.
Am I missing something here, or is there a bug, or what?

Hello Firefox friends, is it possible to edit the keyboard shortcuts for Next / Previous Tab? Can I change the Google search bar on the Mozilla Firefox Start Page to direct searches to google.co.uk, as it currently directs me to google.fr and I do not speak French (even though I live here!).

I like the Mozilla Firefox Start Page and I do find Google fairly useful (albeit that I have dumped Chrome for Firefox due to Google's constant badgering to sign-up to their social network "circles" etc) - but my gripe is that I am redirected to google.fr NOT google.co.uk (my 1st preference) or google.com (2nd preference). Yes, I am located in France. No, I am not French and most of the information I am looking for is contained on UK or US web pages. I found the same problem with the provided Google search engine in the top right bar, so removed it in favour of Yahoo (which I am not a fan of either!). Any advice would be gratefully received. One of the reasons I abandoned Chrome in favour of Firefox was due to the "black band of doom" that appears on the top of the Google page - so setting up my homepage to google.co.uk just puts that back in the ugly spotlight.
I was, though, pleasantly surprised to see a Google search bar on the Mozilla Firefox Start Page (without the black band and Google options that I am just not interested in) but bitterly disappointed that it is Google.fr (due to my ISP being French).
I shall learn to live with Yahoo (or worse case scenario, Bing!)
