Can I change hair colour in a video clip using keyframing?

Or would I need FC pro? Basically the lighting on the clip was stuffed up so I need to 'colour-in' the hair to keep it dark. Is this possible?

You can do this FX within FCE by using color matte with a mask in multiply composite mode. A lot of keyframing to position/animate de mask over each frame.

I fail to find the function button that can make a video clip slow down or faster, such as change the speed to 60% of the normal speed,etc.
I know iMovie 06 has this function,it's in video FX,duration,speed...but I can't find the menu in iMovie08.

I have a black background on the side of my web page containing the menu bars which requires the link text to be white so it can be
seen. I also have it set to change to yellow when you hover over it.
The problem is that this setting seems universal throughout the website and I cannot get the links in general text (such as 'contact
us' links, etc) on each page to change colour - they default to white which doesn't show up as the background is also white.
i have tried creating a CSS rule for links in the body of a page but to no avail.

I have two iCal calendars on my iPhone that sync to google. It works fine with push but both of hem has the same colour. That makes it hard to see the diference.

I am syncing to outlook so I don't have iCal on the statonary.

Can I changed the quality of YouTube videos on the iPad? When I watch them on my computer they load fine on the 480p setting, but when using the iPad it always loads 720p, my connection is not fast enough to load 720p at peek hours; as I get throttled. This just ends with the video loading 10 seconds then becoming choppy and stopping, this repeats and a 10 minute video can take almost an hour to watch! This defeats the point of the iPad for me as I have to sit back at my desk to watch YouTube videos, and that being the main point of me buying it - it's kind of an issue for me. Yes I am aware that when I connect to YouTube via my mobile data connection it changes the quality. But it makes it so poor it's hardly worth watching, plus I have a 5gb allowance and prefer to save that for when I am on the move. So I assume there is no way to change the quality when on WiFi...

When converting the movie from the DVD you need to choose the language that is imported before it is re-encoded.

I don't think Finder does this (I've tried).
iTunes does though. Where you can set artwork or the "poster frame"...
This may not be what you want but if it helps, I know 2 ways do this is
Open the video in QuicktimePlayer7 | View | Set Poster Frame (even then, you might need to save it as .mov (ie in a 'mov container').
Drag the file into iTunes and set the artwork (as in http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/adding-album-cover-art-or-images-in-itunes .html)
From there, iTunes will use that frame as the "poster frame" ie the photo/frame that shows when you browse your videos. Which is what you want, but limited to iTunes.
When I do either of these above, the frame I set does not show when exploring files in "Finder" (or in the other Explorer tool I use called "Pathfinder").
So it maybe, that exactly what you want, is not possible.
