Can I Change my annual plan App? I Purchased Photoshop now I want Illustrator

I've purchased photoshop quite sometime ago and I've been charged monthly 19.99$ as an annual plan....
can I change the APP, since I don't need Photoshop CC, Instead I want to pay for Adobe Illustrator CC. Is there is anyway I could change my product?
Thank You.
