Can i change my creative cloud to creative cloud for teams and use my old installations?

We needed another license for creative cloud and now we have creative cloud for teams instead.
Do we need to reinstall all the programs on the computer that used to have the creative cloud license?

Creative Cloud for Teams and Single Apps

Dear Adobe,
I am an IT manager with a company that had 29 licenses of CS6, we now have Creative Cloud for teams, which is great.
However, Part of my company (the accounts side of things) only need Adobe Acrobat.
Why... WHY? Can't I have 30 single app licenses for these users under the same account? I got a call from your offshore licensing group and the woman who I talked to didn't seem to understand what I need.
I need the ability to give the entire creative cloud to some of my users.
but for the rest, I need to be able to only roll out Acrobat...

I am in the same situation. I do the design work for my clients they look at and markup PDF files. They have their own software. To add them to the team cost me $70.00 a month, 22 of them would cost a lot of money.
After setting up the first system Adobe took away file syncing the day after we had it setup. And team members were not able to see one another's files. Asking for a refund they transfer us to the special billing department for teams, then the line goes dead. I am guessing that my request for refunds is falling on deaf ears.
Our solution was to acquire our own Cloud hosting server $299.00 a year and $22,000 (there are cheaper) for the Cloud Server. We will have save the Adobe solution costs within the first year.

Why don't I see shapes (created with my iPhone 5s) in creative cloud (for iOS) and used space in CC is 0 MB? Where are they stored?

I installed Adobe Shape on my iPhone (iOS 8) and don't see, where the shapes are saved.
In CC app for iOS there are no files (and used space in CC is 0 Mb). And I don't see my shapes in your other your apps (for iOS: Ideas, Photoshop Mix).
How can I export shapes to any files storages?

The CC app for iOS does not currently show assets in CC Libraries. The app only shows assets in folders. Check out this thread for details on how to get your shapes.

I subscribed to Creative Cloud for teams and LR does not show in AAM.

I have a licensed copy of LR4.4 installed along with CS6. Howeveer LR does not show in AAM and cannot be accessed. Please advise to solution.

Expired Sites in Creative Cloud for Teams

We have the Creative Cloud for teams and we are Business Catalyst Premium Partner.
When we create a homepage and take them live, we see for one month the site in our partnerportal under paid sites and when the first month is over, it comes as a expired Site with the message "Administration Disabled".
How can i renew the site?

Creative Cloud for Teams error

The company I work for as just upgraded from single accounts to the creative cloud for teams, I use my creative cloud on my pc at work and on my mac at home for overtime. However my home mac is currently erroring with a count down message telling me to update my activation information - I already did this and still I get the message.
Can anyone help? I'm hoping to avoid the dreaded 1 hour plus phone call you usually get phoning adobe.
Also tried there live chat - which is anything BUT live.

That is exactly what I thought I did. But then again no one warned me there are 'shared components'. So this kind of user behavior should be the starting point for development, no?
Anyhow, the solution was:
Renaming the file HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
If you then install CC applications a new file 'caps' will be created with the correct updated media information.
I will keep your link bookmarked just in case I again take something for granted.

How to license Acrobat Pro as a single product in Creative Cloud for teams.

We're just starting with Creative Cloud for teams and I have a question about purchasing it.
We seem to have the option to either add all the products or to license for a single product.
Since a lot of our users are only using Acrobat Pro we'd like to license only that, but when we add a single product license in our team Acrobat Pro is not in the list of applications.
Any idea why?

No way to remove it yourself,you must contact the customer service and normally they will remove it without any problem .

Creative Cloud for Teams Invitation Not Received

I invited a team member to use Creative Cloud for teams and the Adobe site indicates the invitation was sent but the user never received it. I deleted that account and used an email I have access to, and I never received it. How long does it take to send the invitation?

Apparently Adobe has problems sending to different email domains. The target user has to add Adobe as a contact. (We're not just talking about checking spam folders either.))

Creative Cloud for Teams - missing apps

I have recently set up Creative Cloud for Teams and have noticed that some of the apps, for instance Lightroom and Creative Cloud Connection are not showing as apps available to download for my team members.
Does anyone know how to fix this? These apps in particular were important to us and a major reason in us choosing to sign up for the team cloud.

Please check the minimum system requirement for lightroom, Below is the link to check the same.
Lightroom tech Specs : http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html
If your system is not meeting up with the minimum requirement then you would not be able to view lightroom listed in Creative cloud.

I just bought a Creative Cloud membership two months ago, and now suddenly I could get it almost half prise. It's awfully bad to pay almost 300€ just because I was a early bird, and still suffering the same hick-ups as the new members.

How do I change the primary administrator for Creative Cloud for teams? The previous admin has taken another position and is no longer responsible for managing the CC Team.

Currently you cannot change the primary admin on a CCT membership. As a workaround, follow these steps:
Cancel the existing team membership: You can cancel the membership without any penalty. The accounts for team members change to trial mode. Members can still access their saved data in the cloud storage. To cancel the membership, click theChat Now button at the bottom of this page to initiate chat with a live agent.
Buy a new team membership; use the Adobe ID for the new primary admin.
Reinvite team members using the new primary admin account.
The team members have to accept the invitation and log in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app again. Their apps are activated under the new team account.
