Can I change one of two of my 2.0 usb in my Flex 2 15 to 3.0 usb

I have the Flex 2 15. I bought this about 5 months ago. I love this laptop but there is just one thing i noticed that i would like to change if possible. i have 3 usb ports. one is 3.0 and the other two are 2.0. Can I change those 2.0 ports to 3.0? If not is there something I can buy that will give me more 3.0 ports? I was looking at an external 3.0 usb hub. Would that work just as fast as having two 3.0 ports on a laptop. I have a 3.0 external harddrive that i want to transfer movies to another larger 3.0 external harddrive.

I dont think you can change the USB port on this laptop (not easily, even if its possible)
I would recommend using a USB3.0 hub. I have a 4 port hub myself with ON/OFF switches and it works great.
I havent tested the speeds yet but looks fast enough.

What is the problem specifiaclly?
If the images are intended for web use I would recommend converting them to sRGB which could be done with Edit > Convert to Profile or with File > Save for Web, but as including a Save step in Actions and applying them as Batch can sometimes cause problems I would go with regular converting.

Page Setup, including page orientation, is done in the File menu. The setting applies to the whole document. As Peter says, you can rotate the contents of a page (not including the text layer of a word processing document).
As an alternative, you could use Numbers, where Sheets are empty canvases onto which you may place images, charts, tables and text boxes, and where page orientation may be set for individual Sheets. The main tradeoff is that you lose many of the built-in word processing and page layout features of Pages.

One thing you should do though and that is to update Firefox via Help | Check For Updates.
There was a security breach at Comodo which is an SSL certificate provider recently whereby a number of fraudulent certificates were inadvertently issued. Now to edit the margin for individual tasks you just edit Number1.

Hi, my website uses a CSS page with a dark background and white type. But I have one page I need to have a white background and light grey type on. I am not sure how to do this without it changing all of my site's look which I don't want to do. I only want to change one page to have a different look. How can I do this? There are 3 ways to use CSS.
External style sheet: a separate physical file that contains all your site wide rules & to which your html documents are linked.

Can only import one or two songs at a time from a cd into itunes

Please help. I had a new hard drive put into my imac flat panel g4. When I try to import music from a cd into itunes it closes or freezes itunes after one or two songs have been imported.

hmmmm. do you have any other USB 2.0 peripherals plugged in to the PC?
if so, try (experimentally) disconnecting them prior to a sync. (sometimes power drain through one port can affect an ipod connection on a different port.)
any improvement in sync performance if you try that?

Instrument objects - change one and two others change with it

very confusing behavior within the LE arrange window: in song composition, Im ladying down from top to bottom various instrument only tracks.
Because by default (my copy of ) LE had 8 Audio and 8 Instrument objects, Ive had to by necessity move these around.
Now Im noticing if I change the topmost instrument object, Logic change one/two/three or other instrument objects along with it ? It must think they are the same, however, Ive got them mapped to play different sounds on the EXSP 24 (do I need a new iteration of this object for each different sound ?)

Your suggestion worked. I had tried deleting the artwork just from the albums involved and found one track, on one of the compilation albums, was still showing artwork on the ipod, but not itunes library. Deleting all the artwork off the ipod, adding it back onto the itunes library and then syncing the ipod worked.

My wife and I use one Apple i.d. account. How can I change to use two i.d.'s and retain all my contacts and music and allow my wife to likewise save her contacts and music, too?

My wife and I each have Iphone 4s and I also have Ipad latest version with 6.0 operating system. Additonally we have Ipod Classics (a few years old) and when I got the 4s and Ipad (at different times) they started to share contacts, apps...everything with each other. I bumped up the amount of Icloud space, but more importantly, how can I create two separate accounts yet save all the contacts, music, etc. that are in both of our phones? Can Verizon (our cell provider) archive our contacts for downloads at different time to our separate accounts? Thanks.

I have just bought a new iPad mini to use alongside my iPad Air. They'll be used in much the same ways, just the mini being slightly more portable and the Air having a bigger capacity will have more content.
I'd like to set up my new mini from a backup of the Air (currently the Air doesn't have too much content that the mini will not have enough capacity), but then I'd like them to go their separate ways. I'd like the mini to look how the Air currently does, but then I'd like to make tweaks to both of the devices, but in different ways to each other. So, if I set up from back up and then delete an app or 2 off one, will it delete the apps off the other?
I assume they show up in iTunes as "iPad" and "iPad mini" or something different so I can use both devices with my Apple ID?
Or is it better to just set up from new and sync the bits I want to my new mini using iTunes. That doesn't seem like it'd take so long, so might be easier?

You can restore the Air's backup onto the Mini - if not already in your computer's iTunes library then copy them over from the Air via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases (your iTunes downloads aren't included in a backup, the restore picks them up from your iTunes library).
Deleting an app off one iPad won't remove it from the other, and yes, when connected to your computer's iTunes they will show up as different devices (you can change the names that they show up as via Settings > General > About > Name) and what you subsequently sync to one of them won't be synced to other unless you choose to sync it.
If you will be using the same iCloud account on both then you can use Settings > iCloud to control whether your Safari bookmarks, contacts, calendars are kept in sync between the two.

Create boolean variable in your bean ie private boolean showTab1And in jsp type

Can't access one of two land-line accounts

For at least 20 years we have had two land lines in our residence. When we got "Triple Play" Fios in 2005 the package was attached to line 2 for billing purposes. But within Verizon the linkage between accounts for the two lines is about non-existent.
When I log in to billing for either line, I also have the choice of changing to the other account's billing---no problem. Now I want to upgrade one of my set-top boxes. So I login to MyVerizon as usual and it gives me all the information for line 1. And it asks me to sign up for internet and TV services. I already have those services, but MyVerizon doesn't seem to know it. So I look around for the same "change account" link I found in the billing area, but there isn't any. So I have no way to change any of my TV and internet services because I cannot access the account for line 2, to which these services are attached.
It apparently never occurred to Verizon that there might be a household somewhere that would actually have more than one land line.

Actually, right now I'm on the telephone with an extremely helpful Verizon representative who is not only fulfilling my request but also rearranging my service. I will have not only increased service but also a lower bill.
Therefore, it is not necessary that I be contacted further.
