Can I change stage position in flash?

I didn't find that my flash is larger than the browsering area on screen until I publish and preview it in my browser but I do want all the content to be displayed on the screen.
All I need to do is to move everything up for about 150 px.(in other words, to shorten the stage by 150 from the top but I can only cut the stage from the bottom ) Is there a way I can change the position of the stage like what I can do to the artboard in AI? Or is there any other ways that I can solve the problem?

You can change the stage size in the Publishing Settings in the Flash tab. The default setting is for the same size as the original. You can change the size by giving the settings a new pixel or percentage value. Change both the width and height proportionally.
A second method is to create a new movie to the new size that you want. Then, import your current .swf into this new movie and position it as you want. Then publish the new movie. You will have your desired size. That 150 pixel strip will be pushed up above the stage area.
Neither of these methods will slow down or compromise the quality of the original movie.

You can bind this service to a keyboard shortcut in the keyboard preferences and use it like the standard "Get Info"

How can we change hyperlinks in Adobe Flash CS4?

I've got this .fla file but I can't change the name or the hyperlinks for the navigation menu in the flash. I just can't find the symbols in the designer which are appearing as the menu options in the .swf file. Can anybody please check it if everything is fine with this file or there's a problem. How can I control stage position for swfs loaded by Loader class?

I'm creating a grid of buttons that, when clicked, will load a specific swf and I'd like for each swf to play in a certain portion of the stage. When I use the Loader class:

the swf always displays at top left. Is this an attribute of the individual swfs that I'm loading, or can I address the position in the main movie?

Can I change the position of the 'x' to close tabs?

I know it's not in preferences, but hoping there might be some sort of default I can set via command line?
I'm using Safari 6 on Mountain Lion. All the other browsers have the close control on the right.

At present there is no way to change the position of "X" in the tabs.
To the best of my knowledge there is no "defaults write" command to enter in terminal.

Dreamweaver CC fluid grid, can I change the position of DIV's based on Mobile, Tablet, Desktop view?

Currently working on my first Dreamweaver CC fluid grid / responsive site. I want to optimise the pages layout for Mobile, Tablet and Desktop.
I can see that I can hide individual div elements by adding "display: none;" to the mobile media query code in the CSS.
I am wondering am I able to change the position of DIV's in relation to the order of each other some how using a similar way?
Eg I have a webpage design for desktop like.
Title
Nav
Description
Buy Button
Photo
On mobile I'd like to be able to bring that Photo up towards the top of the layout eg.
Title
Nav
Photo
Description
Buy Button
I was hoping those up and down arrows you see in the Dreamweaver CC interface was going to some how make the changes to each view Mobile, Tablet, Desktop, but all that is doing is moving the position of code in the HTML amoung each of the main DIV sections.
Or am I at the point where I will need to create a seperate page for mobile only to make a layout change like this?

I have got some further info, and if I have lead you astray I am sorry.
I don't think you can change the order of the divs in a responsive layout in DW CC.
However, you can arrange the divs to sit under or beside each other differently in each of the layouts, for pc, tablet or phone.
You can also switch divs off and on in each of the layouts, having them display in one size screen and not in another.
So what you would need to do is to create a couple of nav divs, if you want a nav at the top of one type of screen and one at the bottom. You could duplicate the content in both of them and switch one on in one layout and one off in the other.

I am doing my first layout for a client using DW CC responsive layouts. I have done two test/hobby sites already.
It is a bit of a mission learning it but I am getting there.
I do find it interesting that most people recommend using other programs to do responsive rather than Dreamweaver's fluid grid layouts. I don't think many people are using it yet.

Yes, you can upgrade an iMac to use an SSD. If you plan on doing it yourself use Google to see what others have done. The are lots of them out there. What model of iMac do you have and how old is it?
I've considered doing it myself but from what I've seen iMacs are not the easiest of units to work on.
If it is still under warranty you will void it.

The global properties for Change bars are found in the Format > Document > Change Bars... menu option (or <esc> o b keyboard shortcut).
The property that you need to change is Position:
Depending upon which of the right or left margins is larger, you'll need to set this to "Side Closer to Page Edge" or "Side Farther..." to position the bars to the outside edges of the respective pages. If you have a symmetric layout, then "Closer" places on the left side (of all pages) and "Farther" places on the right.
However, if you have multiple columns, the change bars will appear between the columns and will shift depending upon which page edge is closer, i.e. the middle columns may be left or right on any given page.

To cahnge position proceed in the following way:
Go to Pa30, select personnel number for whom u want to change position, select infotype 1 and click on "overview" icon.
In the "List actions" screen u will find one or many actions. Now select one action (where u want to change position) and click on "Copy" icon. Now u will reach "copy actions screen", and postion is field is editable. Change position. U might get this entry deletes a record, press enter. Save ur entries and continue to org. assignment infotype. save org. assignment infotype also.

How can I change the position of the stage from relative to fixed?

I followed a tutorial and managed to integrate multiple edge animations to reveal.js. The problem is that when i refresh the page the animation doesn't load at the center of reveal.js "presentatio area". When I change slide and return to the one with the problem the animation loads correctly.
Any ideas why when I refresh the page (or when I visit the page for the first time) the animation isn't at the center??

Let me clarify my question... Position of the text/title:
I would like to place multiple titles on one image. Which looks something like this---

title 2
title 3
title 4
title 5
title 6
title 7
title 8
title 9

Now, I would like each title to appear for the duration of 0:01 to 0:05 sec. In sequence to the title above. Just a quick flash of the title.
How can this be done in iMovie 10.0.5??
You see, I attempt to change the time duration of the titles from 1.0s to 0.05s and it doesn't allow me to do it.
You will probably ask me why I want to do this... I am creating my own subliminal affirmation video slideshow. I already have the audio for it in Garageband.

How can I change the position of an entire frame on the timeline?

As I've posted before, I'm very new to flash and am
incredibly green. I've done HTML/Dreamweaver work in the past, but
I had something thrust into my lap that was a bit more complex than
I expected! :)
Anyway, the person that set up the flash document before did
not do the best job organizing frames. The entire document is a
compartmentalised site. So you click on the links to the left, and
it displays the appropriate linked frame. I assume this is a fairly
standard way of doing things?
Anyway, that said...
What I want to do is put these frames together, in proper
order, within flash. I have tried "cutting" the frames, but that
leaves a weird piece behind, and I can't find a way to "insert" the
cut frames back into the timeline.
Is there no option to just move the frame backwards/forwards
in the timeline?
Am I asking the right question?

you can click once on the frame (or click-drag a group of
frames) to select them, then click-drag the frame or group to a new
position. one can also select the frame, right-click (ctrl click
mac) and select 'copy frames' then you can right click select
'paste frames' as well although this will 'copy' them and not
'remove' them from that position.

Can I change the position of "process success message"?

Hello all,
I've looked around the forum but can't seem to find away to control the position of the "process success message" that displays when an update is made in a page process.
The message appears to be centered on the page, however because I have a region with a lot of columns the user will have to scroll to the right to see the "Update Successful" message that is returned from the process.
Does anyone know how to Left Align this message on the page?

I was able to left align the message by modifying the page template. In my case it was the template for "One Level Tabs"
I changed the following section in Body the body, I change the align from "center" to "left"...
<td class="t3PageBody"><div class="t3Messages" align="left">#GLOBAL_NOTIFICATION##NOTIFICATION_MESSAGE#Interestingly enough it did not work for me to change the Success Message in the Subtemplate section.
