As an example, html widget has white background on iPad, and black on mac. The same goes for interactive widget.
The MathType text inserted is inserted as a image, and will have the same color when in fullscreen as when not. So I need the textcolor to be the same in both views. Anyone know how to fix this?

Here's a re-creation of my own, going off what you described. You said "all html widgets and all gallery widgets" have this problem. So I inserted a blank HTML widget and a blank Gallery widget, and typed into both. Inserted a MathType equation into both. I don't see any difference when I preview it on my Mac compared to the preview on the iPad. I want to help, but I can't help if I can't duplicate the issue.

Themes work in Thunderbird - duggabe was not refering to Firefox.

Close Thunderbird now - this is important
In the profile name folder, Create a new folder called '''chrome''' - note the spelling
It should be in the same place as the 'Mail' folder.

Hello all
We use SRM server 5.5 with classic scenario.
When we create shopping cart, we implemented the Change Badi to assign the purchasing group from R/3 material master.
We implemented the following logic.
If material master in R/3 has no purch. Group, SRM also has no purch. Group. So SRM display the error message You should select the purch. group to determine the purchasing group in basic view.
But, We have the standard error message, when we choose the material code this material code has no purch. Group in R/3 No purchasing groups were found.
Message number is BBP_ATTR050.
Because of this message, we can not progress the process to create shopping cart.
Can we change the message type from Error to Warning Message?
Or, Can we delete this message?

Yes. You are right.
When user choose the material code, there is no purch. group in 1st Step, but
we want to choose the purch. group in 2nd Step on basic view.
But we have the error message at 1st step. so we can not progress to 2nd Step.
If we use dummy purch. group, user could make the human mistake.
So our customer want to remove purch. group and choose the purchasing group by user.
But i'm not sure if we remove this error message, we got solve this problem..
Pls give me an idea..

Can't change the Message Centre Number in my Nokia...

I have a 3 day old Nokia X. I can't send text messages due to wrong the message centre number set in my Nokia X device. When I try to change it in settings, a pop-up appears which say "It is bad to change SMSC Number. Do you want to change ?". I choose "Ok". Then nothing changes Message Centre Number is set on "+7" and does not changes. I have tried many things including removing battery and SIM Card without switching off the device and reseting the device to Factory Defaults. But the problem persists. It doesn't changes. I live in New Delhi, India.
Any help will be appriciated.

No I am not able to resolve the issue.
I reset my phone without the SIM Card also but same thing repeats. I can't change the Message Centre Number. It reverts to +7 when I try and change it in settings with the pop up "Changing the SMSC may cause problems sending messages, to confirm the change ?". Then I tap "OK" and nothing changes the Message Centre Number is still +7.

How can i change the Director App Icon for Windows?

How can i change the icon for my App for Windows? Director can do this from the Publish Settings. The Custom icon for app doesn't work. I select a .ico file for windows and Director can't attach this to the app.
There is anothe way to do that simple like in Mac with the Contest folder?

However, to answer your original question directly, I suspect there's something wrong with your .ico file as the feature in the publish settings works just fine, last I tried.

You only get that when you have two or more consecutive messages. Try to avoid that is one option.
You can change the icon if you want. Create another icon, call it stop.ico and put it in the icons directory (as indicated by UI_ICON). However, if you have a STOP alert, the icon changes for that alert too.
Note: this is for Developer 6i. In 9i you cannot use ico files. Use gif files instead and put the image in the image jar file (found in OH/forms90/java directory). Since you see a big X, I believe you are using 6i.

I can not open the messages app on my daughters iphone 3gs

every time you try and open the message app the screen goes blank, white for around 10 seconds then revirts to the home screen, is there anywhay of fixing this, she has 2 messages recieved but can not read them or open them.

Close out of the message app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.
Then do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
Then check the message app again.
Hopefully you haven't restored yet.

How can I change the contacts app settings to view by groups?

When I had an iPod Touch (3rd generation), I was able to sort my contacts by groups by using another app and then when I launched the default contacts app I could tap the "Groups" button and I saw a list of them (Family, Friends, Businesses, etc). That way, I could tap the group I wanted and only view those contacts. Now I'm using an iPhone (4th generation with iOS 6.1.2) and it is the most obnoxious contacts system in the world. I now have to unselect every group I don't want to see, and it's a pain-in-the-neck to get Facebook contacts assigned to groups as the app I use to assign contacts to groups isn't "permitted" to use those contacts that are from Facebook or those who don't have a Facebook link unless I add them and delete the old. I work with a nonprofit organization and I have a lot of contacts for various businesses through them but I shouldn't have to unselect 12 different groups just to view a single group. I've tried looking in settings and can't figure out how to change this. I must have over 100 contacts and this is a pain to deal with. Did Apple really think this was the best change they ever made to the contacts app? Considering they still haven't implemented the ability to assign contacts to groups...
Another thought is why not also view contacts by business or "theme"? Such as, what if you have a large, extended family and might want to view just 1 section (like my cousins' family who have various last names due to marriage). This is why being able to view by group is so important to me but if I create 5 different groups for family and friends, that means I have to unselect 4 of them AND all the other groups for businesses, work, community, etc just to view the specific contacts. So, did Apple change this or am I just not seeing how to view them the way I want?

I assume that you are in Germany ? Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Germany.

Mac OSX mavericks - can't change the default app for InDesign

I have a problem that the InDesign CS6 stubbornly changes back the default file-type association for the .indd and .indb file types.
I tried to change it via Get Info - then it immediately changes back to InDesign CS6. Also tried with RC default App, but it forgets my setting immediately when I make them for InDesign CS5, and for CS6 it doesn't allow that I make it.
The only way that it works, is if I put the InDesign CS6 folder to Trash, and then change the file-type association - but then only until I start again InDesign CS6 which changes back all the file-type associations.
My workflow is like that, that I'm working on many projects, and my main clients use CS5, but some use CS6 - so I need both of them, but that CS5 is the main program. How can I fix this problem?
I am on latest Mac OS X 10.9.1

Edit: Disregard. It worked for some text/ files but not video/x-... So I guess I still have the same problem.
The same thing happened to me.
I deleted (probably safer to first rename)
~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
Then I ran
kbuildsycoca4 --noincremental
I'm not sure if the first step was necessary, but it worked for me.

Like:
1) run time change info.plist file,

Not possible - this info is stored in the bundle, which you can't change. Your only option is adding badges to the icon.
Apple's calendar does it... but they're Apple.

For safari (for example), if its on your dock control click it and go to options > show in finder
Control click safari there and from the drop down menu click "Get Info"
     Alternatives to this would be to hit command-i or the get info button underneath the icon
With the window that pops up:
     Click the lock at the bottom to unlock it
     Go to the Sharing & Permission section
     Set all the users listed to "read and write"
Now to copy the icon that you want to copy, go to the top of the get info window and click the safari icon
to copy it push command-c
to replace it push command-v after you have coppied another icon
to get it back to its normal icon select the icon and push command-x
You might have to quit and relaunch the app for it to work.

How can I change the message for an error and then cancel it

Hi everyone.
I am currently developing an application where I have to use a trigger (DAQmx). Now it can happen, that the user (who will operate the device later on) can activate the trigger without a valid source. After a timeout, he will get a quite strange message stating he either might want to wait longer (Error -200284 occurred at DAQmx Read). I would like to redefine this error.
So if this error number appears, he should get a message saying: "Your request couldn't be executed, since no valid trigger signal was found".
How would I do this .. Thanks for help

There are different ways. As you describe it, you'd like to cancel the occuring error (-200284) and show another message. I attach a vi with a view ways.

How can i change the message display back to full screen from half pane

after a recent update the message is displayed in the bottom half of the screen. i want to change it back to where the message only opens after double clicking to open it but the options or tools buttons arent there to do this.

Press F8 to turn the message pane off.
