Can I change the settings on my 3gs to ring on both the phone and my bluetooth?

I recently switched from Blackberry to IPhone after years with a BB. I can't find a way to have the phone ring or send notifications to both my Bluetooth and IPhone simultaneously. I do not normally have the bluetooth in my ear unless I am on a call or answering a call. So with the bluetooth in my pocket or on the desk I miss calls. This did not happen with my BB Torch.

The problem is related to the fact that your headset support A2DP audio streaming. You can listen to podcasts, music, etc via the headset if you want when it's paired. When A2DP is supported and on, ALL audio will go out via the bluetooth connection and will not sound on the phone itself.
A2DP can not be disabled on the phone itself, but many headsets that support it will allow you to disable it on the headset itself. (I have a Jawbone Icon that works this way). Check the manual or the vendors web site to see how to disable A2DP if you don't actually need or want to use the headset for audio streaming.

I skimmed through this very long post but from what I read, this sounds much more like a coverage issue with your network than a device issue. I have not seen or heard of this issue before and I do not have this issue personnally and & I use the music app quite frequently while working in the yard.
The DND feature should not be a factor at all if you're sure it's turned off. I always recommend restarting your phone by holding down the home button + the lock button for 10-12 seconds until the Apple logo appears. Once the phone reboots, do a test to see if this has helped to resolve the issue.
If not, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then, test it out again. Post back if neither of these solutions solve your issue.

I could not understand how can I change the country and shop since everything at the address is linked to Brazil.

You won't lose apps that are installed.   You will lose the ability to update them
Business with the App stores is restricted to those stores in your formal country of residence (your billing address) and a bank supported credit card from that same country.   You can buy and update apps with those details only in that country.
If you have established residences and bank supported accounts in other countries you can also use those.   You can buy and update apps in those countries using those details.
You cannot interchange them.   You cannot merge IDs or purchase details.

Once something similar happened to me. The external drives I had set up for FCP to use for some reason were not mounted, and FCP put all its render files on the main drive and I couldn't find them anywhere.
Go to applications, and control-click (and hold down) on your FCP icon; you should get a pop up menu that says "show package contents". Select that, select the "contents" folder, then the "mac OS" folder. See if your quicktime file is in there, or if you've got render files in the "render" folder or audio render files in the "audio render" folder that don't belong there.
That's where FCP sticks stuff when your documents FCP project folders are not available or when external drives you've selected aren't available.

open the process chain and go to edit mode and then press Ctrl+F6 for a rename... you can only rename the description and not the technical name.
If you want to edit PC in production - esp one which has been transported - go to transport connection and change the object changeability for the same to everything changeable ( right click on the same to get this option )

This question is for Logic Express.
I have many very short audio clips that I recorded into my project.
I want to adjust the project tempo so that I can use the snap grid to make a beat out of my short audio clips. But when I change the project tempo, it automatically adjusts the lengths of my audio clips.
So how can I change the tempo (and the snap grid) of the project without altering the original audio clips?

The reason some files sound funny and others don't is because audio is handled a few different in Garageband depending on it's source (audio your recorded vs Apple Loops vs non Apple Loop pre recorded audio). Each of these have different color regions with different properties. I just found this thread that might better explain it:
