Procedure:
1. create a new software component in SLD
2. create a new version of this software component in SLD
3. import in into the repository
4. try using release transfer to transfer objects
from old on to the new one

Hi Chris,
The only way that I know of to change the colour of the window headings, these,
is in the System Preferences > Universal Access > Seeing > Display and change the White on Black settings, using grey scale in there to helps, but it also opens a hole lot of other issues as it reverses all colours throughout the system. You can switch it back and forth as shown on this setup screen.
Other than that, maybe changing the screen resolution so that all items are larger or zooming the screen when you require it by holding the Control button and scrolling the mouse or two finger scroll on the trackpad.
There may be, of course, a third party app that changes the colours by searching google.

well....it doesn't matter whether the MAC add is 00-14-BF-93-D2-66 or 00:14:BF:932:65 or any other format .. the most important thing is the hex decimal numbers are the same ... so not worry about it...

How can i change the icon for my App for Windows? Director can do this from the Publish Settings. The Custom icon for app doesn't work. I select a .ico file for windows and Director can't attach this to the app.

However, to answer your original question directly, I suspect there's something wrong with your .ico file as the feature in the publish settings works just fine, last I tried.

Can't change the shortcut to switch between windows (^F4) to altTAB

Hi,
I would like to switch between windows (not applications) by hitting ALT and TAB (same as Windows) instead of ^F4. In the preferences, I tried to change the shortcut labelled something like "Move focus to the active (or next) window". Unfortunately, it always complains that this shortcut is already used by another operation. However I can't find which operation uses ALT+TAB ?!
How should I do ?

Interesting. I can't use the TAB key in ANY custom shortcuts. it gives an error sound (but no message) when i try. I tried it on 3 different computers. I suggest you try a different shortcut like alt+`. It's very close to alt+tab.
However I can't find which operation uses ALT+TAB ?!
How should I do ?

After doing a clean install of Windows 7 in a used Tecra A9 I just bought, I would like to replace the factory installed Vista Business software within the recovery partition with Win 7 code so as to be able to boot Win 7 in that partition in an emergency. In the Creative Cloud Application you can change in Preferences the App language. Then you can download and install additional the other language.
With Photoshop you can now go to Preferences > User Interface and switch between all installed and available languages.

How can I change the permissions in Mac OS X 10.10 to allow Illustrator to access the files on my shared drive?

When trying to save out a file to the printer that runs my printers, I cannot access that drive when saving in Illustrator CC. It will actually show up the first time I save, then if I try to save out another file, the entire "shared" directory is gone. I can still access my shared drives through my finder window, but now Illustrator. Does anyone now how to fix that?

I run a wide format printing company. I have my main computer that I design on, then a separate computer that runs my printers. So I do all of my layouts on my main design computer, then I save out a high res pdf to the printer computer. So all I am doing is saving a copy over to the program that runs my printers. I never had an issues until I updated to OSX 10.10 (Yosemite). What is weird is that they actually show up the first time I save a file out. Then when I go to save another file, they are gone. I have also noticed that in the top/middle of the "save" dialog box, there is a drop down menu of previous save locations and I can still access it from there, just not on the normal side menu.
I called Adobe and they said it is an IT issue and that something is blocking Adobe from having access to the shared drives. I am not an IT person. so I have no idea how you modify that. When I try searching for answers, all I can come up with is how the modify file permissions, nothing on program permissions. This same thing happens to all of my Adobe programs.

Can I change the default color of Word windows so that icons can stand out better?

I'd prefer someting like white as a background color behind the functions, toolbars, etc. (I hope I'm explaining myself properly.) Also, the icons are really tiny. The only thing I see that a user is able to modify is the background (non-type) of the document itself, which I have no need to change.

How can I change the color in a search window for visited sites? I'm partially color blind and the default colors are very difficult to tell from one another.

When I'm looking at a search engine results page, I would like the colors of visited results to be a color that is much more different than they are now. Like blue v.s. black or blue v.s. yellow.
