Can I combine two iTunes user id's/accounts into one?

I have 2 different user id's/usernames (the log in credential used when signing into iTunes) and one of them is an email address that I no longer have.
How can I combine both accounts into the one that is still valid, or is this even possible?
If not then how would I delete the account that I no longer want to use, and how can I retain purchases made using the old account into the account that I'll continue to keep?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Items purchased from the iTunes Store are permanently associated with the account from which they were originally purchased. Apple provides no way to change this.

To clarify, I want to be able to make a flie I can take to a photo printing place (not for my own printer) so they can print it and I crop it. The place I used to print at used to print an 8"x12" for the same price as 8"x10" (now they may only do 8x10 and I would need to keep the ratio the same so it would be two 3.3"x10" pics on an 8x10"). Any help is veryappreciated!

No, you can't combine accounts nor transfer content between accounts - content will remain tied to the account that downloaded it.

I have the same issue, but it seems that Apple will not let you merge itunes accounts. Refer to this FAQ, specifically the text below:
I have multiple Apple IDs. Is there a way for me to merge them into a single Apple ID?
Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

Now I have to add that this is rather disappointing as I have some purchases on my old itunes account which I would like to merge into my current iTunes account (which was created due to an oversight). The oversight was, I thought my original iTunes was converted to @me.com one when I signed up for the 90 day trial to use mobileme services.

I have two iTunes accounts and there for two accounts I purchase music, movies and apps. This happened because my original iTunes account was my primary email at the time. I thought if I updated that information to a new .mac/.me account it would take my purchases with it, but alas, that didn't happen. I just wound up creating a new account and purchased a few things on that before I realized I had to sign out of one account to sing into the other to update. Anyone with any ideas on how to consolidate my accounts and therefor my purchases in to a single one, like the new .iCloud account extension, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Yes, you can change the Apple ID to which your phone is tied. Delete your existing iCloud address and provide the new one. Do the same for your email.

Combining two reports with headings and body into one

I currently have two seperate XML reports for Oracle projects. One report prints out all the Labor information. One prints out Expense information. The users want those two reports married into one. So if there was Labor data in the XML that would report would print first, break to a new page and Expense data in the XML the second report would print.
I have that working. Now what I need to find out how is how not to print anything if, for example, the XML had no Labor data. The way I have it configured now, even if no Labor data it is still printing the headings for the Labor.
Any suggestions?

The report has parameters of project number and draft invoice number. The XML has always had both labor and expense on it.I orginally created 2 templates. One that only picked up labor and one that only picked up expense.
Now they want to just run one report and if both labor and expense print both out on same report, but seperating them.
BI Publisher 5.6.3
27459.xml is an example of xml that has no labor on it. just expense. so would just want the expense to print but the labor headers are showing up.
27267_Invoice1_Labor2.xml is an example of xml that has both labor and expense.
I you can look at that would be great.

At the moment iTunes accounts cannot be merged or combined. You have both accounts authorised on the same computer's iTunes (Store > Authorise This Computer), but the content from them will continue to be 'owned' by the account that originally bought / downloaded it.

How can I combine two iTunes media folders without losing media?

I have two media folders. One on an external drive that I used on an old PC before migrating to a new one, and my internal HDD on the new PC. My internal drive became nearly full so I had to start using my external drive and iTunes media folder again. So, right now iTunes looks to my internal drive for most of the media and my external drive for some of it. Now, I need to move all the media files back to the external drive and, hopefully, in one place. The primary challenge is that I don't know how to move the media files (and metadata) efficiently. I just don't know which folders have been affected and so a standard copy -> paste won't work because the PC will try to overwrite the folders and I have no idea which ones can be overwritten and which can't. Ugh...does this make sense? Thank you!!!

You can indeed switch between two different iTunes libraries, and this article outlines how:
iTunes: How to open an alternate iTunes Library file or create a new one
If iTunes is running, quit iTunes.
If you're using Windows, hold down the Shift key and from the Start menu, choose All Programs > iTunes > iTunes.
If you're using a Mac, open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option key.

she's kept her ipod sync'ed to her work computer. we have copied her library off of that computer to put it on mine.

Can you combine both tracks of a stereo channel into one new stereo channel that has both channels?

This is an old 3/4 inch newsroom tape where they put one side of the story on the left channel and the SOF part on the right channel, so it bounces back and forth as you listen. I captured it in one stereo track but I don't see anyway to combine them on a new stereo master track that would have both the original tracks blended together in sort of a mono version but still coming out of both speakers. Premiere Pro CC.
