Can not compare documents

Hi, I just found out that you can compare documents in Acrobat. By problem is that I have two versions of a document that I would like to compare in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. But when I go to > Document > Compare Documents it comes up with an error message:
“These documents have security settings which prevent comparison. Please modify the security settings to allow editing and try again.”
In both documents I have gone to > Advanced > Security > Show Security Properties; but the both show in the Security Tab “No Security” in the Security Method and everything is “Allowed” in the document restrictions part.
What other security settings would this error message be talking about?

I have the same trouble when I compare secured documents. I have received the documents from other person who has secured the documents and I can not change the settings.
So, how to compare secured documents? I see no reason why to prevent comparison because I do not edit them, only compare.

Yes as you said you saw proof of them logging in using FaceBook etc, if you give this information to the police they may be able to use it to do just what you said here
Best to let them do it, could cause trouble if you try doing it yourself

Can't send document to Apple Mail after upgrading to Maverick

Hello,
When I in iWork '09 try to send a document to Apple Mail as an attachment, I get an error message that says "iWork encountered an error while attempting to create the attachment data", I get the same message wether I select "Pages", "Word" or "PDF".
I get the same message in Pages and in Numbers. It started after I upgraded to Maverick.
I copied this from the console:

Hello Fruhilda!
It seems that my problem is resolved. My version was 4.1 and App Store didn't show any updates. But after som searching I found out that there was an iWork 9.3 update which I downloaded and installed. After the update the version was 4.3 and I was able to send documents to Apple Mail.

How can I synchronize Documents between two Macs

My early 2007 iMac has been hospitalized for over two weeks waiting for a new logic board from Apple. I have a mid-2009 MacBook Pro to use in the meantime, but have never synchronized the two machines, so many files that I want/need are not available. When the iMac gets back home, I would like to copy the complete Documents fiolder from the iMac to the MacBook and then find some way of keeping them synchronized in the future. (Both my machines are running OS X 10.7.2.)

If turning on FileVault 2 (System Preferences > Security & Privacy) is too much, as it will encrypt your whole drive, then one simple option is to use Disk Utility to create a read/writable disk image that is encrypted. All you need to do is mount it when you need it and unmount it to lock it up.

If you're using a version of Pages prior to 5.0, it can import AppleWorks 6 word processing documents directly. Otherwise, reopen them in AppleWorks and export them in a format that Pages can read; for Pages 5.0, those are listed here.

Twin Monitors plugged in to an Apple Mac Laptop

I want to buy an iBook or a PowerBook notebook / laptop but before I do I want to know if I can do the following;
1. Plug two extra flat screen monitors via a splitter into the single monitor socket in the notebook / laptop.
I know it can be done on non Apple Mac products using a Matrox DualHead2Go external multi-display upgrade but it needs either MS Windows XP or Windows 2000, then I'm guessing it might not be possible on an Apple Mac.
Please advise ASAP as I'm ready to buy.

Out of the box, the iBook G4 can only mirror what's on the built-in display to a single VGA display connected with the special VGA adapter that comes with the iBook. But, the iBook's video system is not listed on Matrox's own compatibility page here. In fact, the video system in the PowerBooks isn't listed either. Also this hardware requires software drivers to be installed on the computer and they haven't written a Mac version. So, I don't think you're going to be able to use this device with a Mac.

I have a question about Pages and iCloud:
I created a document with 2 pictures in it on my mac. I imported them from Iphoto, worked fine.
Then I uploaded the document to icloud.com, to share it with my iphone/ipad.
The document appears in the cloud but it's missing the pictures.
Well, the problem is obviously that on the mac, the pictures are just linked to the document. Is there any way to import them into the document so I can share everythin with icloud?

Thank you, but I figured it out:
In the first document, I had the Images inside a table and that didn't work with iCloud. If you place an Image normally inside a document, it works fine.
I think it's a bug in the iOS version of Pages, because you have to open iCloud documents first on your mobile device, then it updates (ruines) the iCloud document, and then you can open the document on a mac again for the first time and it gets the thumbnail.
I tried some other sharing yesterday and it seems that iOS Pages can't handle A3 or horizontal format dokuments either.
I'm shure it will be improved in the future.

Opening Unix executable documents on my Mac

I have a new iMac os v 10.6. I recently received some documents on a CD that has an icon indicating it is a UNIX executable file. (black icon with green letters in the top right that says 'exec'. Is there a way I can open these documents on my Mac?

i did steps as you wrote but it apparently doesn't do any change. When I opened with terminal this is what's written: " -bash: /Users/jesseharwig/Downloads/Folx/Maison.De.Himiko.avi.006: cannot execute binary file"
when I followed your step it was saying something like this: No such file or directory
Here's the situation, these files are .avi videos (as it's written in name&extension field). When i click 'get info' it shows that in the general info the kind of the video is Unix Executable File (black square box with neon green 'exec' writing on the left top corner of the square) and 136.4 MB in size.
